[Resolved] Emudhra — fake verification of application id

I am a ra,
I applied for a digital signature (Dsc) on 05/01/2019 and i entered wrong pan no in the application form. However the application was approved by emudra and i downloaded the dsc.
I want to know whether the verification is really done. If not then what is the point of taking approval from e mudra.

E mudra is equally responsible for the fault.
