Dear Sir,
I purchased HCL 3g connect Tablet one month before. My mistake LCD is broken. I am ready to pay for that. I contacted HCL service centre Mangalore. They refused to take that because very difficult to get parts from their Bangalore Branch. If I bring and give they will repair and give. I contacted Bangalore Branch but no proper reply. Then I send mail to "hcltouch.[protected]@hcl.com" "hcltouch.[protected]@hcl.com" "[protected]@hcl.com" but India's top company don't want to reply for or don't know to reply.
Kindly help me for my problem and I am requesting you like me many people are suffering for like these people.

I contacted Mangalore HCL service center, they refused because very difficult to get the parts from the company.They told me to bring parts from Bangalore service center and they will do the service. Very difficult to contact Bangalore branch. Then I sent mail to "hcltouch.[protected]@hcl.com", "hcltouch.[protected]@hcl.com", "[protected]@hcl.com" and now more then 10 days no reply from them.
India's top company not giving proper service and reply.
I am requesting you please help me in this matter.
