[Resolved] Emudhra — haven't received application id and challenge code

As spoken to the customer care of emudra today at around 11:50am on their no [protected], they said they would provide me the application id and challenge code in 2 hours but now it's later than 7pm but still haven't received it, this is not the service i expect from them regarding very important document. I need to call them repeatedly for every single step
