Etihad Airways — I am worried

Updated by anildada I booked 2 Etihad tickets for my children. Reference # EY/LLUZLI. It is from Hyderabad to Toronto via Abu Dhabi (1 stop). They are flying today 29 Aug 2018. At airport the boarding passes were given late as there was some problem with the machine. They were told that these are the boarding passes from Hyderabad to Toronto. Later, at 'Security' when they checked the boarding passes it was from Hyderabad to Toronto via Abu Dhabi (AND DUBLIN). They took a someone's phone and spoke to me about this change (which airlines staff clearly didn't bother to inform me or my children). I don't know how this is possible, when every detail is correctly displayed online. How can they do this, where will the luggage go, whom should I contact, when the passengers have already boarded the flight for 1st leg of journey. I hope they reach Toronto safe. I will not recommend Etihad. This is complete breach of trust and how/why are they still flying?? (I will come back for my further comments in detail) Contact - [protected]@gmail.com
