My name is Gurbachan Singh Marwaha aged 75 years DrSaket Bhardwaj examined me and recommended some tests and CT Coronary Angio. I got the tests done and deposited Rs15480/ vide BillNo OPCA25/566 dated 08/02/2025 and for CD of the procedure done I paid Rs 460/ against Bill no OPCA25/2525601 dated 08/02/2025.
As CT Coronary Angio couldn’t performed. Mr Jaswinder was doing my Angio told me to come on Monday with cancelled check and Adhar Number card and amount charged from me would be refunded in my account via NEFT.
I went on Monday the10th of February, I submitted both invoices, cancelled check and Adhar Card and Lady Manager of the department wrote her comments on the invoices with her signatures and I was told to submit at the Billing counter headed by Mr Mohit Bisht. I submitted the same to him at the Counter. I waited for 2hours for his reply.. He told me that he process the refund and send me money through NEFT. I have not received the till today in spite of repeated persuasion with Mr Mohit Bisht. I have called the Hospital number[protected] / 69262700 repeatedly but refunded is still awaited.

For Non panel patients, seeing doctor is just half an hour task as there is separte counter each for different specialties but for cghs patients there separte billing counter. It took me 1 hour just for billing whereas in non panel it is just 10 mins job.

Even there is facilities for appointments for non panel patients but cghs no appointments reqests are entertained you have to walk in and wait for long duration.

Some doctors who are available in nonpanel are not available for panel patients.

I came in morning 9:30 got billed at 10:30 and since 10:30 till 1:30 PM i am just waiting for the doctor as they send minimum 2 non panel patients before sending cghs patient. No clarity is given on number going on no display on token numbers it is very bad treatment for cghs patients

MRI scanning staff not taking the patient in proper order in which they are coming. Staff members are taking their own reference patients on priority only..
I am waiting since morning 9:30 am to my MRI scan but till now 4:55 pm my turn not came even I was supposed to go on 3rd number.
I have already complain to medical administration spoc for the same but they are also not taking any action on it.
And still they are treating us as same.
We all are fool here those are waiting for their number to MRI scan.

On 29th july i suffered a hand injury from football. On that day we went to Venkateshwar Hospital and they did a raw plaster on it. Few days later a proper plaster was done. After 1 month the plaster was removed. When the plaster was removed, we felt that there was a little angulation in the hand so we asked them to do an x ray regarding it but they refused and said that it is fine just do some physiotherapy. Even after 1month of continuous physiotherapy the angulation did not finish and i was not even able to move my hand properly and hold large things. After that we asked for an x ray. When the xray report came it was clearly written that there is angulation in hand. When we went to the doctor(Dr. Vibhor Singhal) he said that hand is perfect and doesnt need any treatment. After that he calculated the angulation and said that it needs surgery. Our complaint is that why didnt they do the plaster properly because of which i need a surgery now. Now this should be their responsibility to fix my hand without any payment. The doctor who plastered my hand also said that the hand is perfect and argued with us. It is requested to file our complaint and take action against the hospital authorities.

              Dear Sir,

I had admitted my father Mr. Sandeep Kumar Jain in Venkateshwar Hospital, Dwarka on 15th May 2021.

My father was suffering from covid symptoms from 25th April and treatment for the same was provided at home as per MD. doctor instructions.

My father RTPCR report was negative on 12th May.

My father spo2 was between 82-89 and his health condition was also ok.

Venkateshwar Hospital kept him on ventilator from 15th May even though I explained that his saturation is not dipping from last 20 days and he is fully consious but still emergency department put him on ventilator as a preventive measure and later on duty doctors and treating doctor in ICU said after 15 mnts that they cannot save my father even though he was ok.

On 17th hospital done rtpcr again which is against the icmr protocol of repeating test within 5 days and shifted my father to Covid ward.

Venketashwar hospital covid Testing Lab makes positive report always, same has happened with other patients.

After 20 days of first symptom virus consider as dead but still Venkateshwar hospital considered the positive result after CBNAT as base to shift my father to Covid ward unnecessarily.

Later I realised that covid package rate is 19, 800 compare to 5000 in non covid icu.

My father health condition kept on deteriorating day by day and infection kept on increasing as well inspite the fact that his inflammatory markers were not bad initially.

On 29th May when my father was supposed to be shifted to non covid ward, hospital said he is no more.

Hospital has killed my father to make money as we have used the DGHS card of my sister, I request the Government to take strict decision against the hospital for our irreparable loss.

              Regards,
              Ankur Jain

Pharmacy bills the amount greater than print rate.
We noticed that medicines were billed in wrong amount. When confronted they tried to replace the medicine instead of correcting the bill. After heated argument they returned the medicine and issued manual bill and amount due.
After that i noticed same thing with another medicine in same bill.
Please take appropriate action as this is illegal.

                  Dear sir/madam
My mother was brought to the emergency department of venkateswara hospital dwarka sector.18a new delhi on 20/10/18 as she incurred injury due to falling at home, on examination we were told that she had her hip joint fractured and bipolar hemiarthroplasty was advised by dr. R k pandey. We admitted her in the hospital same day and operation date provided to us was 22/10/18 but on the day of operation hospital administration directed dr r k pandey to attend opd instead of performing pre planned operation on questioning this delay and unprofessional attitude of the hospital and making rounds pillar to post from guest relationship to administer dr rajiv malhotra office we were made to wait and as i'm typing this complain we are still clueless about the final time for the operation.

My concern is that is it not causing risk to the well-being of the patient and quality of service provided to the patient if a doctor who has to perform the operation is make to attend enormous patients in opd and also made to operate these type of serious surgeries his performance will surely affected.
This is like playing with the health of the patient.
Action must be taken towards authorities of the venkateswara hospital.

Patient was treated after delay of 3 hours, now today morning new blunder came to our surprise we've got call from the surgical ICU stating that patient has to be shifted to the room and the room which was earlier allotted to the patient was allotted to someone else and we need to put fresh request for room allotment...I mean are you joking how come when the hospital has a patient in hand and being treated for then why has they put someone else in her room and when I contacted the help desk for the room they told me that no room is available and we may need to wait for 7-8 hours this is totally illogical...I guess hospital strategy is to make patient spend more and more time ICU so that ICU charges shall be incurred in the bill to increase profitability of the hospital whereas it shouldn't be like that . When they are having a patient admitted for certain treatment they should be responsible for all the facilities to be provided to the patient.
While posting this complain I am waiting for any response from the hospital which I'm expecting.

The only repsonse i am getting is that you would get a call and now they have stopped taking my calls and eveb if they do they disconnect it without answering my concerns. I am not keeping well and need these reports urgently but i am not getting any response. Please help me.

My father has died due to hospital negligence including antibiotics overdose.

We have given 06 remdesivir injection between 02 -06 May at home and same has been informed to Doctor Pratibha, Doctor Mukesh, Emergency department and on duty doctor.

Venkateshwar hospital has shifted my father to covid ward on 17th May after 20 days of first symptom even though my father covid report was negative on 13th May after first covid symptoms on 25th April.

I have informed Remdesivir was already given but still 06 Remedesivir was given again by hospital between 19-21 st May which leads to kidney failure and increase in infection.

This is against the ICMR protocol.

Hospital emergency kept my father on ventilator without consulting ICU doctor even though my father SPo2 was 86 and he was fully stable and inflammatry markers were also not high.

In ICU doctor said after 15 minuts that since my father is on ventilator so they can't save him.

Hospital kept my father on ventilator for 15 days and kept on giving high dose antibiotics which leads to increase in infection.

Hospital has killed my father, unfortunately Delhi government only supports hospitals.

I request you to please help with justice, I have all document proof.

This is to bring to your notice the series of events that has caused me dis-satisfaction towards the services offered by the hospital.

On the evening of 6th June i had visited the hospital - casualty due to fever. The duty lady doctor prescribed medicines. Post two days of leave, i again visited the hospital on 9th June and was treated by a different duty doctor in the casualty. I resumed to work on 10th June. As an official requirement I'm supposed to submit a medical certificate with my employer. Thus i approached the hospital a few days later to get a medical certificate, and was told to come later when the doctor whom i had consulted is on duty. Hence i went back yesterday evening, only to be told by the duty staff to comeback in the morning at 9am. So i went back today morning for the 3rd time to get the medical certificate. The duty staff & duty doctor now started making several calls and consulting their higher officials, all for the sake of confirming how to issue a medical certificate. After several discussions, the duty doctor handed over the phone to me. Some senior doctor (on the other side of the line) after several rounds of questioning again asked me to come back later in the evening (between 6 - 9pm) to meet the lady doctor whom i had consulted and I was told that she would be the one issuing the medical certificate. Abiding by their guidelines, I again went back tonight and had to wait for quite sometime as the lady doctor on duty was busy on a tele-call outside the casualty.

As she came in, the duty staff handed over my prescription to her asking her to issue a medical certificate. But to my astonishment, the lady doctor bluntly said she can't issue the medical certificate and she is leaving. Standing right beside her, i felt embarrassed and insulted. After several harsh rounds of arguments, the doctor who was least bothered to have the courtesy of asking who had instructed me to come, finally called up someone to seek further assistance because i raised my voice in protest. Later she stated that she could have given the certificate but since i had approached them quite late for the same, it couldn't be issued. As a customer few questions left unanswered:

                        1. Why am i denied of a medical certificate for a service/treatment i availed and paid for?
                        2. Why if they have an internal protocol, should i suffer as a customer?
                        3. Ultimately if it ended up in not issuing the certificate, why was i made to walk up & down the hospital several times?
                        4. When voices were raised in argument, another lady doctor threatened by stating " You do whatever you want, we will see".
                        5. The attitude of the doctor while rejecting my plea for a certificate was highly sarcastic & carefree. How can someone from such a noble profession behave like this?

This shows the level of service the Hospital offers to its patients and the rude 'don't care' attitude of the staff.Hospital does not cater to the needs of the customer, they have no internal rules and this shows management is very weak in controlling their staff. Each doctor or staff has different opinion. Each says i am not the one who is responsible. One staff said that earlier the hospital had issued fake medical certificates and now they have become strict in this regard.
If a hospital can issue fake medical certificate then why cant they issue a genuine one or is it that they issue only fake ones?

Pity the hospital with such a poor management.
