I had requested the concerned seller to send someone to fix the study table i had purchased on 15.01.2019.after several phones call the seller send the person to fix the study table.the repairman came in the evening and did not repair the study table .after that he neither turn up nor repair the study table .later i came to know from one of my friend who had purchased a furniture from this particular dealer and had similar problems.his problems were never resolved.it appear that the concern dealer is a cheat and dishonest.please advise me what legal action can be taken against such irresponsible dealer.

    I personally went to the factory and it is closed.
    It appears company is no longer functional.
    No one to contact to resolve the problem.

        Dear sir, i have order product on 19th may 2016, todays almost 25 days gone, i do not have any information about my product, as per website it is still saying ready for shipping, management is very irresponsible, they do not apologies either for being late and return my money, my order id is 4102859.

        I think such company should be banned, they are fooling customers, they enjoy the money only after complaint there is possibility of my funds back.

        In the website showing in 4-7 days product delivery.
        Request you to please help.

        Also somebody called me from Nitraa, saying he is Chief Manager (Mr. Ravi ) Mobile No. +91 [protected] and +91 [protected], he wants details of my credit card for some payment return, If I have already done online payment, with order Id, they have my details already, so why he needs details, he is asking Credit Card Number, expiry date - So I deny giving them any details, Please check what is the procedure of return.
        Kindly help to get the refund at the earliest, also company should banned

        I have placed order thru online for Scotron Dining Service Trolley vide order NO.6146419 dated 07.12.2017 and 100% paid thru bank. But no person is responding from your office and no mobile/ land lines are working. Hence, kindly arrange to deliver the material or refund the amount immediately.

          I have placed an online order with the http://www.nitraafurniture.com/ for a computer table (Bestar modern computer desk) on may 10th 2016. Payment of rs 4990 has been made online . I can share the details of the screenshot.

          There has not been any communication from the nitra company about the order status & just says "ready to ship" . When i have been calling the customer care number - [protected], i do not get any confirmation on the order status. They mentioned, they would share the docket number but no info till now. When i called today 28/5/2016, to check the status, again i get the same answer as will get back. I did mention, i would approach the consumer forum by eod, & they were so so arrogant to say "pls do sir". Can you please help me get the issue resolved.

              Please do not buy furniture from Nitraa furniture, biggest fraud company.. I had placed an order for diwan on nov 19 2015 and even after a month they have not dispatched whereas the website says it will be dispatched in 7days, even after so many calls to representatives nothing worked out, whenever i spoke to the customer care number the guy lied to me that they are dispatching today, everytime i call him he was telling me that we are dispatching today.. I spoke to him again n again but he was giving false answers, and finally one day he told me we have cancelled the order due to factory not working, this was told after a month... Biggest cheat and fraud.. When i said I'm going to sue your company he told please go ahead.. Arrogant behaviour please dont even think of buying furniture from Nitaa.

                One of the worst company that i have never seen. I have cancelled my order after waited several weeks to delivery it. Then i am struggling to get back my amount back from last 4 weeks. No one is responded to my emails and phones. Its totally cheated the people and will loose the confidence to buy the products over online. Never opt for nitraa furniture anytime, it will be the big mistake of your life. You will surely regret, if you do so.

                  Fraud Company- Duping customers and Not responding after payment. I had booked a furniture through online on 11th June 2015, but after that no one had responded to me and i came to know that it was totally irresponsible people in management.                     Am Aruna Adityan, my phone number is [protected], recently I ordered a Smart Study table on December 4, 2011 at Chennai Trade Center through one Mr. Lokesh, on ordering i paid Rs. 1500/- by cash and the balance i had paid at Nitraa Adyar the very next day. The total cost inclusive of delivery that i have paid is 4499/-. My order number is 2924.

                    It has been almost 19 days since i have booked and till now NItraa is yet to deliver the product. For the past 19 days i have made innumerable calls almost 2 to 3 calls a day and every time they give a different story but they never commit as to when they will deliver. My money is blocked in a good that has not been delivered. Your staff on further questioning why they are unable to deliver answer me rudely as though they are doing me a favor.

                    Because of this i am undergoing a lot of stress and agony.

                    I request you to either deliver me immediately or refund the entire amount of Rs. 4499/- (Rupees four thousand four hundred and ninety nine only)

                      This is to inform you all that i have purchased one nitra almira, model no nn4000 from nirta showroom at vip, haldiram, kolkata alomost 2 years back... But there was lots of problem (Phungas problem) with the almira from the begining, in last one & half year, it was replaced twice; nitra technicians has done servicing so many times but ultimately problem remains same.
                      Below is the key persons from nitra was involved for rectifying the issue:
                      Mr. Dilip from nitra vip, haldiram kolkata - mobile: [protected]
                      Mr. Dilip agreed to change the almira in the month of august-10 for the 2nd time... He agreed to give one brand new almira with same model.
                      But unfortunately i got transfer order on the same month & i had to move to hyderabad.
                      So i requested mr. Dilip to give me a sealed pack almira so that i would be easier for transportation. He agreed to give me the brand new & sealed pack material. As per this they have delivered the material at my home in kolkata.
                      Now after moving to hyderabad, when technician came to assemble the almira, we found the below problems:
                      1. It was not sealed packed... No thermopols were there inside the packing... It was packed by simple cartox box materials.
                      But a brand new almira comes with sealed pack with thermopols inside the packing.
                      2. Lots of small small spots were there in the parts. Also some parts were looking like damaged... Technician also feel that may be it was lying in the godown for long time.
                      3. Technician started assembling the almira... He assembled the whole almira but couldn't fix the doors properly... He tried to fix the doors for around 2 hours but ultimately couldn't fix... He confirmed that this doors are from different set hence it is not getting fix in this almira.
                      3. Finally i talked with mr dilip. This time he agreed that it is not a new almira. This almira was lying in the godwon for last 1 & 1/2 years. Also he agreed that some parts were damaged & he has changed those parts... The doors are from different set.
                      Mr dilip again promised me that he will talk with their hyderabd office & will change the almira again. But everyday he is making some drama & ultimately nothing is happening.

                      Than i have contacted the area manager (Mr. Vijay) of kolkata office & told him the details... Than mr. Vijay forwarded the case to chennai head office customer department head, mr. Muralidhar...

                      From last september-10 to till date i am following up with vijay & murali ; sending mails regularly, talking to them regularly... Everyday they are telling they will take care in 2 days, 3 days etc etc, they will revert back to me with solution /replacement etc... But till now they never reverted back to me from their end... Every time i have to call them & they use to tell me it will solved immediately... But they are not doing anything simply.

                      Finaly on decemebr-10 last week, i agreed to take some other product in replacement of the wardrope & told mr muralidhar the same... Murali also told me to visit their hyderabad branch office & select the replacement product. Then i have visited their hyderabad office to see the alternate product.. I have choiced a different wardrope& asked to deliver the alternate wardrope... Venkatesh from hyd office told me that it will be delivered within one week... But its around 40 days gone but till date the product not delivered... Everyday the same story, order has been placed & will be delivered by the week... Nowadays even they are not respoding to phones.

                      Here i need help from consumer complaints team... This is one of worst company where everyone is seating to cheat people... Need to take action on mr. Dilip, mr. Vijay, area manager kolkata ; mr. Muralidhar, head customer care department for harasing people.

                      Nitraa Furniture — Worst Service Best Product

                      If any one want to purchase furniture from Nitraa pls Avoid. If you are ready to waste your Time you can wank in to their showrooms. Be perpare for atlest 50 Telephone calls 25 E-mails to followup the materials 100 Phone calls and 50 emails to fix the material .

                      Nitraa Furniture — No Service

                      Hi, Nittra furniture looks good to buy. But, after three or four years it is life got over. Since, it is not a standard model it is very difficult to set right with local carpender. Nittra customer care never care about their furniture after waranty period. So, think about your money when you are buying nittra furniture, it will come good only upto 4 years.
                      such a pathetic product they make, so poor quality of wood. Never go into this furniture shops. Such a waste of time, money and at last you will be shocked to see their attitude towards you. They shout and yell at you as if we have taken money from them. Rascals all of them
                      NITRA furniture is one of the WORST quality furniture in the market. There after sales service is worse than their products. They have 365 days SALE offering the most sub standard products. Try reaching their service centres, you would wish to throw your furniture rather than repair.

                        Very poor customer service. Not seen a big concern like this bad service.
                        We ordered a sofa set on Nithra Furniture Royepet. The delivery date was 15 th Dec. On 18th Dec Mr.Babu, Mr.Murali and Mr.Mohan committed to deliver the furniture on 20th Dec by 8.30 pm. So far we have not received the sofa set and no response from them that the sofa set would not be delivered on 20th. Infact we were waiting for the delivery till 10.30 pm. The money has been fully paid and we have been cheated by nithra furniture's. I don't think that this complaint will help me to get the sofa set nor these great people will regret for happenings.                           I recently ordered a wardrobe in nitraa furntures, adyar, chennai on october 2nd 2009 and they specifed a delivery date on 10th of october... The material (They usually assemble in your house by brings the cut pieces) on 8th october itself.. But even after one week they didnt send a fitter to fix that up... I have called then nearly 10 times a day but they dont response properly.. The only reply from them will be they will check from the dispatch and shall call in few minutes.. But they never return your call... Its a big pain and stress after you spend lots of money and at last you need to chase them to get it fixed also... Very poor customer service... I am still waiting for them to come and get it fixed... They dont cancel our order also if we ask them to do so also...

                            If rainy season comes all your nitraa product will get damaged. This is made by cheap wood and dont buy it.

                            I am also Using Nitraa Products we have to Maintain wooden furniture as per the direction of Manufacture. All Nitraa Products are Water Resistance only not water Proof.
                            nitraa furniture gives the worst service especially they are one among the furniture companies not delivering on the promised time. They take atleast a month more than the schedule date of delivery. Advance is a must. Every time we call them for details of delivery they will insist us to make full payment but will never honor their committed date of delivery.

                            All consumers should never fall for such companies attractive advertisements. Taking advance amount and promising to deliver on time and not doing has become a routine for such companies
                            I have booked nitraa furniture sofa set on 10/8/09 and made full payment on that and the company has promised to deliver the product on 17/8/09 and on enquiry, promised that they woul deliver the product positively on 22/08/09 without fail. I was forced to defer some of my urgent meetings during the day anticipating the delivery. so far they have not done that till 10.30 in the night. When enquired in the afternoon, they have informed me that they have already despatched the same, which has proved to be a lie. I am planning to sue the company for keeping me awaited postponig my urgent business meetings. About the quality, I am not hopeful of getting a best quality product from the company.
                            I booked a wardrobe on 13th August and paid full amount in advance. When the booking was done, it was confirmed by the company that it will be delivered on 21st August 2009. Till today (24th August 2009) it has not been delivered. The customer service people behave irresponsibly when called and now they have asked time till 27th August. And as Mr. Sreenivasan has mentioned, i hope that i get a good product at least. (if at all they deliver on thursday)
                            I also one the victims like u people. I have been promised to deliver the material by 21 Aug 09 but was done on 01 Sep 09. For assy i am trying since morning of 2 Sep but I could not get the person till now( 5.30 PM). Very poor response by the firms reps. Management should take suitable corrective action at the earliest.
                            I have also faced this problem. They have very bad service. People don't pick up the phone and they delivered the cupboard with some parts missing. To get the parts we have not received it yet. Every time we call the shop, they say they will get missnig parts from factory tomorrow and tomorrow never happens. I haven't got it last week. Its been 8 days since I bought and I am hoping to get it this week else go and return that cupboard. Things I felt bad about the place. 1. the customer after sales service is bad. 2. The product is delivered with missing parts. 3. They don't even bother to bring the missing item in promised time. 4. Product quality in showroom are not same there is some defects but I guess for that price they sell we can't expect more. Hope others don't make the same mistake seeing the cost and this helps other consumers.
                            I never knew so many ppl have been harassed by Nitraa people. I think these Nitraa people should be sued and banned from operating. Its been a month since we have booked our piece, and after delivering a damaged piece we were promised a replacement which never came! 50 calls later, they are not ready to pay back our money as well.
                            I am also one of the victim of the NITRAA's Cheating. I purchased a SD - TANGET talble at their expo at vellore on 30.09.2009. I payed the full payment through debit card. they promised me the delivery date on 05.10.2009 ( at maximum). but they delivered nothing. while enquiring over phone...No responsive reply came. SO I BEG THE CUSTOMERS PLEASE...DO NOT PURCHASE anything from NITRAA. IF you purchase...then it means you are purchasing you head ache too...
                            I made the biggest mistake of buying their double cot from Metro Cash & Carry last month, it is by far the most inferior & defective piece of i have ever come across, the matress was old with no lable or date of manufacture on it. I called up one arrogant lying and cheating managers who goes by the name for Regan Duke in bangalore, he promised me that he will replace the matress next day, its been a month since then there has been no mattress just dodging fake promises, he has been dodging me virtually every day. I called up their chennai office, one Mr. Mohan picked up the issue and assured me that he will call me back with a resolution, he turned out be no different than Regan, i think the entire company is run by FRAUDS who take customers for a ride.
                            I have decided to approach the consumer court. My Humble request to FURNITURE buyers is Simple, pay for Quality and Serivice from reputed brands, even if it means paying a few hundered extra over these scamsters. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. NITRAA IS A FRAUD COMPANY.
                            This is one of the worst services they do at Nitraa. Their furniture is not a good one. They dont have a proper management. And they dont have a good customer service as well. My furniture was bought on 18th of october 2009and I have payed the complete amount. Then, these frauds committed me a date of 24th august to deliver the product as a reason of my brothers engagement. They delivered the products and those where big wooden things kept on the hall and was barely able to move. They never sent the assembler the same day and we were calling them continuously on 24th till night. The next day we had to do the engagement at house with these wooden planks.. It was so embarrassing for us bcos of buying their products. More than that these reps told that I'm torchering them.. Such attitudes must not be with this kind of who are doing the business at high levels in the market.

                            Dont buy their products... Nitraa is not a brand.. they are just giving offers to sell off.. dont buy it..
                            the service of nithra is not at all good.last 3 months i am suffering with a problem.i have a diwan purchased from nitthra, it got b roken, i am not able to use it and take out any of yhe things i kept inside the storage.daily i had to call the customer care.but i didnt get any help.
                            We bought a bedroom set for Rs.36000 rupees in May 2008 and every piece of furniture is filled with MOLD and MILDEW (FUNGUS) and it keeps coming back. Smells terrible. Total waste of money. If you call the customer service, they say that this is the first time someone is getting fungus on their furniture and that they will NOT do anything about it. Worst of all, the lady hung-up the phone while I was explaining. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and THE WORST SET OF PRODUCTS. NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT NITRAA.
                            100% true i have puchased a Bulky sofa. In 2 years time the artificial leather torn. The TV trolley wheels came off, doors came off. Its furnitures are heardly reliable.
                            I am a Engineer, working at Department of Atomic Energy, Kalpakkam. I went to order sofa set at NITRAA Furniture Show room at adyar in the month of Dec -09. I ordered the sofa set withfurniturers and paid full amount by cheque.I ordered SS PU Foam priced was Rs52000/- and they introduced an offer of redeemable and displayed price was Rs37240 with 12.5%taxes extra . Totaly I paid Rs42895/- . We received the sofa set some other model SSMEXICO worth of Rs20000/- material after a long period of time.I rejected the item. I repeatedly asked them they are not responding properly. This company is not a reliable in all respects.
                            I bought some office chairs from Nitraa. This has broken two times, once I fell on the floor after the chair broke. Knowing the poor quality of the chair, next time around i was careful not to fall. I stood up the minute the chair made a noise before it broke. Their customer service was very unhelpful and even rude to me on one occassion. They sell useless furniture, frequently breaking down. I was lucky not to hurt my head or back during the fall.

                            I had bought a full leather sofa set Model SS Atlanta PU Black (2 Nos single seater and 1 No three seater ) from NITRAA, Adyar sales office during August 2009. I had selected the furniture from the sales office demonstration set which was displayed in the showroom and placed an order with full payment and after follow up for couple of days the furniture was delivered at my house later to find out that the same demo set had been delivered.

                            Further, there has been a defect in the three seater, one of the seat had a sag . Later, I felt the need of repairing the sofa and then I requested NITRAA vides several phone calls to their Adyar, guindy and Ekkattuthangal offices and been referred to several persons like Mr Javid, Mr Mohan, Mr Anto, Mr Prabhu who had asked me to attend the repair thru some external repairing agency as they are not equipped with a proper after sales service team in their organisation. They even offered to extend help by directing some sofa repairer to get my sofa repaired. However, as I believed in quality repairing, I insisted that someone from NITRAA visits my house and get the same rectified. I had also informed them that necessary charges for repairing shall be settled by me. It is almost 4 months past, I am still in the same state. No response till date. this is the level of after sales service from NITRAA.

                            One of the worst company that I have ever seen. I bought a complete bedroom and dining room furniture for a total cost of Rs 60000/- and the dining table chair broke in 2 months. The wardrobe was of very cheap quality and the backside was closed with less density plywood and it was worn out very soon. The plywood under the bed was not placed in the correct location and frequently displaces and gives an horrifying sound. Very recently I wanted to shift my house and called Nitraa and they gave a number of the person named Nishanth, this guy just speaks rules and only rules and nothing else. I actually displaced by bill somewhere and told him regarding that and he was rude that he can proceed only with bill for the relocation. Anyhow, he is going to charge but still he needs the bill. I some how found out the bill and called him later and now he is telling we will not service you. Such a rude person without any customer friendliness. He always says he is busy and in meetings. I believe he thinks he is the only busiest peson in the world. He disconnects the call if you reiterate something more than once. Very arrogant people and poor service. Never opt for NITRAA furniture anytime, it will be the big mistake of your life. YOU WILL SURELY REGRET, IF YOU DO SO.
                            I also one the victims like u people. I have been promised to deliver the material by 25 June 2015 . Very poor response by the firms reps. Management should take suitable corrective action at the earliest.
                            I placed an order and in the website they have mentioned it will be shipped in 7 days. It's been 40 days I didn't receive neither product nor refund. They are not responding to emails or calls. Fraud company. Please don't place orders online.
                            3 times the product was delivered broken due to poor packing and transportation. Then Nitraa refused to respond to communication. Still not resolved 8 weeks after the last delivery
                            Please do not buy furniture from Nitraa furniture, biggest fraud company.. I had placed an order for diwan on nov 19 2015 and even after a month they have not dispatched whereas the website says it will be dispatched in 7days, even after so many calls to representatives nothing worked out, whenever i spoke to the customer care number the guy lied to me that they are dispatching today, everytime i call him he was telling me that we are dispatching today.. I spoke to him again n again but he was giving false answers, and finally one day he told me we have cancelled the order due to factory not working, this was told after a month... Biggest cheat and fraud.. When i said I'm going to sue your company he told please go ahead.. Arrogant behaviour please dont even think of buying furniture from Nitaa.
