Epson India — Printer in complaint and they are not rectifying

Epson printer not working it is in warranty service engineer came and left unattended and its two time the problem was not cleared. Second time he came and told he will take the printer to shop and repair and after that he closed the complaint without un-attending its Epson L3200. my work was halted and its been one week and more the printer was kept aside this is the latest complaint raised in progress INW[protected] and previous INS[protected] in which he didnt even said anything and kept custimer to bring printer to service center but how and why shud i ?
