Hi am a member of Enrich saloon Santacruz West (Podar school) I been there to do Hair spa and told the receptionist accordingly that I want to do hair spa nothing specific as am happy with my hair, once the stylist had a look of my hair he suggested some SPA which was good for drizziness (which cost me 2015/-) I was shocked when he did the spa as what he did was a hair wash & after that applied some cream and washed it after 15 mins, and boom the SPA was done.. I mean come on it was like applying conditioner after wash. For that we pAy 2000/- I felt compleatly cheated, top of it after complaining the counter girls her "extremely sorry" was compleatly plain..we go Hair spa for relaxation, cream can be applied at home too... My hair are still same even after this so called expensive treatment.. How are we suppose to trust this money suckers... Was this information helpful? |
