Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — previous company not co-operate to transfer/withdrawal my pf

I am dilpreet singh uan[protected] my previous company e4e healthcare services pvt. Ltd. Takeover by nthrive address: c-28/29, 8th floor, tower a, bha millenium road, logix cyber park, c block, phase 2, industrial area, sector 62, c block, phase 2, industrial area, sector 62, noida, uttar pradesh 201309
Phone:[protected] not supporting me to withdrawal/transfer my pf. I have applied 3 time withdrawal 1st time self which is rejected due to not updated of adhar card then i update all info in e4e and apply through organisation but they didn't give any response or sometimes shouted on me that they have no responsibilty to withdrawal their responsibility is only submitting the form i have tried so many time through online but there is showing error "details of previous account are different than present account. Hence claim request cannot be processed". Please suggest what should i do for my previous organisation pf withdrawal/ transfer.
