I have given my HCL laptop model no.k21 for repair, problem was asking for bios password so they done, they told m to replace bios chip so when i ask them to give me that my old chip they gave some another desktop chip, this i came to know when i showed to some other mechanic, they also told me to replace motherboard which was working properly but thy gave me false reason to change so came in their false thing and i change that also.
