In this hospital every security guard have rode behaviour and Medicine distribution section both the employee have very slow around 100 people in line but the employee have no problem with this I am in standing in medicine line 10 am and now 1 pm but still waiting for my madicine,
I m specially upset for many people in line for her medicine but the employee still work very slowly now what can we do this problem in ranchi main hospital

All the time the doctor is coming late doctor time is to come at 10:30 am but the panel doctor is coming at 12:30 pm what kind of pathetic service gaven by the esic and one of the most important things m suffering from fever and cough but is is giving 3no form and telling me to show at the outdoor...

Please initiate a refund as promised in notification release date 28th December UDC roll no Roll No - [protected] (Exam date 19 March 22 ) & Steno Roll No. - [protected] (20 March 22) Rs 250 each for attending Phase I exam total 500 to the same bank account amount was paid.

It was not mentioned in the notification that we have to apply for a refund.

Still haven't received the refund of Rs . 250 paid in february 2022 for the ECIS MTS exam . I am a female candidate and should have received the refund but haven't.

I had claimed maternity benefits in ESIC but my claim was rejected by ESIC saying that my salary is more than 21000/- while my salary is less than 21000/- Even i have submitted all the documents regards salary declarations and My company gives incentive every month which comes with salary. ESIC is counting my salary and incentive the same. where as per ESIC's rules the incentive and over time is not part of salary then why ESIC reject my Maternity benefits claim kindly do needful help

The hospital area is often crowded with stray cattles and goats and donkeys. Even in night, they come and tie up their cattle here. It's a nuisance in night and the whole government hospital is full of poop and garbage. Kindly control them. They don't listen to us, if we politely ask them too. It has living quarters with families of hospital staff inside it too

this is to inform you that, today I went to esi hospital and X-ray my left foot as informed by doctor, after seen the report doctor has wrote 3 types of tablet and 01 cream, but as medicine issue department has provided me different cream, and i shaw all the medicine to nurse and also i haven't observed that cream. If it's effected my body then who will be responsible for the same. Kindly provide correct medicine to all. Thanks.

I havent got the refundable fees till now what is to be done to get the fees refunded?

Always needed medicine is not available in medical shop.

My father met with an accident on 18.11.2020.People of the accident spot brought him to Dayanand medical College & hospital in unconscious condition.They got discharged from the hospital on 03.12.2020 in stable condition. His hospital bill is rs. 211617/-.I had an corporate insurance policy of sum insured of rs 1 lac as a compulsion by my office . i have net paid the amount of rs.68, 000/- after deducting the amount approved by paid by insurance company and concession by hospital

I intimated Esic concerned dispensery regarding the same at the time of discharge and get their leaves approved from the dispensery no. 1, Bharat nagar chowk, Ludhiana.

After 2 months when there condition improves. I submitted their bills for the purpose of reimbursement at Esic dispensary no. 1, Esi hospital campus, Ludhiana after fulfilling all the formalities.

After 4-5 month when I got follow up for the payment from the concerned dispensery they said me that Esi office, Chandigarh rejected this bill because the required amount is already paid by insurance company and returned the bill to me.

Please tell me why should I'm paying premium to esic as well as insurance company if you will not pay the hospital bill.

I'm not claiming the whole bill amount rather i just claim the amount paid (i.e. Rs. 68000/-) by me to the hospital.

Today I came here to visit doctor Mr. Kulkarni. As per lunch break timing which ends at 2 pm. But it's now 2:55 pm the doctor is yet to arrive. Firstly we have been told that the doctor will come till 2:30 pm but now they are saying they will come after 3 pm and the hospital closing time 4 pm. We are frustrated. Being a patient myself it's so uncomfortable to sit for 1.5 hr only to wait for Doctor though The long line of patient is another issue. I demand for right treatment and attitude for this.

In nacharam esic hospital ayamma not doing work in duty time and they collect the amount from patience and attenders (patience relatives) specially night shift female security sleeping in duty time on patience bad after asking we question to ayammas and female security why did you doing like this they said go give complaint on me etc...

The hospital doesn't have required things to handle patients. I have seen there is no cooler in Summers even those children who are taking birth in this season suffering with the same heat. In this summer we are avoiding to go outside so how Patients can manage in this boiling heat. Doctors don't take their a foot out from their AC rooms. Patients who used to come here mostly are illiterate so they don't know how to complain.

System or Internet not working in MRD Room No 21, ESIC Model Hospital Sector 9A Gurugram Haryana.Please take necessary action regarding this issue.

मेरे बिल की पेमेन्ट लगबाग 1 लाख रूपय हें जो 2 साल और pending हें और मेरे 10_12 चक्कर् करनाल से पानीपत और कभी करनाल से अम्बाला रह रहै हें लेकिन कोई बीम् समाधान नही निकला औरना कोई बिल पेमेन्ट ना करने की कोई बी वजह बता रहै हें कृपा कर कई मेरे बिल की पेमेन्ट जल्दी से जल्दी करवाने का क़स्ट करे

At first, patient must go and stand in queue to get receipt at counter. Then, patient will go to doctor. After check up he will go to laboratory. If doctor advice to go to private hospital, then patient himself must go to make referal slip. Then submit to other room with 3 photos and other documents and sign there. Then the will be taken to the doctors to sign and then submit to previous room. Again then will make your referal which you will take to doctors for signature. Then, submit a photocopy of whole bunch to esi hospital. It took about 2 - 2.5 hrs. Private hospital time over. So, 1 day finish. Next day, go to private hospital .There you will show your referal and they will make a slip for visiting doctor. If doctor writes any test then again go to esi hospital. There, again a referal will be made ( 3 photo + other documents again). Then again submit photocopy. Then go back to private hospital for test. Make a slip and then give your test. 2 days lost. Next day show the reports to doctor. He will write medicine and drip. Again for these you should go to esi hospital. You will make a slip of current date, then doctor of esi will write the same medicine then go to medicine counter in esi. If medicine is available then ok, if not, go to market and purchase the medicine then submit the bill to esi hospital. Mood m aaya to pass karenge otherwise keep roaming. For drip, you will again need the referal slip with 3 photo and same documents again. Jiske liye phir se 2-3 hours. Again go to esi hospital. And, agar doctor ne alternate days pe drip boli h phir to 1 day referal banwao and second day drip lagwao.
Most important sabhi jagah patient ko aana compulsory h whether he is so weak or stays so far.

Can't you make this process easier.
First time jo referal banwaya, usi k basis pe treatment nhi ho sakta kya? Bills last m ek saath submit nhi ho sakte kya? Ya to easy banao ya phir isko band hi kr do na. Itna time taking hone k reason se main bhi apna treatment private basis pe hi krwa rhi hu. Esi bhi cut ho rhi h lekin benefit nhi mil rha

Today dated 19.04.2022 I have gone to ESIC dispensary around 7.20-7.22 pm I got registered at the entry for rabies injection meanwhile I saw staff nurse was taking off duty before 10 10-8 minutes after I reached room no. 3- Dr. Room for getting entry he was also busy on phone and then he went to another room delaying the time, he enter my details but room no. 5 was closed as staff nurse had take off early before the 7.30pm time. Due to which I haven't get my anti rabies injection.

Sir my exam was conducted on 15 March 2020 and today is 14april 2020 results came today but my fees is not year get refunded

I was 6 weeks pregnant that I lost because of lack of availability of medicines at ESIC and behavior of doctors lack of interest and sympathy towards patients.
