Eternal Trips Private Limited — Holiday membership scam mis-selling and false promises by eternal trips pvt. Ltd.

I was sold a holiday membership by Eternal Trips Pvt. Ltd. on 21st July 2025 at a hotel event at Regenta, Bharuch. I paid ₹1, 01, 000 using my credit card based on verbal promises made by Mr. Vivek (Branch Manager) and Mrs. Kesha. They claimed:
Group booking allowed
No-cost EMI
Free taxi (fuel only to be paid)
Transferable membership
All resort activities included
B2B flight booking
1.5-year refund window (even after using stay)
MCA affiliation
Complimentary 2N/3D stay
After payment, the company:
Did not provide a proper written agreement reflecting these promises
Denied many benefits verbally assured
Gave false EMI guidance, so I had to activate EMI myself, increasing my cost to ₹1, 24, 500
Stopped responding after payment
Denied refund, citing vague terms
Shared a poorly made membership certificate
I have proof Whatsapp chats, Call logs, call recording, Emails, payment Slip, etc
This appears to be a classic mis-selling scam targeting customers with false offers and pushing immediate payments. Their Facebook page was created just days before the event (11 July), which adds to the suspicion.
I want a full refund of ₹1, 01, 000 and request action against this company for misrepresentation, breach of trust, and consumer fraud.
