Settlement money not refund 20th April 2021 Amount ₹-3384/- and other one 25th March 2022 settlement Amount ₹ - 6729/-

Insurance department of Santi memorial hospital lipi Mam - [protected] after several fallow up she was not respond my call and one or two time call received and said 4th April 2022 refund or 5th April 2022 refund again said 11th April 2022 refund and 12th April 2022 refund but till now I have not received any response or money. Please solutions as soon as possible and do the needful

This men didn't helped me to use lift and denied me to use by self too. Narendra tripathy also shown me his anger when i said i will complain against him saying, "go and do whatever you want, none can do anything to me". People standing with me also said, they also have faced similar behavior from him multiple times. Request to take necessary action.

My mother was admitted to ShantiMemorial Hospital Pvt ltd thrice but unfortunately the wound could not healed up both internally and externaly.She was operated by Dr.Sreejoy Pattnaik for hernia and Gall bldder stone removal for which they had opted for laprascopy menthod.She was implanted with foreign body i.e with a mess but unfortunately the same could not be dissolved internally rather the same wound persists for one and half months for which again she was operated but in vein.After two months she was again taken to hospital for half day and again she was operated but the same problem persists.For these operations they had charged 1.41lacs,0.45lacs and 0.021lacs respectively.My mother was mentally and physically tortured and harrashed for 1yrs for the pain.Later on my mother was admitted to Cuttack Nursing Home Pvt Ltd and finally successfully operated by Dr.S.Mustaq Ali for which we are very much thankful to him.For the same operation I was asked to pay 42000/ and I also not hesitated to pay as my mother was given assurance that within 3 month she will be alright and by the grace of God she is alright now
