I, Premkumar, would like to file a formal complaint against Eternal Trips Private Limited for cheating and deficiency of service.

Incident Details:
On December 25, 2025, I paid Rs. 20, 000 to Eternal Trips Private Limited for a 9 Nights / 10 Days tourism package which included accommodation and taxi services.
At the time of payment, the company representatives assured me that I could book my trip later by contacting their support team. However, when I tried contacting them in February 2026 to plan my trip, all their phone numbers were switched off and there was no response to my emails.
The company claimed to have an office in Palghar, Maharashtra. I even sent one of my friends to verify the office location. Initially, the office existed in a small shop setup, but after my friend’s visit, the office was vacated and they disappeared from that location.
Since then:
No one has responded to my emails.
Their toll-free number keeps ringing but calls are intentionally ignored.
I have called them multiple times without proper response.
On one occasion, a lady answered the call briefly but did not provide any support.
Recently, I called from a different phone number and a person named Sanjay answered the call and arrogantly stated that they would not refund my money.
After that conversation, my calls were again ignored.
I was also given another contact number by their so-called admin team:

This person initially promised a refund but later stopped responding to calls and messages.
I strongly believe this company is cheating customers in the name of tourism packages and intentionally avoiding communication after collecting money from customers.
I request the authorities to:
Investigate Eternal Trips Private Limited for fraudulent business practices.
Help me recover the amount of Rs. 20, 000 paid by me.
Take strict legal action against the company and responsible individuals to prevent other consumers from becoming victims.
I am ready to provide payment proofs, call records, emails, screenshots, and any other supporting evidence required for the investigation.
