Enrich Salon — Unethical, pathetic behaviour by manager, denial of service

I took an appointment with the enrich salon, koregaon park branch for hair blow dry - curlout in the afternoon dt 21.1.16 for my mehendi function . The manager gave me an appointment at 8pm. I told her that i want the best stylist available since it was my mehendi function, she confirmed that it is ankush guy and at 8pm, he can do since his shift gets over at 8.30pm.
When i reached there at 8:04pm, she said ankush has left for the day and i will give you the other guy. I told her you confirmed that hes the best one you have, so how can the other guy suddenly became the best. To that she lied that ankush has left when he was standing besides me, hearing all this ankush told me that mam, ok i will do blow dry for you.Then got to know tat ankush has never left
The moment ankush started doing, he could not do a single strand where he was kind enough to say that mam, i am not able to do the curlout, i just know simple blow dry or tongs. To taht i said, but i had mentioned this in my appointment, he said manager doesnt have technical knowledge and this is what even the manager said, so i said fine, now atleast alot me someone who can do it because at 8.30 in the evening, i cant go anywhere and specially i was getting late for my event.She came to me saying i cannot alot you anyone since you denied for that guy initially. I told her thats because you told ankush is the best one you have and i had taken his appointment. To her ego, she says i think about my employees and none of our staff is willing to do your services. And this insult, she did before everyone in the salon. This made me extremely angry and i told her give me in written that which stylist is denying the services to me and who are you to deny it to me. She said i should not have taken your appointment and i cant disclose the name of stylist and she changed the statement saying hes left for the day and i saw he was cutting someones hair. . So i said give me in written that you are denying the services.
She went and took a piece of paper and wrote since the client has fragile and thin hair, my stylist is not able to blow dry the clients hair and hence we deny the service.
Now this was an ultimate insult. I get my hair blow dry with any salon thrice a week and noone has commented this ever. She was just trying to cover her statement. She knew that i had to get it done because of the event and hence taking advantage of the situation, she ordered her stylist named ankush that " i order you that you leave the salon, dont do he service and i will handle. " ankush was kind enough to stay but she forced him to leave.Then she came to me saying" his girlfriend was waiting so i had to tell him to leave, thats because i care about my employees feelings more than you" it made me extra angry and i had a heated argument because she also denied the other guy named santosh to do my services.
Also she challenged me that " henceforth i will see who gives you appointment in my salon and do whatever you want, i done care about my job"
I saw other guy doing hair cut, when i went to ask him or rather request him to do my services, he denied looking at the manager. This insult i faced before entire salon, so i cried and called my husband. Also santosh was cutting his trainers hair, so i requested the trainer to please do my services. Meanwhile the manager went to the front desk challenging me that she wont allow the services.The trainer was not the salons employee so he accepted the request and said i would help you mam, dont worry. Also, i told him that i will pay you personally whatever you want. He did an ultimately amazing blow dry on the same hair which were mentioned falsely "thin" by the manager . I paid him outside the salon and he gave that money to the manager .
Also my husband had to leave the event in between and came to the salon to help me, but the manager was extremely rude to hi so he called the customer care because of which they called the manager and she lied to them that nothing has happened and the client is taking the services.
I request the consumer forum to help in this matter since its height of humiliation, insult, loss to my mood, loss to the ever hairdo more than denial of service.
