I have bought HCL ME tab V1 on 21/2/13. Its Sr.No. is 113STD003190. But It seems like I have bought a headache @ Rs.7998.
After a month, It was not charging. I dropped it at HCL service station Bix Computers, Ahmedabad and after a long wait and repeated requests and mails to HCL support, I received it after one and a half month. They would not even reply to any mail or call me back.
The same is the story now.
Now the touch screen not working. I registered a complaint, complaint no. is [protected] on 21/6/13 and its not yet resolved. Every time I call the service centre( Bix computer, vijay cross road, Ahmedabad ), they say the parts not received from HCL.
And every time I call HCL toll free number [protected], they say its already done. Today they said, It has been done on 12th July but Bix Computers say, they are still waiting for the parts and may take a week.
I think Those guys are tricking their customers, selling cheap electronics at high price and when it comes to their service station, they keep it with them for a long time so that warranty period expires and they need to repair it fewer number of times.
I want my Tablet back very sooner or I want my money back.
I am waiting for a call from them because I have called them and dropped them many mails yet and I am sure I will get only machine generated reply.
Help me.
