Essel nasaka stage 11 minjet plus purchased on 07/09/2013.After the purchase, the product stopped working. On complaints to the customer care, they send local engineers and other substandard people to repair the product on extra charges. 1st complaint on[protected]. Then[protected].[protected].[protected]. This product seems to be faulty and now on complaining they reply harshly and doesn't agree for a repair Or refund of the same product. Kindly take action against them sir and solve the query as this is one of the fraud companies in India ... No response from their side .. Kindly take necessary action against them sir.
