[Resolved]  HCL CORPORATION LIMITED — Employee Benefits

Dear Sir, I am working since last three years in HCL Comnet Sys and Service Ltd, SEZ branch Noida, UP, sir, in this company there is no work ethics, they dont give compensation well after working hard in this company sir this year they have not given compensation and arrears for almost three month to 70% employee stating the reason of poor performance which is again harashing moments for all employee. The company decline the fact of National Holiday by not putting these days even as Restricted Holiday , and if someone ask for leave they say no this day, as it seems we are not Indian Citizen who has lost right to celebrate our independence days. Secondly they have three month notice period and its too long with each passing year they increase this,, and because of this employee has to leave many good oportunities as HCL dont pay much on basis of poor performance and even dont let the employee go in a month. On court order female employee should be gurded in cab in night shift , but it seems not working in this company as guard are itself not capable to protect theirself and also they dont wait till the female employee enter into their house., i would request you on behalv of HCL Comnet Sys and Serv employee to guard the interest of employee as we are being harased by the top management and no one listen us.
