Purchased a shoe rack on down payment (From estilo shop - mani square), kolkata on 30.01.18 with a request to deliver & installation on 03, 02, 18 [saturday] positively order no 51886.
On tracking on saturday, it was told to be delivered by 1400hrs
Requested to deliver & install definitely or else cancel the order and refund the money as i find the warehouse
person mr. Gautam biswas is little reluctant.
I was told on pretext of an incident the delivery of said material could be delayed till monday i. E 05.02.18 as road is closed but i find as per news the traffic became normal after[protected] hrs. Brougt to the notice of manager - shri asutosh mondol, mani square shop.
On insistence supplied a unpacked demo defective piece that was returned - a very bad state of affairs unexpected of estilo furniture.,
Moreover, the language & arguments placed by mr biswas & mondol to substantiate their logic are unpalatable towards a customer.
In view of the non-responsible. Attitude, the said order may please be treated cancel and money to be refunded immediately.
