Delivery date changed without prior intimation...

While installation of the product my marble flooring has been damaged by the bolts placed below the sofas.
When this was reported to Mr Rachit ( owner of Estillo), he was extremely unprofessional in dealing with this situation. He was disrespectful and showed no responsibility towards such irresponsible installation.

A sofa cum bed was purchased way back on 26.07.17 vide order no ord-nn17/11547, for which was told that the final polishing would be done within 02 days of delivery. Product was badly damaged while delivery at the flat, for which was told by the shop that after polishing, the damages would not be visible. Inspite of various follow up, nobody has come till date for the polishing of the sofa cum bed....
