Emudhra — Pending CA approval for DSC

I have applied for a Class 3 Digital Certificate. The payment had been made on December 30th, 2020. Even though I received the pen drive, I had to navigate through lot of website issues. Finally, on 6th January 2021, I was able to complete the video recording. And, have been getting messages that it is pending CA approval and surprisingly none of my messages or emails have been responded to. And about the Customer Care phone number, less said, better.
I am still waiting for a resolution of the issue, as it is very very urgent.
