On 23rd of April 2015, due to Internet server mischief the doctor in the ESIC wrote prescription on paper only(unlike their regular prescription online) hence, the store refused to dispense medicine. On refusal to medicine we returned to the doctor who refused to help and sent us back to the store who refused to provide medicine. This went on numerous time and on enquiry our only hope of a good health care of our kid went off when we found of the unavailability of any supervisor impression. After a number of refusal and 6 hours of our time in bad health of our kid we came back home.

My name is shaikshavali and my ESI number is [protected] and my wife is pregnant and Ihave submitted all documents at ESI Mahaboobnagar. There the ESI doctor Mr Naresh is not approving for ESI and he is telling all the stories that we did not get claim.We have argued with him on this regard and no issue and he also tear off all the documents submitted and he is telling that go and tell any body Iwont care any body.Hence Iam putting this in front of you.Kindly help me to get approval for ESI.

Respected Sir, I have got know that some of the staff members of Esic super speciality hospital, sanathnagar, erragada, telangana have got their jobs using fake ssc board and interboard certificates and graduation certificates, they had given huge amount of bribes for attaining their respective jobs in nursing orderly in the year 2012.. the following are the names of the candidates who have submitted fake certificates for getting the jobs.. 1.Prashanthi Koka (submitted Fake marriage certificate as unmarried nursing orderly) 2.Tayi Venkata Narshima Rao (fake certificates, Age bar candidate at the time of appointment) 3.Bhaskar Rao (Submitted wrong date of birth certificate) The above mentioned candidates are still countinuning in their respective jobs till date.. I hereby declare that the above given details are true and i request you to take severe action on them as there are not at all elgible for the post..and as they are many other geniune candidate better than them who really deserve the jobs.. The above mentioned candidates have also given the examination and were below average and skipped the interview with huge bribes I request you to take some action on them as soon as possible Thank you

I am suresh from puzhal chennai 600066 my ip no [protected] i regula ly going puzhal dispensary. IN Sundays lots of people comng there. But enough doctors is not there so the peoples. And doctors are affected in time delayed computer system is not working faster docters and staffs cant able to handle the crowd in sundays. I collect 75 signatures from patients and esi card holders and forward request with signatures to esi officials in chennai so we need more docters in sundays we are working peoples we cant go in week days. my IP no.[protected]. i went to the esi gandhinagar branch for my mother's eye check up on 9th March of 2015. they gave reference slip to ESIC GORIMEDU main branch. Esic camp was conducted on 10th March. i went to the camp, vasan eye care staffs were checked my mother's eye and they told that operate your mothers eye as soon as possible, but they haven't tie up with pondicherry Esi for that they refer to the Cuddalore branch. . i went to the cuddalore vasan eye care& they told that pondicherry esic card is not valid for tamilnadu esic.. Again i came back to the gorimedu esic hospital and undergone consultation with the doctor, & the doctor told that we will refer only pondicherry GH for this purpose& not for any private hospitals. Sir now i want to know onething from you, what is the use ESI. then why we are paying money for ESI. i already send the compliant to puducherry ESI office they had not given any reply.

Dear Sir, I am sarabjeet singh working in Brahmos aerospace.Actually my elder brother has a card of esic from 2014 may.my brother's wife is suffering from Lever disease.I saw her in rourkela esic, and transfer her to kims hospital bhubneswar.after 10 days of treatment they said us to we are unable to process because patient conditions is too much critical.again we came to rourkela esic and they provide us the route towards Hyderabad and said we are transfering to esic model hospital Hyderabad.and said us they are able to transfer the patients in good hospital.we arrived at Hyderabad on 14th of March.but after coming Hyderabad, DAM said us your treatment is not possible here.and give us a reason.that are follows with my question. 1. They said your patient is previously suffering from psoriasis thats why Lever failure occurs.than why rourkela esic was treating still the condition became critical. 2.SMS said you are from other state, thats why treatment is not possible.than why rourkela esi send us Hyderabad. Either Hyderabad esic or rourkela esic employees are illiterate about rules. After that I stared communications with esic rourkela.but madam archna who is responsible for this entire. Situation o[censored]s she doesn't want to talk.I talk with Orissa SMC, regional officers they only give me answer that we are not responsible. Than who is responsible, we are citizens of India we can had rights to treat any where. Than why government employees restricted us.why they are afraid to take responsibility. This is very funny. Patient should wait for treatment. But in ESIC I did wait only for registration 2 hours. Now a days we getting movie tickets within seconds but we are waiting for doctor for two hours. How shame. I am an employee and every month amount getting debit and result is this. Increase your counters and appoint who knows the computer operating. Don't give this type of service. That man taking 10 minutes for one registration. What is this. ? Please change the system. Remember patients comeing for treatment not for entertainment. How they will suffer of waiting for 2 hours

One of the employee was previously under ESIC slab, but now the employee is exempted from ESIC slab. when I am filling the contribution at I am not getting option 'EXEMPTED'. My IP No. is [protected]. My dependant mother is having a fibroid in her uterus. She is in need of surgery. Tuticorin dispensary gave us referral letter to ESIC, Tirunelveli. Since my mother is having diabetes and BP, they deny to issue fitness report. Then what is the remedy? When the private hospital doctors are ready to do the operation after controlling the blood sugar and pressure at their end, why cannot the ESIC do anything? I have to accompany my mother since she is not able to go alone. If we go to the ESIC hospital in the morning itself, time lapse is happening and the whole day is getting waste. Till now, we went for 4 times. But it is of no use. For transportation and food, I have spent approximately Rs.2000/- (my loss of pay is included). The crucial fact is that rather than spending money apart from our monthly insurance amount, the ESIC is waste. I have sent a mail to SRO, ESIC, Tirunelveli who is just unresponsive. Who will take the responsibility?

What is this. There are so complication to refer only small thing 2) other thing I deposit my medical test bill to goandpur dispensary before accepting there is no stamp of out sides doctor but I full fill all. When time came to check passed bill officer says here is lying passed file check yourself. In the Chhattisgarh Govt has announced that they don't refer to private Hospital for Medical Treatment. I have job in Patrika Pvt.ltd since 4 year and i have registered in ESIC Member. My monthly income in 13000 Rs. per month. I Can not Take any Medical treatment Without ESIC. please Help us for getting Benifits of ESIC.

Complaint against ESIC Employee Hi, I went ESIC hospital Baddi, Himachal Pradesh at 6:00 PM on 08-Feb-2015 .One male Mr. Sandeep and one female Dr. employees were sitting there in emergency ward. I was bitten by the dog but they clearly denied to look at my matter and asked me to come next day and talk with us very rudely. This is not a good service. Please look in this matter this is very serious issue. They are cleraly dening to look patient. This is there duty to look patient but they are not doing there job
