I was misled into purchasing a holiday membership from Eternal Trips Pvt ltd. on 18th december 2025at a sales event held at hotel Anandha inn Pondicherry where I paid Rs.80, 000 via gpay.
They are not providing any services and not even picking my phone calls and not responding to my emails.
I have all proof payment slip, whatsapp chat, emails etc. Now I feel this is a well planned mis-selling fraud scheme .This whole experience has caused me emotional and finacial stress.
I request you to help me get my full refund of Rs.80, 000 and also take necessary action against the company for false representation and unfair trade practice. Was this information helpful? |
