I regret to imform you that the services of enrich vastrapur solitaire, ahmedabad are pathetic. They have no sense of punctuality and an absolute disgrace for the value of time of their clients. The attitude of taking their clients will lead to the downfall. My appointment was at 10am on june 12and the hair stylist didn't even bother to show up. I will not take any names bcoz it is a question of someone's career but this is unacceptable behavior and treatment. This is the 4th or 5th time there are punctuality issues and the manager didn't even show up by then so i did not even have anyone with authorization that i could talk to.
Inshort, i m disappointed and i expect u to revert back with an apology and compensation for my time otherwise u just lost a regular client, forever!! And this will keep happening often if things don't change soon here! Was this information helpful? |
