Estillo Furnitures Tollygunge Complaints & Reviews

Wr had purchased a 6 seater fining table and a dresser unit from Estillo furniture Baguiati. Since the day of delivery we have faced severe harassment with the time as well as on fitting norms. We are working professionals and time is of essence for us. We have made multiple attempts to arrange product fittings however none of those have been successful. We dont reside at the place this is to be fitted and hence due to lack of punctuality we had to travel back and forth with a response everytime that thr fitter has some emergency and wont be able to make it. This entire process has caused us immense harassment and we expect urgent action and reimbursement for the pain.

Delivery date changed without prior intimation

While installation of the product my marble flooring has been damaged by the bolts placed below the sofas.
When this was reported to Mr Rachit ( owner of Estillo), he was extremely unprofessional in dealing with this situation. He was disrespectful and showed no responsibility towards such irresponsible installation.
He stated that he would take no responsibility for the installation done by his team. Secondly the delivery process itself was very unorganised.
His attitude before and after sales was just the opposite.
It is very clear from the images attached that the company is extremely unprofessional and has no empathy towards the customers.

Immediately change the product otherwise I will be bound to take legal action.

It’s been 1 year crossed and still my issued not solved. The customer care stopped receiving my calls and messages. First of all i got a defective sofa and when i complained them there was no response at all.
[protected] : This was the number where i called so many times. Shalini was the girl who talked to me and now she stopped taking my calls. I am gonna spread all the pictures & chats to facebook pages, instagram pages, just dial and where ever i can. Also i will start running a campaign regarding false product given to the customer. Also i will be now complaining to the online consumer court now.

Cracking sound is coming from bed. Need urgent check and repair.

I ordered a dining set of 30000/- bearing order no.JM/60956 from your Tollygunge branch on 23rd April, 2021. The set was delivered on 24 th April, 2021 and fitted on 25 th April, 2021. But most surprising that leg of one chair got broken on 26th, April 2021. I already mailed the whole thing to your company as well as requested your Tollygunge branch to take return the whole set. As I dont want this dinning set and want my money back. But they didn't send anyone to collect the setand I dont get any response from them .My invoice number is 000187. As a customer I don't expect this kind of customer service from your reputated company.

Hello, I purchased a tea table 7 years back from mani square. The table requires some repair works and I visited mani square. They provide me the EStillo Phone no. ([protected]) I contacted them. But their response is very much disappointing. She collected Rs 300 for the service 7 days earlier and took some parts of my table.Now she is not receiving my call . Is it not a case of cheating ?
I wrote an SMS to the madam:
"I am very much surprised by your not responding attitudes as well as not giving services after the repeated change of date. I am calling several times, but no response from your end. You told me it will be completed within Saturday positively... Still today there is no response... kindly call me. This is the last time of my request.. "
In view of this, I am seeking justice as well as quick service for the sake of brand name

Mera ek product liye the..jis din se liya hu usi din se products kharap hona chalu hua hai.. middle me lockdown ho gaya tha..isi liye contact nehi kar paye..magar uske baad bahut bar compliant kie the magar koi support nehi mila apka company taraf se..admi aye to bolta hai mera ye nehi hai.kya karu?

We bought a wardrobe and sofa ser from estillo online on 15 january, 2017.But the wardrobe getting fungus and rust within one year.
Can it be repair and overcome the fungus problems especially in rainy season.

It was defective when i received (July, 2020). I share the pictures and the details to rony (Sales in vip road branch) but no response. After 1 month i had to go to their showroom and ask for the service and then they sent carpenter after 4 days.
They have also taken pictures and they were so confirmed this thing needs to be replaced. It was august. Still i have not received any update from them. It cost me 110000/- and the service i am getting is pathetic.
I have sent several reminder mail then also no reply..

I purchased a 3+1 seater sofa and a dressing table yesterday which was delivered to us today at our residence in barasat (Kolkata - 700126). It was raining since morning and even at the time of delivering. The sofa was all wet with very poor packaging. The sofa has got totally drenched in rain water and it has penetrated inside the foam. No solution was provided from the showroom executive when we complained about the same. I have mentioned the same in the delivery challan as well. So kindly arrange for a replacement or else we will complain in consumer forum.

We have purchased 1 bed from estillo furniture, we have purchased it from city center 2 showroom rajarhat, after that we are facing tremendous issue from it. Most of the cases both side wooden stick is broken at the time of sleeping. For that we have raised multiple complaints to my nearest estillo furniture showroom at jora mandir, baguihati. They are very rude, their service are not up to the mark. Their technician came my home many times but unable to provide any permanent solution. They have used less number screw, also asked to provide gum to fix this issue. But those all stuff creating more problem day by day. I have given call to them every 25-30 days interval. Now again my bed is given issue for this known issue.

I had purchased one wardrobe on 08.06.2018 from bidhannagar fair after making full payment. The delivery was made on 11.06.2018. I had ordered for an extra shelf which was not provided. Moreover, today is 19.06.2018- til the shelf has not been fixed & polish mot yet done. Moreover, flakes of wood has come out at 4/5 places. When reported they hardly pick up the phone or give any feedback.
Today when i asked when the shelf will be fixed or polishing be done i was given another no. To be contacted of manisquare. When manisquare was contacted they fail to give any reply. I regret buying your product.

I tapas kumar bhaduri order no. Nn/10180 on 15/8/16. Purchasd a sofa cum bed. From out space furniture pvt. Ltd.293 n. S. C. Rd. Kol_40. They delivered it after (Near about three months). At the time of delivery it is in damaged condition. We noticed them but they told us that they send their mechanics to see it. We knocked them several times but response is very poor. After 1.5 yrs appx they send their mechanics, they said that they would taken this to repair. Still now they have not taken any necessary step. Now i complain it infront. Of your coutomer care. Pls take a necessary step to recover my sofa cum bed. Ph [protected]/[protected].

Purchased a shoe rack on down payment (From estilo shop - mani square), kolkata on 30.01.18 with a request to deliver & installation on 03, 02, 18 [saturday] positively order no 51886.
On tracking on saturday, it was told to be delivered by 1400hrs
Requested to deliver & install definitely or else cancel the order and refund the money as i find the warehouse person mr. Gautam biswas is little reluctant.
I was told on pretext of an incident the delivery of said material could be delayed till monday i. E 05.02.18 as road is closed but i find as per news the traffic became normal after[protected] hrs. Brougt to the notice of manager - shri asutosh mondol, mani square shop.
On insistence supplied a unpacked demo defective piece that was returned - a very bad state of affairs unexpected of estilo furniture.,
Moreover, the language & arguments placed by mr biswas & mondol to substantiate their logic are unpalatable towards a customer.
In view of the non-responsible. Attitude, the said order may please be treated cancel and money to be refunded immediately.

We ordered a center table and sofa from estillo. Hiland park.. These people are the most unprofessional people i have ever seen.. Parts were missing.. We called each and every day to remind them that they have to send the remaining parts.. Polishing was also not done properly

They promised to deliver things before puja but they didn't.. I am quite fed up with them.. Please never ever visit estillo again.
