Dear sir/madam Iam devender and iam working cholamandalam finance company in palwal branch.My claim id no-[protected]. suddenlu heart problem I had surgury in 20august -2014 on GOLD FIELD HOSPITAL MOHNA CHHAISYA BALLABGARH. All my medical and discharge sheet submit in esic 16/6 local office faridabad.but my med claim not received till date.I also help customer care but no responce.So please help me and soutout my claim problems.

Dear Sir/ Madam, My name is Akash. I went to ESIC Gandhinagar Branch (which was shifted to gokulpeth) today and ask for doctors consultation. The person who make the receipt's on the reception type counter told me you first take the card from the bootibori office and then you will come and take further facilities but still you first meet the lady doctor and take her suggestion from her. So I take a receipt from him and meet the doctor. She was replied me very rudely and told me why you make triangle, you better go to other deipensery, and all other hopeless things. I think she don't want to do work as well. This is my first time and I think last time when I went to ESIC Dispensary By Mistake. Please take a necessary action.

Im Mr.B.Dilly Baskaran, IP No. [protected], I would like to make a complaint about the ESIC dispensary at Anna Salai, Chetpet, Chennai, TamilNadu. This particular dispensary on my view is not punctual. Opening time is very late, it opens only by 7:30 am but it is suppose to open by 7 am. Similiarly closing time is by 6:30pm but it is closed by 6 pm. As a regular office working man Im unable to go to the dispensary with these time shifts. Workers say that "since there are no patients we close the dispensary at our wish" and this attitude is annoying and the inappropriate answers by the workers is much infuriating. I suggest that you could increase the dispensaries working time.

I was referred by ESI Hospital, Ernakulum North to Lakshmi Hospital, Ernakulam for IVF treatment (treatment for infertility). I was treated for the last 3 months and now Laskhmi Hospital is saying that ESIC asked them to stop the treatment for ESIC clients. I contacted Medical Superintendent, Ernakulam North ESI Hospital and she is saying this is as per the order from New Delhi, we cannot do anything and IVF is not a treatment so, ESIC cannot...

My ESI Reg No. is [protected], registration date 17.10.2014, Till Date(19.02.2015) I did not get any Smart card or document from ESI. My father is seriously ill, hence I need to take Treatment from private Doctor & Till now the total treatment cost has been crossed 10000+, I want this cash back from ESI, as they assured me that they will provide me the card and treatment with in 90 days of my regn.

Today visit d-15 dispensary at naroda road, Ahmadabad regarding collect medicine for my father and my father health not good he have paralysis but dispensary in charge told me medicine not given to u and go to home.This is not proper answer this side and dispensary is government so how to told me say go to home.Please tack action this regarding.every moth esic payment cut in my salary so what is problem in issue my medicine.Officer name is DR. in kalkaji dispensary nobody can take responsibilities for senoir citizen, for medicine there are several formilities and lines for senior citizen, my father is 63 yrs old and suffering from liver problem but ESIC has not the treatment facilities niether transfer to private hospital for treatment, why does i pay from my salary, if i goes to take medicine form dispensary staff behave like animals come to door, who will take care of it.

Dear Sir, My name is Hari Kumar and I am working in Kanu Exports and is insured vide ESIC No.[protected] under Najafgarh dispensary. That I am suffering from acute kidney problem since last 2 years and was prescribed some medicines by the doctor. But the dispensary in charge is not giving medicines to me and also harassing me. It is to further inform you that I can not survive even a single day without medicine. They promised me to replacement with permanent teeth within two month but promised date is expired . I visited many time to particular ESIC but they miss behead with me. Smt Kamla Shukla is a kidney patient. She has been undergoing treatment since December 2012 at Nahar Nursing Home satna, PGI Lucknow, Jeevan jyoti Hospital Allahabad and now at Apollo Hospital and Kidney Centre Hydrabad ( A P ) 3. Hon'ble Madam, I have availed no (ESIC) claim in person or family since i became an IP instead i bore all the expenses in good faith that i can maintain the expenditure. 4. I do admit that due to your kind grace, Since last one year, my wife has been given prescribed life saving medicines by ESIC Dispensary at Satna. She also got operated for fistula at her left hand for further Hemodialysis at Greater Kailash Hospital Indore, One of Tie Up hospitals with Esic. 5. Now, my wife (Smt Kamla shukla), has been advised to go on regular Hemodialysis. We are panic due to her deteriorating health. Sir, financially, I am over burdened and now I am unable to bear this costly treatment. 6. The Esic Tie Up Hospitals are a far cry for regular Hemodialysis in the area. The patient's condition is such that she can not journey to next city with an Esic Tie Up Hospital. 7. I am the only member to take care of the patient, attend my job and all routine affairs. Falling an emergency I 'd to get her admitted in the Birla Hospital Satna for Hemodialysis. The Local Esic dispensary was already intimated for the Hemodalysis and requested for further dialysis at Birla Hospital satna. But the concerned authorities have denied to accept bill for the treatment. 8. I am an English teacher at Saraswati Higher Secondary school krishna nagar satna. and last 3 and more years the due amount is being deducted from my salary. 9. I am concerned about my patient please refer her further Treatment & Hemodialysis to Birla Hospital Satna for the care and heatlth benefits of the patient. I beseech your grace to grant speedy approval of bills to be filed at local office satna. As i have already requested that i won't be able to bear day one cast the Hospital is Private and they will not treat the patient till their dues are clear. 10. Noida me Sec-12 ki dispensary ka kaam karne ka tarika itna ganda hai ki logon ko bahut problemes hoti hai pahle parchi ke liye line lagao to karmchari kahta hai ki khidki no. 25 se kard chek karwao fir waha line lagani padti hai fir wapas aake parchi banti hai uske baad Dr. ke room ke liye line lagao jisme ki kam se kam 1-2 ghante lag jate hai tab jake no. aata hai ab Dr. puchhega ha batao to ham apna muh khole usase pahle Dr. sahab ki kalam chalne lagti hai. aur ham apni puri samsya bata nahi pate ki Dr. sahab kahte hai ye dawaiyan le lena aur wo jin parchiyon pr dawa likhte hai uspe puri ditails nahi bharte jaise ki naam IP no. etc. to usko bhrwane ke liye khidki no. 26 pe line lagani padti hai waha par baithe karmchari lagbhag 50-60 saal ke honge to unhe ek parchi bharne me lagbhag 5 minut to lag hi jate hai uske baat fir dawa lene ke liye line lagao aur dawa ke liye sirf ek hi khidki khuli hui hai ab jab no. ata hai to waha ka karmchari hame dawayen aise deta ahi jaise dawaiyan kude me fek raha hao aur dawa khane ka tarika batana to wo uchit nahi samjhate. aur ek sabase badi problem rahti hai wash room ki aakhir kaha jaye chalo mens to idhar udhar aad me kar bhi lete hai par mahilaon ka kya haal hota hai wahi janti hain. yahi hal laga bhat Sec-24 me sthit Hospital ka bhi hai. in sabke bavjood sabse badi dikkat ye hai ki koi bhi karmchari sidhe muh baat tak nahi karta sirf 1 ya 2 ko chhod ke Dr. bhi kisi marij se dhang se baat nahi karte aisa lagta hai ki wo apni Bi Bi se kiye hue jhagde ka gussa marij se nikalte hain. ab bataden ki sec 24 ke hospital ke ek Dr. sahab hai Garg ji Shayad sabse sinier hai par wo marijon ko aise treat karte hain ki unke pichhwade me kisi ne Rocket laga diya hao 2 - 4 word bolenge bhag lenge. aur sabase badi problem marij ko ya uske pariwar walon ko kabhi nahi batayenge ki marij ko hua kya hai aur kyu. to mera bas yahi kahna hai ki thoda sa in chijon par dhyan diya jay aur working me sudhar laya jaye.
