Can you please advise for below error.?

I have been tracking the status of my pf withdrawal, but found the below status. Can you please tell me what is due to?


Status for member id: mhban[protected]


Claim id : mhban[protected]
Status : claim form 13 for transfer to new account number: against old member account no (Mhban[protected] has been approved. Payment is under process.

Claim id : mhban[protected]
Status : claim form 13 for transfer to new account number: against old member account has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim.
Reason of rejection: the reason of rejection is not available in database. You may please contact ro/sro bandramumbai-i for further details
