Ke roop me baithi thi jaise uski koi santan hai usne mujhse batmiji se baat ki aur boli yaha nahi hoga ilaz agar ilaz emergency me karana hai 5000 rupye lagenge nahi to yaha bahar niklo maine gusse se esic card phad diya aur dmc hospital me lekar gaya waha unhone use admit karne ki salah but paiso ki majborri ki wajah se main apne bachhe ko aaj admit kar paya aur sirf dawa lekar chala ayaa agar mere bache ko kuch ho gaya to is randi ko nahi chodooonga sali kutita ko

      My baby 8months suffering low platelets below 40000 admitted esi sanathnagar, 12 hrs in icu, after shift general ward, one bed for two patients, in general ward 2daya gone no treatment. Even there is no fever test equipment, 50 patients 2 nurse, but there security 6 people, please put more no of number nurse this fever session sir,
      I hope your understand my problem. Please give better treatment, we are poor, we don't have much money for better treatment.

        में आज दिनाक 07/09/2019 को esi डिस्पेंसरी धारूहेड़ा में दवा लेने गया। वहां पर मैने कमर दर्द की ट्यूप के लिए कहा तो मना कर दिया कहा की ये ट्यूप नहीं है फिर मैने बुखार के लिए पेरासिटामोल की टैबलेट की कहा तो कहा अब बुखार नहीं हैं टैबलेट नहीं देंगे मैने कहा सर मुझे रात को बुखार आजाता है इस लिए ले रहा हूं तो भी नहीं लिखी और मुझसे कहने लगे की पर्ची को मेरी तरफ kiun फेक रहा है जबकि मैने पर्ची नहीं फेकी सिर्फ टेबल पर पर्ची सरकाई थी फिर मैने कहा चलो आप बुखार की नहीं दे रहे हो तो मेरे बांए पैर के अंगूठे में चोट लगी हुई इसकी दे दी तो उन्होंने मेरी पर्ची फेक दी और तेज तेज बोलने लगे और मुझे बिना दवा के भगा दिया सर डॉक्टर का व्यवहार अच्छा नहीं है

          Well its very bad to found that after so many strict action taken by the delhi government still the same situations are lying in the esic hospitals... They are still don't follow the actual time chart and treat people like they are not patient they are baggers, this really make me feel that why the still esic employees are lacking behind,

          Why they forget that what ever they are being paid is the total sum of esic members who pay the charges on monthly basis so you guys receive your salaries... So at-least you guys should respect those payers. I know this complaint wont open tour eyes but still i believe that may be some where anyone would be there to understand the problems.

            This is my grievance no: pg19035145

            I meet with a road traffic accident in the month of october 2018 due to which i had serious head injury, so i have undergone the 1st surgery i-e decompression surgery and after 3 months have undergone the 2nd surgery i-e cranioplasty in the month of february 2019 in gandhi hospital, panvel (Navi mumbai).
            I have icici lombard insurance. Hence i have applied for medical expenses reimbursement through esic for the remaining amount. However i'm asked for all the original medical documents which are already submitted in icici lombard for medical claim, so i'm unable to produce originals to esic hospital (Vashi esic hospital, navi mumbai). But i have the photo copies of all the documents with hospital stamp on it and the settlement letter which states that icici lombard as paid only xyz amount and we are still paying the interest for amount borrowed which is huge for us because it is going to be a year for my accident.
            But after 4-5 visits in last 4 months to the esic hospital in vashi (Navi mumbai), they are not a accepting the attested copy of the documents and the settlement letter. They are still insisting for the original document after explaining the whole thing.in vashi esic hospitals all staff are very helpless.
            Please do the needful.

              Am surajkumar i have a fall from bike, i have a completely acl tear in my left knee, i went to sanathnagar they told me have a long knee brace, when i enquired other hospital due to pain and swelling they told me to have a surgery, but in esic sanathnagar, they are saying me advice, which is not proper for me, and when i went to local esic dispensary yakuthpura, they didnot respond properly and they did not provided me a long knee brace, other than where i can get, they told me i dont no just buy some where. Not only me no is getting a proper medicine and no material at dispensary. The staff is not proper and there is no proper responces. Its just a money taking hospital everymonth from employees. We cannot utilize this esic facility.

                Respected sir/madam
                I am a hepatitis-b patient and receiving treatment from esic-arilova, vizag dispensary on regular basis.
                I would like to thank esic and their staff for being courteous to me while providing costly medicines at nominal price.

                How ever, this trend has changed recently. Almost from an year, i am not getting any medicine for hepatitis-b. Earlier i used to get lamivudine and then changed to baraclude. Now esic-vizag has stopped giving any medicine for hepatitis-b citing budget issues and other approvals.

                I work as a labor in a hotel. It is very difficult for me to meet the monthly medicine expenses and blood tests.

                Could you kindly look into this and do the needful?

                  Am a middle class family person recently my mother got seviour Pain in stomach.i visited to esi nacharam Hyderabad branch gynecologist department .the doctors giving irresponsible answers they don't have proper answer to cure the problem.my mother suffering alot age 55.shes not controling the pain already i visited twice but they not giving proper reason to solve the problem.please help nd solve my problem.

                  Hi am saikiran from Hyderabad Nacharam my father is a peralysis patient and also have BP, Sugar also our dispensary not giving medicines since from last three months saying there are no medicines with them saying that give complaint to higher authorities. This is how the esic staff behaving with the patients.

                  my father need varicose veins laser treatment...ESIC doctor passing the time if there is no laser treatment so why they are not referring him to a good hospital who have varicose veins laser treatment.

                    Doctors are not coming properly.. Daily morning one doctor and evening one doctor only coming.. Pharmacists are issuing near expiry medicines to patients.. And the doctors and pharmacists are doing irregular activities in esi.. Esi in poonammallee (Karaiyanchavadi) chennai.. Please take immediate action.. Nurses are scolding patients and doctors using bad words also against patients.. For those reasons only patients flow is very less and treatment also not good... Very worst esic hospital... Please take immediate action about poonamallee karaiyanchavadi esi hospital chennai... Thank you

                      Respected sir,
                      I along-with my three children have been receiving esic pension since 2011 till 15/01/2018 against subject esic no.
                      From 15/01/2018 onward my pension is not being credited to my account for no reasons known to me. While contacting esic gurugram branch office it came to my notice that some other member is incorporated in the same insurance number which resulted stopping of my pension. The incorporation of other member on the subject insurance would have been done inadvertently by esic for no fault of mine.
                      I submitted my application to branch office by covering above facts sometime in aug/sep2018. I also requested to concerned officials to look into it and arrange to regularize my pension as the livelihood of my family solely depends of this pension. I was asked to submit all the necessary survival certificate to the branch office at the earliest in order to regularize my pension. I submitted all the relevant documents to the concerned officials within a month. I was further told by the dealing person that the name of other person namely mr. Niraj kumar is wrongly entered in the system which will be rectified and corrected soon and assured me that pension will be regularized at the earliest. It is to state further that i had visited several time to branch office and every meeting i was told that system is not working, matter is under process and sometime it was told that the matter is forwarded to sr office gurugram. I approached to sr office too for early settlement of my case where they told me that matter will be resolved by branch office only. The whole matter is so messed up and after elapsing two months i was again asked to submit necessary survival certificates again which i had to arrange from my hometown by visiting personally. Subsequently i submitted again to branch office. From last 18 months i have been assured for completion of my work but nothing fruitful took place. I along with my local relatives had to visit branch office gurugram from nazafgarh delhi at least 2 dozen time and had to incur money in transportation and consumed precious time to follow up for no fruitful results. My financial health have become worse to worsen for not fault of mine.

                      Finally i am putting this grievance to your good self with a hope for an early settlement of my case. I am not revelling the name of those persons of esic who made this case so miserable and dark and given me the mental agony which i suffered during taking up the matter. You are requested to go through my file available at esic gurugram branch office, the correspondence made therein, you will come to know the factual position of the case.
                      Your prompt action in the matter will highly be solicited. Please regularize my pension at the earliest and take appropriate action against dealing persons.
                      Hoping and early favourable action at your end.

                        I ms. V padmavathi ([protected]) submitted 3 medical bills at esic sanathnagar in april 2017 but only 2 bills has been cleared i. E. Rc no.81/esid/snr-i amt.14, 739/- and rc no.82/esid/snr-i amt.48, 564/- where as the bill no. Rc no.80/esid/snr-i amt.1, 54, 415/- is still pending. I have borrowed the money and paying the interest till date. Apart from that i am a patient. Pl. Do the needful at the earliest.

                            Not giving correct information in 14th cross esi the employee is behaving rude and shouting at the office and the age above 45 lady is fight with the coluge in office, this is my 1week experience in esi (In hospital all was good but in dispensary really feel too worst) i'm 26 i and go if they send any dispensary if the aged people comes wat the situation, pls do need full to us wat i faced that should not happen to others

                              My name is sushil suresh mohite. My esic insurance number is [protected]. My wife was hospitalized for pregnancy and has delivered a baby girl on 17th september 2018. The details of all hospitalization expenses along with necessary forms were submitted at vashi esic office in hardcopy form on 15th november 2018 (Copy attached for your reference)

                              Sir, i have been continuously following up with the officers of vashi esic office but not getting any positive response regarding my claim. My total expenditure was around rs. 75, 000/- and for a middle class person like me, this amount is quite significant. Since i am a single earning person in family, the early reimbursement of this amount would be of great help.

                              Request you to kindly look in to the matter and do the necessary as early as possible.

                                Dear Sir,

                                My son was admitted to IMP ESIC Dispensary HAL Korwa Amethi in the month of March'18 due to fever and was treated by Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Tiwari. Total Bill amount was 9112 INR. I am fed up with the system of ESIC till now i am not able to submit my bills. Whenever i go to the Dispensary as also mentioned in my ESIC card they are not accepting my bill and even i tried to submit my bill two other nearest ESIC dispensary but they are also not responding.

                                So please help me in this regard.

                                  i have esi dispensary at mouli Ali but address us located Malkajgiri one but i want mouli ali dispensary only but mouli ali dispensary employees are not allowed me to take a medically and tablets also .

                                  i called up you are one of the NODAL OFFICE Sanjay this office also says that i can choose my dispensary but that mouli ali dispensary in charge (lady) not Accepted . we are saying that we allredy talk with you nodal office we also saying same . but mouli ali dispensary in charge saying that we can tLk to that officers not an issue, but we can not give you .

                                  after my 2nd visit she checked my dr description and informed us we don't have tablets when she said we ask for plz write my the paper but she not ready to write .

                                  she give free advice he changed the dispensary we have lot of patients in mouli ali because of thus employees i chenge my dispensary from mouli ali dispensary to Malkajgiri dispensary

                                  i have to ask one thing my medics are sales to any buddy's

                                    Iam here to write this complaint letter to notify the hospital bad service .Today[protected] i went to ESIC Hospital at Palakkad kerala. The doctors are seen very good behaviour but after consulting the Doctor i went for Medicine there the reception person didn’t explain me the procedure to get medicine she just show me the pharmacy when i give the prescription to pharmacist she said need one book i got back to reception to get the book with the book i gone again to pharmacy there the pharmacist got angry she said you need to get written by doctor in the book well again got to reception there she give me the token 84 to see the Doctor Again well 35 number is going on finally out of six medicine i get 1 medicine only . Morning 10am i went & finished at 4pm .
                                    I am an young person i can accept this kind of attitude but i seen many people struggled they have no option to buy medicine form outside please do some remedies like make the hospital procedures simple and respect the patients .

                                      I want to raise a complaint by bringing some facts to your kind knowledge as we facing mental harassment given by Staff of ESI Office Sector, 29 Chandigarh

                                      1. My Husband, Mr Manoj Kumar is doing job in CM Auto Sales, Chandigarh as service advisor. His ESI Insurance No is.[protected].

                                      2. My Name is Renu, I am taking treatment of infertility from PGI, Chandigarh from 2017 to till date.

                                      3. We are Going ESI Office for reimbursement of medical bills from last 3 month as the staff are that office is miss guiding us by saying that this form is pending and when we complete all documents as according by staff. Now they are saying that this bill could not pass as you are not referred by our office.

                                      4. When I am taking treatment from PGI from 2017 to till date, how it is possible that I can refer me from here.

                                      5. The staff is doing mental harassment and I want to raise a complaint against such irresponsible staff who never understand the problem of the patients. The staff is very rude and misleading.

                                      6. They accept the forms only two days -Tuesday and Thursday from 9 A.M. to 12 A.M. If this rule is made by Government then fine.

                                      7. When all documents have competed, They refused to take our Forms by saying that you are eligible for any benefits.

                                      8. When We are paying every month ESI payment then why we can not claim these benefits for that while we needed money for my treatment.

                                      9. I request solve my problem as soon as possible I am facing the great problem and mental and Physical harassment given by the staff of ESI Office, Sector 29, Chandigarh.

                                      10. I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible, because we needed money urgent for my treatment that is going in PGI, Chandigarh.

                                      11. We have all documents of mine treatment signed by Senior Dr of PGI, Chandigarh.

                                      Note: When we are living in a democratic country that why we want Justice.

                                      I am from Diva, Thane.The Doctor at Esic Clinic Diva, Dr. Velekar is a corrupt one.He asks money for every visit though I have a ESIC card.He takes Rs 50 overtime I visit him.What is the use of ESIC then.Plz take action against him.
                                      I AM WORKING IN SAMAY INSURANCE BROKER PVT LTD.
                                      company is not providing salary and ESIC facility and maternity leave also to me and other employeer and employee.
                                      I AM 7 Month Pregnant

                                        Kindly go with the below attachment. Which I submitted my medical expense five months before to Esic office at Gaya. Till today's I didn't get any reply from Esic office. I always contacting them but they are telling me that they have done his work and waited approval from Patna office or his senior officer. Kindly give me the solution Asap and advice to Esic staff to do the settlement online so employee will check his own status online.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Kindly go with the below attachment, I submitted three bills to Esic office at Gaya but till today's they didn't processed.
                                        I followed today's and but two(2) bill is still pending which is not processed from Esic office.
                                        According to Esic employee One bill was processed by him but there is no status given by him.

                                        Why the Esic employee not processing the bill after five months?

                                        Why they carrying the bill with him and after a long follow up they didn't processed also, what the reason that they are not processing?

                                        Who is responsible to for take care of all the bill bcz many of person who is coming to follow-up for his bill?

                                        During the election Esic employee replied that they are busy with election since one and half months, I don't know where they are candidates of any parties so they were busy with election.

                                        Kindly suggest me Asap and I need solution for same to clear my bill Asap.

                                        Doctors at ESI Hospital do not come on time on their jobs and start before lunch time and even if the lunch time is closed, it does not even have lunch time.

                                        My father is admitted to your hospital, when we go to met my father your security guard misbehave.They are always say out don't come here.One night when I was sleeping with my father ESI guard came and say out in this ward and go anywhere.what is this sir who wants to live in hospital without any disease.
