We don't get a proper tablets, there is no proper treatments, whenever we go for treatment they suggest to do in private hospitals and then to claim, we people do not keep money all time, that's y we come to esi. If they do not give proper treatment then why they use to cut esi amount from our salary. All time for any treatment we have to go to private hospitals. 2 times i claimed an amount but its been 2 and half year not yet i got my amount back.

i applied for the reimbursement under esic as i met with an accident. But i didn't get any status regarding that and they didn't given any slip or receipt for receiving the documents.

Without receipt giving how can we track the status to whom we have to ask. (No customer care numbers are not even answering the call).

My bill submitted date ;20/05/2017.

I have to know my status but they are not even responding properly...

I think they are doing something wrong with our money please help me.. Please

Yesterday night i found my mother is unconscious so we after so we took her esic basaidara pur hospital emergency they check her very causally and took some blood and samples to check symptoms and suggest us came again morning to collect all reports and shows the same to opd doctors. So today morning am again we visit hospital with my mother but the concern lab incharge miss place the all reports and blaim to each other and spoil our whole day without doing any treatments even they still not found the correct resone o[censored]nconscious.
This was very causal way to teat a patent even thy not advise us. How we trust him.

Am in coimbatore. Am conducting the neuro op docter in some illness my medical condition but that docter un available for every day... So many time i am going on that coimbatore singanallur main esi hospital... But all are not available that neuro op docter... Incase of any emergensy what can i am do...?? Please take my complaint its very hurting to me and other patients... Or close the esi. And no take in my salary amount of esi...

I was on medical leave from 22-01-18 to[protected] i. E 59 days but i was paid of 36 days only. According to esic policy, the ip should get payment upto 91 days in a calendar year. Second thing is that previously when i was on leave in june 17, the rate of payment is rs 442/ day, but in this period, i was paid @ 366/ day. The branch manager does not gives me any reasonable answer in this matter. So please look into this matter and make a solution as early as possible.

My self bhimsi jarer & my esic number is [protected]. I submitted my claim file on[protected] at d-2 vadaj, ahmedabad, gujarat dispensary. But yet i am not received any claim amount and also not received any communication from them but when i complaint online they yesterday they called me & also they are not answered properly and talk roughly.

Then i go to regional esic office-income tax ahmedabad, gujarat & meet piyushji & kushal sir, and found that my claim rejected due to not completed 2 years of service and kaushal sir from smc office also said that this not sst case they (D-2 vadaj dispensary) need to submitted in secondary.

Then i goes to d-2 vadaj dispensary & said whole conversation but they are not ready for it & also said that it will take 5 to 6 month time.

Is this type of your system in esic??? This is ridiculous and if claim is not settled so why at that time of claim submission they are not said that types of rules. I know this information when i compliant online and then after they are said me that type of excuses.

Kindly look into matter & help to resolve it as soon as possible.

I am working in wire fabrics ltd jaipur, and my mother is serious pationt from lever dieses so doctor tell me lwillbe refer of pationt in apex hospital, all document complete of me but doctor make one mistake of name spelling, show as v-b so my refer condition delay and my mother condition serious so please solve my issue from model esi hospital jaipur, bad no-78, name - bimala

Kindly notice that i am an employee in private company, went in esic medical collage 3 no., faridabad h. R.. After doctor's advise i went for ultrasound at first floor but they worried me, two times they said to me to go back to doctor and my 3rd visit they gave date for ultrasound more than one month later from date of doctor's advise. Now i am suffering from pain in my leg but ultrasound date is one month later. Kindly take the necessary action please.

I am talking about esic jodhpur kamla nehru nagar jodhpur's dr. Sangita ji (Lady doctor). My wife is pregnant and i emergency i m go there for check up on sunday she says i only see the pregnant lady on monday and thursday. What is the issue she is doctor and there have no days fix that only two days for that. I am totally unsatisfied with above process

I'm saleem basha i am working in lotus footwear enterprise limited i have leave from january month i will get a leave slip in january month today may 7 my leave pay will not credit in my account. I'm call arakonam every time will phone out of service will straight go to arakonam 4 times next month credit and no response please action immediately ok thank you

Sir actually my husband is covered under esic and on 10th september an accident took place, we paid all medical expenses out of our own pocket which was around 3 lakh. But we dont received any reimbursement from esic. All officers are not giving exact detail why they are taking so much time. I m visiting to dispensary for my wife pregnant treatment purpose at basavangudi, bangalore, ka, doctor was use to speak in mobile. And i was requested to refer main esic hospital bcz due medical issue she is not able travel more. I so i requested rajajinagar bangalore. But doctor said if any thing more serious i ll refer. If want take treatment need to follow up so many procedure this is very worst condition, but if govt/compnay want deduct money from salary there is no procedure at all. Why we should not take treatment from main esic or any esic hospital any we have esic card we can treatment from anywhere rite. Govt can do this kind of implementation. Please take action on this. My name is ajay verma ip no [protected] this side on the behalf of my mother here complaining blood test department or doctors basai dara pur esic hospital delhi, my mother is facing problem thyroid swelling nick pain last since last months, and doctors’ prescription need to test relevance illness, i. E. (Obc, lft, kft, rbs, bt/ct, hiv, hcv, t3, t4, tsh, ecgm xry stn) on 23/10/12, all report are carry more than months, because of delaying from hospital basai. We are discusses with senior doctors & submit the testing report, however doctors saying report quite old, need to repeat all test date on 20/03/2018 on urgent basis.

Yesterday we had visited at hospital, rude behave from the person who was seated at that time of distribution reports they saying come next week to confirm whether report done or not

My mother will face serious health issue then who will be responsible for this.

Kindly focus your attention on my issue and take further action.

On 28th of april 2018. I visited esic dispensory dariyapur, ahmedabad, gujarat.

The lady who was a componder there threw medicine at my face when i asked her for the timinig og dozes. She said that you are deducting 200-250 rs from your salary only still you come here for medicines now a days consulty fees of doctors are 400-500 rs so go and get treatment from any private hospital i[censored] want to ask questions about timing of dozes and somthing like that. Dont come here ever. I said her that i will register a complain in her name but she said she dont care even prime minister narendra modi dont have any power to harm her or her job. She said she is not afraid of anybody. All of this she said to me because i was a muslim and my mother was wearing a hijasb on that time. She argued for a long time and even abuse me and my other. All other staff was also notsaying anything and listening to our argument silently.

I am very upset for her behaviour and on the postion of goverment department of our. Is this the way of behaving with pationents. Pleas do take the needful action immedately.

When i reached there with my grandma (Suffering from paralysis) the data entry man in opd section behaved too much rudely and said "chal aage nikal yaha se". This is too much intolerable, is it a govt hospital?? Even there they talk very politely, i am paying for what i am getting then why and how they dare to talk like that.
Sir, it's a humble request to take action against them.
Details of the man is as : sits in the middle row in opd data entry, 50+ aged and too much rude in behaviour. I don't know his name, may this info help you.

My this complain is regarding the timing of dispensary of esic. Because the timing of dispensery is not suitable for patient.. 8am. To11am.. But sir esic doctor come at 10am and after the chek up, we can't reach at the dispensery..
That's why sir i am requesting you please change the timing of dispensery.. Because really like us patient are suffering from inconvenience because of the incorrect timing of dispensery... Please change the timing.. Please..

श्रीमान जी मैन अपनी पत्नी का इलाज IVF centre दिल्ली से किया था। जिसका पूरा खर्चा मैंने स्वयं वहन किया था। मैंने reimbursment के लिए ESI में संपर्क किया तो उन्होंने ये कहकर मना कर दिया कि इलाज से पहले permission ना लेने के कारण आपको reimburs नही हो सकता। श्रीमान जी मे देहरादून, उत्तराखंड में निवास करता हु। मुझे नही मालूम था कि permission लेनी पड़ती हैं। क्या मेरा इलाज में आया खर्चा reimburs हो सकता हैं या नही। मेरा ESI no: [protected], dated 17/4/2015.

I got treated n nellore narayana hospital chintaredddypalem due to diabetic and illness in the month of april 2017, for these treatment i claimed medical bills of rupees around 23000/- in nellore aknagar esi dispensary in the month of july and the whole set of documents and proofs posted to vijaywada office, but till now there is no claimed and even there is no status for that.
