Estillo Furnitures Tollygunge Complaints & Reviews

I had purchased a 4 seater dining table from Tollygunge showroom on 12 Dec 2014. The price of the product was Rs 27000. However within one month, one of the chair had defect and after repeated calls no body came to fix it. I lodged complain #1458 few weeks back but till date no body came to attend it. I am thoroughly fed up with the poor quality of service and would recommend no one to buy estillo product....

I bought a dining table of model no 'F-64-4S' brand of "Estilo, Life Style Furniture" from the Showroom "OUTPACE FURNITURE PVT. LTD. of 193, N.S.C. Bose Road, Kolkata-700040(Phone No:[protected]/[protected] on 15/04/2014. The price of the dining table Rs.16, 500/- 50%, discount on M.R.P. Rs.34, 500/- as they mentioned. But there are no such sticker or company logo on the packing of delivered dining...

This is to inform you that I have brought a Bedroom set package from Estilo furniture ( Outpace Furniture P Ltd), Hiland Park branch, kolkata on 24/09/2013 & the price is Rs 101500. At the time of brought the furniture they have assured me that i will get 5 years service warranty & it"s written in the bill also. Within a month, i noticed that they have used complete damaged lamination in the dressing...

3 months back we purchased quite a number of furniture from ESTILLO-rajarhat new town (city centre 2 ).
later we found that the spring of the bed is missing and also the almirah broke within few days.we have calling them for repair for the past 3 months but they are ignoring the whole problem.we are quite fed up with behaviour.
please help us with an immediate solution to the problem.

I have bought a furniture on 22/07/2009. Estillo has delivered a same but disputed one for which I repeatedly called them to replace with a fresh one. but they have not taken any action till date after uncountable numbers of phone calls from my end. So, what I feel is that the merchant has cheated.
