Toll free customer care numbers are always busy and other numbers not responding even after continuous calling of half hour.

I am looking for inquiry about free medical checkup scheme in ESIC that i come to know by

and require more details but ESIC is just unreachable.
Medical Toll free number responded but they are helpless and gave me local ESIC number which is out of order.

I (Mr. Manish tomar) work in dtc as a contract conductor in rajghat depot new delhi - 110002. My baby (Master vivan) have an asd (1.2cm hole) in heart. I went esic hospital jhilmil delhi in pedatric opd. Dr. Says that there is no option for pedatric cardiology and you should go in any govt. Hospital. When i go to ms. Ms also says that we have no option to reffer you in private hospital. You should go in any govt. Hospital. When i say him to say that please give me in written. They did not give me in written.
So please help me as soon as possible. Because my baby need treatment.

I have been working in METRO CASH & Carry India Pvt Ltd for 4 years. I have attended penchan camp.in my office. They had taken photo. But till the date I didn't get card. Kindly confirm where I should get card? I visited ESI but nobody gave proper information. Kindly suggest?where should I collect photo? Without card can I use ESI service by taking the form from office?

I have visited esic model hospital in nacharam Hyderabad Telangana state, regarding a request to refer for cataract surgery to my father but here a lady doctor seen in eye opd and saying no need of surgery just glasses are enough and not listening the severity of eye problem which my father unable to see clearly with his Lt eye and I have already visited some other hospital where saying urgent need of cataract surgery, I have asked her please do some preliminary tests n confirm but she just seeing with her torch and confirmed my father's eyes is perfectly alright it seens. Please do need full and pass strict instructions to physicians regarding patients care and some respect to their health condition

Shri maan ji main ESI service se bhut dukhi hoon ..mera last 2 year se ESI fund salary se deduct ho rha hai...but jab bhi main iska labh uthane ke liye ESI Dispensary jata hoon toh woh mujhe beizat krke bhga dete hain..mere pass e-pehchan card hai but abhi permagnent nhi bna hai...Recently aaj hi bareilly ki Dispensary se beizat ho kr aya hoon..Please help me..

I am working in roulunds baraking india pvt ltd. and have ESI card.In emergency admitted to Max Hospital (Delhi) due to dengue symptoms at that time blood pressure low, bleeding from mouth, platelets below 26000 on 01.10.2015 at 11PM. First i went to ESI at Rai Haryana but it was closed due to seriousness my neighbor and brother took me to Delhi hospital. But due to high expenses (1.6666 Lakh) that i could not afford i requested them to relive me form hospital on .03.10.15 in morning and at that time platelets were around 40, 000.Then went to Rai ESI and from there again referred to Cygnus hospital in Sonipat. Discharged form there on 12.10.15.I took the matter to ESI doctor but he rejected the case .

This is to bring to your notice that your staff working in your panjim- goa office (administration dept)is useless and also too rude to people(insured person). no proper filing is done by them i think they need training.Mostly they are busy in their work like chit chating due to this they have no time in looking at people who come to them.They think as if they are paying from their pocket to the insured person.
they have no proper knowledge to give the insured person as i think they are not educated. The people who are not educated are troubled soo much then what about to the educated person..

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that m/s. lila sebayan nurshing home is not providing proper treatment in some cases.
Mr. safi saikh & mr. sajeb marjit s an employee of our organisation beekay auto pvt. ltd. mr. safi saikh (ip no-[protected]) got an accident and admitted in lila sebayan for 5 days but medicine has to purchase from outside and a plate is required for his knee after operation which is also not available in lila sebayan. they are saying this has to be purchase from outside which is also not possible for him. and also they are not mentioned in writing that these are not available.

Secondly mr. sukhen marjit father of mr. saheb marjit (ip no-[protected]) is also not getting any treatment for cardiology and no one is communicating with him properly. and also they are not giving any reference for any other esi dispensary.
Its is very shameful for our organisation that we are deducting money for treatment from employees but unable to provide treatment to them.

I went to esi dispensary at shastri nagar delhi-110052 with my family for fulfil all the formalities of esi smart card before two months on the date "26TH APRIL 2016" but so far i have not been received smart card whereas an officer in shastri nagar dispensary said to me that collect your card after one month from your office so i heartily request you to please look into the matter i will be very thankful to you.

Its given that the ESI contact number Perumbavoor, Ernakulam, Kerala is[protected] and failed to contact this number to report an accident case for the ESI holder on 07/07/16 and can't be available today itself(11/07/16) to know the presence or the leave of the consulting doctor.

I prerna suri with ip no. [protected] since past 6 -7 months am not getting the reimbursement of the medicines procured from the market and the bills submitted with esic as they do not have the prescribed medicine. i had submitted the bills with duley filled form required. but a rejection has been written on the bills without any explanation given as to why the bills are rejected.

Dear, Required medicine are not available at esic pharmacy here in guwahati . We have to come from long distance daily to collect medicine it is not provided in the same day. On the first day we have to submit the copy of prescription and in the next day we have to wait to collect the medicine.then also we dnt get the medicines from them due to unavailabilty of medicine in the pharmacy. And what will a serious patient have to do ? He have to wait till the next day for medicine or he has to stand in que for medicine .how can a patient do all this. What is the value of treatment if we are not getting medicine at the required time. And why don't the doctor take us seriously .is that because we are spending a lot of money on them. Please change the system. All the above story is of guwahati esic hospital please take necessary action.

We went villivakkam esi for temporary card registration. They said there is no company seal.2nd we went with company seal, they said system problem. 3rd day they are saying we don't need company seal, we need seal from local office. They saw the company seal, but they didn't inform us to change the seal
We enquiry about local office address, they are saying ask in your office
Is it the way of giving response to people...?

Sir,
i am suffering from acute pain in left big toe, pain in both knees, pain in lowe back, numbness & pain in both legs. I am on treatment since last 3-4 years. On 27.05.16 dr, alok garg (hod) told me that he is unable to understand my desieas/problem and instead of sending me to empanneld hospital sent me to gtb / lnjp hospital. My complaint is that why it took him 3-4 years to understand that he is unable to understand my problem. Secondly after going th. My xrays he told me that my left big toe jonit is damaged and both knees are o.A. There are multiple bulging & herination in back as per mri. I went to sport injury centre safdarjang new delhi where doctors examined me advised treatment. I showed him the treatment paper but he just ignored it.
Now tell me what do i do.

Bill Submitted at SD Chandi chwok on dt: 16.01.2015 & 16.06.2015 and the same forwarded at ESI Sealdah Accounts Office on 22.04.2015 & 14.10.2015 after that ESI Sealdah division till not forwarded the same to ESI corporation 5/1, GRANT LANE, KOLKATA -700 012.
Kindly look in to this ASAP
