I am very much upset regards the cheating activities made by ethics institute of management & technology (Eimt).
On march-2012, mr. Arvind bhandari (Contact no - [protected]) on behalf of eimt called me on regards of providing higher education in distance (B. Tech course).
In the 1st response i denied him to join with the distance education as i was prepared myself to admit in regular b. Tech course.
After knowing my aim, he was assured me that they can provide regular regular b. Tech degree with valid certificates (Ugc approved) without attending any classes except attending the examination only.
During that period i am working with some organisation so it's very easiest way for me to get regular graduate (Higher qualification) without loosing my profession or salaries.

So, after taking sometimes i was prepared myself to join with their institution/university.in reply i was asked him what to do next for getting the desired qualification. And he ensured me to pay some [protected]@ 135000.00 for admission, registration, examination fees. As that time i denied to pay the amount as it's very huge amount for me to transfer at a time.
Afterwards; he asked me to pay rs. 25000.00 immediately for registration and rest amount can pay with taking times & money in bank.
After getting positive response i paid him rs. 25000.00 in the 1st transaction then after i'd paid whole course amount with 4 transactions.

Transaction details is given below:
1- rs. 25000.00 (Directly thru hdfc bank)- date: 12/03/2012-receipt attached
2- rs. 40000.00 (Thru internet banking)- date: 05/04/2012
3- rs. 55000.00 (Thru internet banking)- date: 07/05/2012
4- rs. 15000.00 (Thru internet banking)- date: 09/03/2013
Total paid to eimt - rs. 135000.00

In the 1st stage they are assured me to provide b. Tech from cmj university (Meghalaya) but latter they denied to provide from cmj and assured me to provide from shridhar university, rajasthan.

In the mean time i'm regularly follow-up for study materials for attending the examination and latter i got a call from mr. Arvind bhandari that there is no need to attend any examination as they will conduct examination by themselves and provide the certificates to me within few months.

After few days i ain't getting any call from mr. Arvind or eimt & sent them the e-mail. After getting my mail another person (Name - mr. Avinash chaturvedi, contact no - [protected], [protected]) interfere with me & told me that mr. Arvind bhandari resigned his position in eimt & now he's taken care of his activities. Again he assured me to provide my certificates within couple of months.

After several mail communication & discussion i got the semester-wise mark sheet but waiting for board certificates.

Till date i am waiting for my board certificates & unable to get any response from eimt or the concerned person (Mr. Arvind bhandari & mr. Avinash chaturvedi). Even i ain't able to send any mail to eimt as mail delivery failure appeared in the system after sending i observed.in addition, i don't know the mark sheet they have provided to me is authorized or not.

I have enclosed 3 nos. Fee receipt & 1 no. Bank transaction statement for your consideration. If you need any more details then please ask i'll try to provide the desired documents also.

Finally i lost my money & career cause of these 2 fraud & eimt.

I need final justice from consumer court if please.
