Epson India — No response from Sales team regarding the purchase post payment

Hi,

I am Srikanth SP resident of Hyderabad, recently ordered Espon EH-TW7100 through "https://epsonshop.co.in" with Order ID #[protected] on 12th July'25 and paid fully amount through credit card payment. Until now i dint receive any dispatch or shipping details even after 5 days.

Could you please take necessary steps/action regarding the delay of the delivery of the product. Infact my credit card emi is going to start for the same purchase and there is no confirmation on the shipment.
