Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — too much delay in name correction for pf member at pf office pune

I have submitted joint declaration form (Hard copy) for name correction for pf member pupun[protected] on dated 30/04/2019 with supporting document.
Again i was visited personally to office for the followup on dated 04/07/2019 there was no any response.
Then i register online grievance on dated 04/10/2019 even though there was no any response.
Respected sir 6 month over till my name correction not done.
Please do needful

Am JUBY ABRAHAM worked as a staff nurse in APPOLO HOSPITALJUBILLEE HILLS, HYDRABAD.i donot about anything about my PF details, i resigned from there at 2004.How i can get the money?, what i have to do?i don't have any papers also.
