Yousuf mali from dfw/ewr/add/bom/hyd Airline did not give me correct information regarding the flight delay. My pnr is ejxuwu I left on dec 24th dec from dfw/ewr/add/bom/hyd I did not received my suite case on time. I had a wedding in hyderabad. I miss all that i did not get my suite case. So i need to have any thing with me my medications and all the clothes I suffer a lot then purchase suite 500.00 us dollars Medication daily 300.00 us dollars G. 7 days or 21 days following the flight, if the baggage is not receved
2. The air carrier liablity for damaged/delayed bagage is limitted by the law.
3. All claims have to be addresed to the air carrier at the air carrier site,
whoich have 15 or 30 days, depening upon country, for the decsion on the compensation or to return the luggage.
Following 15 or 30 days, all disputes are to be resolved in the court of the country of the departure or of the arrival, not later tha in 1 or in 2 years, depening upon the country.
You are advised to save
1.boarding pass
2. bag tag
3. e-ticket
Note, it is usless to request the same subject matter more than 2 times from the same air carrier.
All disputes in 15 / 30 days days following the correct complaint receipt are subject of the examination by a local court.
The expected expences for legal assitance can be:
-- government fees [100-2500 ruppes ],
- legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional [ from 4000 rupees]
