Dear Team,
I registered a complaint against my vestar washing machine(bought in may 2015) in October, your technician came and said timer is not working, i will replace it whenever we will get one. I waited for approximately 1-2 months(as my timer was working little bit) and again registered complaint on 1st week of Dec 2015 for which your technician came and took my timer with him saying they will replace it in a day or two. I requested him that at least put my old timer back in case you don't get timer from the company. i called him next day to get my old timer back at least i would be able to was my clothes as i am not keeping well these days. he said ok i am sending my technician, but no one came. I tried his number but it was switched off.
Till date i am calling regularly and getting the same reply that we will replace by tomorrow. Day before yesterday they said that timer is delivered at service center and will get replace by 17 dec positively but no one came to replace it. Today i called up again then they said timer is not yet delivered, we will replace by monday.
PLEASE TAKE THIS IN URGENT AND LET ME KNOW HOW MANY TOMORROWS YOUR COMPANY NEEDS.
Please let know by what time my timer will get replaced as i am not well and facing a lot of problem due to this.
My complaints messages are attached for your reference. complaint is under my husband's name -SAURABH KHURANA.
Please take this on very urgent basis.
