I was misled into purchasing a holiday membership from Eternal Trips Pvt ltd. on 18th december 2025at a sales event held at hotel Anandha inn Pondicherry where I paid Rs.80, 000 via gpay.
They are not providing any services and not even picking my phone calls and not responding to my emails.
I have all proof payment slip, whatsapp chat, emails etc. Now I feel this is a well planned mis-selling fraud scheme .This whole experience...

I was sold a holiday membership by Eternal Trips Pvt. Ltd. on 21st July 2025 at a hotel event at Regenta, Bharuch. I paid ₹1, 01, 000 using my credit card based on verbal promises made by Mr. Vivek (Branch Manager) and Mrs. Kesha. They claimed:

Free taxi (fuel only to be paid)
Transferable membership
All resort activities included
