[Resolved] Ethos Watches India — Non receipt of the watch even after a month it was given for repair at your Inorbit Mall Vashi outlet | |||||
I gave my SKAGEN watch to your aforementioned outlet for repair of its band (Only) on 17th March 2017 who in turn send it to your service center at Bangalore. Unfortunately till date I do not know the status of my said watch. While enquiring through email, I was asked to submit the warrantee card. I sent the cash memo as no warantee card was been given, at the time I purchased it from Mumbai International Airport-Terminal-T2 just 6 months back. With this I advise people not to purchase such branded watches and experience such inconvenience. Titan watch in this respect is much better. Was this information helpful? | |||||
