Enrich Salon — cheated by enrich by selling high cost brand without informing customers

Updated by Rasika Kolambkar-Kulkarni I am really disappointed feel cheated by a hair stylist named as Jameshed in Hiranandani meadows thane west branch.He has cheated my mother by using a international hair color product and not informing price of hair color product which he has used for a senior citizen aged 65 yrs.
On above that Ms Rutuja who was concerned billing person available at that promised me that she will cctv photage proving my allegations wrong which she failed to do so.Till now I have not received mail about cc tv photage neither any call from the salon as a courtesy.
This careless attitude towards customers shows Enrich image in salon industry has gone down and they are bother about it too.
