Subject: Complaint against poor service
Dear sir
I am writing to you to file a complaint about the poor service that I was applied for digital signature on 20th august 2018 application no 6049312 (signature )and 6049311(Encryption)
I received e token from your organization and trying to download digital signature but displayed error . I contacted to your customer care no ([protected]). After lot of ringing someone receive phone and I told him my difficulties. Also permitted accessed my pc by Any desk . They try 11.00am to 6.00pm on date 25th august . I fill that there are no efficient person serving customer .
After lot of try they asked me for to replace e token because faulty e token.
At same day I was courier e token issued by you on 25th august by nandan courier with fast track. But there are no any sms or any confirmation from e mudra.
I want to quote tender for western railway department but it was lapse because of your poor and inefficient cusmor service.
In conclusion, I wish that this matter will be settled as everything that transpired has caused a great deal of stress and hassle on my part.
