This complaint is on behalf of an old lady who is misleaded by the esic tigri' doctors, incharge and pharmacists.
The women have been told by the doctor that she will be given ortho belt from refered hospital.. When she came at her base esic tigri. She did all the paperwork and now the doctor didn't update the slip and sent her to the pharmacist and when after standing in a huge queue. She were told in abusive language by pharmacist that she need to do all the process again.
And that was the doctor mistake who didnt updated slip. When she asked the incharge of esic. He also didn't help plus he misleaded poor women. Below the blank slip is attached which should be filled by doctor but he didn't and old lady have to face for his mistakes.
This is the bad behaviour we are getting from esic hospital.

But there is not any response from the machine distributor in marimata dispensary. They are just telling me to go here n there from last one month.
I'm expecting a positive response from ur side.
Please do the need full into this and please take care of the system to make it more effective.

My name is suraj sen and i am working and resing at satna, madhya pradesh pin-485001.
My esi no is [protected] dated:- 19/10/2016.
My wife is suffering from severe teeth pain and i visited to esi hospital satna, madhya pradesh.
Doctor checked up her teeth and advised for x-ray.
I visited to x-ray dept of esi hospital.
X-ray dept make a note on slip that"due to non-availability of detnal film this x-ray can not be done" and returned me back.
No one of esi hospital, satna, m. P. Taken response on my complain and lastly i visited
To private hospital and and provided treatment to my wife.
My complaints is that when such a small and basic facility is not available at esi hospital and i have to spent money in private hospital, the why should we pay esi premium monthly.in such case we are paying double amount, one as esi premium and other as treatment charge in private hospital.
Most important no one of esi hospital is bothered about it.
My request is in case esi hospital do not have facility for a particular type of basic treatment and patient has to take treatment from private hospital in such case esi should re-reimburse treatment charges incurred at private hospital.

1:- last 2.5 months thairoids machine not working.
2:- last many days water supply stoped at eveing in patient ward no.1, laboratory, etc
3:- water tap 90% water tap leakage last 2 months every wards & all hospital

4:- when we talk about this pmo he say pataients are not careing etc.

Request you to arrange one plubmer and stoped all leakeage water tab,

Lab person already write complatin 2- 3 months ago but no one lission.

I have admited in 23 oct 2017 for kidney stone opration. I went two times in opration theater without had brakefast. Waiting 5hr after 5hr docter told me water is not available in opration theater if possible ill do opration on 30 oct 2017.

This is the way to treat a paciant.
# of this management this is not free treatment this is advanced paid treatment. 3rd class management. Our amt deposited in govt some core rupees. And v faceing this kind of silli problems. Shame on management and our govt

Me n my wife was going to esic nh-3 for routine check, but doctor takes lots of time to release every patient, so approx 1.5 hr stand every patient stand in front of doctor, s room. This very crucial matter or dangerous for pregnant womens, so pls plan a sitting urgenment for outside doctors room. This one is safe step for all pregnant womens. I have also attached some pics of this situation.

Sir i m a employee of a private sector and my mother is in serious physical illness condition not my mother but also too many people suffering same, the staff of esi office including all doctor and esi superintendent all are coming on late and entertainment with staff in the office time after coming to the office so that it takes too many times to consult with patient, and patient suffering more and more. Really it's very pathetic n painful to wait and take interactions with doctor. At many cases patient face death. Pls take an action against of all so that we obliged.. Sir, my name is rahul sharma & i belong to district ambala. I am presently working in uhbvn haryana, ambala city division.
My father is ill since last 1& a half month and he has to undergo a surgery for his kidney disfunctioning.

I have tried so many times at local levels with esi local staff but they are not providing me the enpannelment hospital list.

So requesting you to help me in this situation. Also provide me necessary mobile no of concerned person for further process, support.

Esi hubli, karnataka hospital is so careless they say servers are not working.

I have visited the hospital on 19th oct 2017 to get referral letter for eye hospital and the server was not working.
The eye hospital will not accept hand written letter.

Again on 20th oct 2017 they say the same reason.

What kind of a hospital is this?
It claims to be a biggest hospital and such careless administration.

I request you to take necessary action immediately...

This kind of behavior is not accepted...
We cannot keep roaming around the hospital again again...

If you can't change the working quality, then at least change the policy.

Hi sir/madam i'm sribanraj working in ael data private company chennai. I have esi card. Me and family members also using my esi account. My family members using esi hospital in kumbakonam. Kumbakonam esi hospital service not good very poor service. Hospital doctors and service employee also working not good. This month diwali amount collect every esi accounters per 100 rs. This is government order? Please take immt action. Thank you

I have been to the reception of esic model hospital, lakshmi nagar, ajmer road jaipur. There is a male receptionist handling the registrations of patients whose behaviour is a pathetic. His tone is harsh and he don't know how to behave if someone ask question to him. I also ask him to behave politely and keep his tone appropriate. He asked guards to kick me out of hospital. We argued because first he asked to go dispensary and get the referred from doctor over there. I had been to dispensary and one ma'am had given me prescription and asked to go and register. I again been there and he started shouting on me, damaged my esic card and asked to go to doctor and get it referred. I again asked him to be polite and ask you staff to provide proper and correct information. I ask him his employee id and name and he denied to provide it and said do whatever you want. I have a question to the management. If such kind o[censored]nethical people are handling reception of such a big hospital then how poor people who pay their hard earned money to government to look after them indeed and in need going to survive. Please take that action again him otherwise reputation of this hospital will be in vain soon.

He says he go to the esi hospital with his father for admit his father but doctors not admit his father i dont no why but today i open esic portal and see his column of super speciality for ip is no so please check why this column is no because this employee registration in month of aug 2015 so why this column is no so please check and correct this status from no to yes.

My father kedar nath singh worked in royal security agency since 2003. Due to health problem he is unable to continue his work. He gets medical facilities under esi scheme. But after termination of his job he is not eligible for medical facilities. His company rss govern by gautam pander denied to provide any service certificate by which he could continue his medical facilities.

I have submitted my admit file of treatment and whole necessary documents which are required by the department member for the payment information. I have submitted all the original and xerox copy, all medical bill. But when i submitted file then i have not received receipt or any proof, which shows that i have done my work because, who have taken my file that person or lady employee refused for receipt. She has told that i have no time for giving receipt. Your amount will be deposit. I am very hopeless her behavior n i have doubt that she has completed my process or not. Please help me

Dear sir my name is shaikh naseeruddin, my wife is in admitted in the labour ward i saw some careless security guards and cleaning guys. Cleaning is very poor.. They only search who discharge today and asking tips morning to evening..
Security guards they allowing only those person who look builder or political person otherwise you give tip then they allow.. I attached photo also guard stand near door and locked i[censored] give tip they allow.

Esic sanathnagar, hyderabad hospital, emergency ward admit my wife on 16/09/2017 at 1 pm that day still 7 pm was not treatment, i am asking the concern doctor but they are not responding properly so please action the doctors, worst the esic sanathnagar hospital, so please kindly carpeted my request.

Dear sir/ madam, i m employee of innovosource pvt. Ltd... I have provided a esi card from my company... I am paying a money every month. Like a good citizen and employee. But today i went to esi center for health checkup.. And taking a medicines for my health. But esi doctor did a careless behave with us.. Like a they didn't a checkup to my health... Without any checkup of my health. Sir/mam i want to tell u about my health problem, i am having a illness as well as my body does hit but after some time change in normal... So esi doctor gave me a nonsense medicine without any checkup.. By which my health may be much sick and may be die... So i need a strictly action on those doctor who gave me a nonsense medicine... I[censored] will not take any action then i will go court... I need a reply in 48hours.. After i will complain in court.
