Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — repeated rejection of application (form 10d) for disbursement of monthly pension

Sir/madam,
I am chhetra pal singh, presently working in rites ltd, (A government of india enterprises under ministry of railways) as addl. Gm/s&t. As per extent rules, after completion of 58 years of my age i submitted my pension claim in form 10d to rites ltd for onward submission. Rites submitted the same to epfo/jhilmil industrial area, delhi-110095 on 19.01.2018. On inquiry from epfo in the month of march 18 it had come to my notice that my pension claim (Form 10d) is rejected and original application form 10d along with all documents has also been dispatched from epfo on 30.01.18 to my lucknow address but nothing was received till 13.03.18 neither by me at my lucknow address nor at rites office.

A fresh application (Form10d) complying all the observations of rejection letter (Collected from epfo on 14.03.18) along with all the documents was re-submitted by me to rites ltd and the same was submitted by rites ltd to epfo on 23.03.2018. It is regret to intimate that epfo again rejected my form 10 d for pension for the reasons not mentioned in online status. Epfo neither gives clear and self explanatory reasons for rejection nor on visit to epfo, the concern employee do not want to explain the actual requirements for compliance and acceptance of pension form (10d) by them. I am unable to understood why my application (Form 10d) is being rejected number of times though i have submitted the application completed in all respect as per the application submitted to epfo in passed by other rites officials and getting monthly pension.

Matter may be looked in and epfo concern authority may be advised for personal examination of the case and intimation of compliance exactly requires from me for resolving the issue for early disbursement monthly pension to me.
