I have paid for policy which should give us a service for 2 years... But they haven't respond for our problems for free... Because they haven't uploaded my policy in a computer... So they refused to do for free... They asked us the bill which they gave... We forgot where we kept... We asked them to check in their computer... They said they have no policy in our name... Later we found that original bill in our home... So they are irresponsible and didn't uploaded my copy... So im asking them to give extension... For 2 more years... Becoz i didn't get any service for my pay... Thank u

    Hi team,
    Complaint no. [protected]. No action taken by the escalation team. I was cheated by the service technician. First service was booked on 28th of march and my aquaguard magna unit require the servicing only by cleaning the mud filter because the filteration was happening slowly. But the service engineer is changed the membrane filter and charged rs. 2925 from me by mr. Rajesh rs 2500 for membrane and rs 425 service charges. After changing the membrane filter also the filteration was happening slowly only when i asked he told me it'll become faster after 24/30 hours.

    Now within 10 days the unit is stopped. When mr. Anthony sagaya visited to check the unit to resolve my same issue via ticket number - [protected] then, the real issue was only cleaning the filter, without any reason the service technician is changed the membrane filter. So i was cheated by mr. Rajesh. This is fraud case. Pl resolve the issue i require my money to be refunded. Moreover all the service technician are the salesmans and desparate to sale the amc they never ever provide any solution to the customer. If you don't take the amc then they will start harrassing the customer and start cheating.

    Many calls to customer care and escalations attempted. The service manager in my area mr. Achyuten has threatened me. He is showing his hipocracy and behaving in rogue manner. Pl provide justice to me before i reach consumer redressal forum. This is the last trail from me. I required my money back. Thank you...

    I called yous helpline number.they give me complaint code before 3 days till today.but no one get service and also sales person jayram ( [protected] ) he was take 800 rs from me to place order and now he could not recieve my call and dnot return my money.please co-oparate me.

      I have purchased dr auqua guard geneus + last year in may 2018. And from last month i have faced some problems in this ro. On every complaint technician come and clean filter and problem was solved. Now technician said you need to change filter otherwise you will be faced this problems frequently.

      My aquaguard is in warranty period and technician said filter changing is not include in warranty period and you have to pay for filter.

      My complaint is against aquaguard company if you give such a costly product and if it doesn't work well at least 1 year.. Then what is meaning of my purchase of costly product.. And after that company give 1 year warranty and company denie to change filter in warranty period than what is meaning of that warranty period.

        After signing contract amc on 23.9.18 we didn't get any service from eureka forbes.
        Period of annual maintenance contract is from 30.10.2018 to 29.10.2021.
        We have communicated over phone to them but no action is taken yet.
        They did not provide free service and free cartridge refilling till date. We have paid 4400/- for annual maintenance contract on 23.9.2018.
        Pls do the needful as early as possible.

          I purchased aquaguard water purifier (Magna hd ro) 3 years back. Since the time of purchase we have been facing problems with this purifier, as frequently as every 2 months it has a new problem. The service personnel is not able to fix the poblems for once due to lack of proper training and no expertise. This is extremely unacceptable - a very bad product and even more worse service by aquaguard.

            Our customer id is [protected]. We had purchased aquaguard invisipure ro sac code 8421 vide invoice no[protected] dt 12/7/18.
            With great difficulty someone came to do the quarterly maintenance work only in dec 18 ie after 5 months.
            Once again i received sms from eureka on 24th march that technician will visit for mandatory service. Till date nobody has come. When i speak to them they blame each other and keep tossing it while saying that our house falls in some body else's area. Please resolve the issue and do not make us suffer. We have paid money to buy your equipment.

              Aquasure team is not providing installation service, have been doing follow up from more than 10 days

              Called several times at their service centre, they provided service request number [protected] on 12th april but till now no one turned up from their team for installation. Written several emails but no response received. Already provided invoice and purchase details on their email id and whatsup number.

              It's a new machine and indicator is also not working.

                I signed 3 years amc contract with eureka for servicing of my aqua guard. As per contract terms there are two visits in a year.in one visit engineer is supposed to change candle and in another he cleans the candle to do routine maintenance however this time when he visited my house i was not their so i came to know from by son that he even could not able to open the m/c forget about changing the candle so he simply cleaned machine from outside and took my son signature and vanished.
                I would like to logged a complaint against eureka for cheating by sending un trained technician that too without prior intimation.

I surprised to know that my both complaint mentioned above completed in company record as customer care person reply. I asked customer care person the name of technisian and date & time of completed the complaint but he said he was not able to tell details in another department and he booked another complaint no [protected] dated 17 April 2019 again he said within 2 days technisian will come. My family disturbed more than 13 days for clean water. I want to know that it is genuin. Aqua guard is a International company and service like this. How can I believe in this company and suggest any friend and relative.

                      Irresponsible pondicherry head incharge mr. Kumar, their motive is only to sale their product, they not bother about the customer satisfaction, very cleverly speaking to me, i purchased the product from one of their branch, they not even showed demo, after paid my full amount, 15290 (Vacuum cleaner only after delivery they showed the demo, i checked within 1 hr of delivery i am not satisfied with the suction power worth for 15290. So, i called helpline intimated the product return and refund they accept, after my 6 th call they informed to their team to check the issue, they called and told me we are not accept your product return, i don't know why they have different policy for direct sale and online sale, they are telling silly reasons, please help me how to return their product, i need refund, very poor approach, service to customer.

                          I purchased dr. Acquaguard geneis plus on 31-mar-2019 from vijay sales, vadodara, gujarat. It got installed at my home address on 04-apr-2019 via eureka technician. Within a week, it stopped working, and not dispensing water at all.

                          I registered a complain at your customer center on 13-apr-2019 at 10 am. It has been more than 75+ hours passed but nobody from eureka has attended this request. I have not even received any call from eureka technician.

                          I'm very disappointed with post sales service from eureka i called your customer care service number multiple times within this 75 hours, but every-time, i received a false commitment from your end. I was like a mental harassment for me. I spent over 20k+ for this product - assuming that i won't have any service issue with bigger brand like you. But - i was wrong. I experienced very pathetic post sales service and customer service handling.
                          If you can't resolve my issue in a day then please refund my hard earned money back.

                            This is one of the worst service experiences i have come across!

                            On 10 april, official eureka forbes water purifier service personnel came to our home to replace the candle in the purifier and charged us rs.900/- for it. He broke the electrical connection & the pipe connected to the purifier. He somehow put it together and left.in few days the pipe gave way and led to lot gushing water coming out of the purifier and with the broken pipe hold in clear view. With this kind of water gushing out the chance of getting a shock due to the broken electrical fitting was also quite high so we have switched off all water supply to the whole kitchen since 2 days. I made a complaint at 9.30am on 15 april, and have called many times since trying to explain the severity of the problem. The eureka forbes staff reads out a scripted apology, conveying at the end that the case will be taken on on high priority basis. All of them say exactly the same thing!!

                            As of now, 1pm on 16 april 2019, no service person has landed up, and they do not even call you to tell you when and whether the service will be done today!! No drinking water for nearly 2 days, all water connection in the kitchen has to be kept switched off as the machine leaks heavily with a electrical circuit close by, all this has been explained but the company is not bothered.

                            I tried locating the email address of the ceo - mr. Marzin r shroff, but could not find it. I came upon this forum.in today's day and age when it is so easy for the customer to switch to another brand this is the kind of service a well established company gives!

                              i purchase Genus DX in the month of Feb 2019 and from the date of installation i got the below complaints repeatedly
                              1. Observed Leakage
                              2. Water level not increases beyond 1 pointer
                              3. Technician not attending within 48 Hrs.

                                Customer code : [protected], Name : ASRAF ALI MULLICK, Howrah, AMC period from 25/8/18 to 24/8/19, contact receipt no.[protected]. The technician of service provider at Howrah stated that payment of consumables is to be made ( the candle).
                                The technician attended today on 15/04/19 after lodging complaint. Problem is " overflowing the tank over the purifier, warmer water and odd sound during running of it."
                                I have installed the Aquagurd in the year 2013 and AMC continued since that year. Requesting to replace the consumables i.e., candles free of cost as per provision of AMC.

                                We bought an Aquaguard hot and cold machine from your deal universal pure water solutions, Bangalore last year. Machine keeps breaking down every few days. Now the technician also doesn't respond to our calls. Terrible service.
                                Machine is sitting idle. Tried calling Aquaguard Customer care. No response.

                                Dealer also doesn't answer phone calls.

                                  CIDCO had purchased a water filter having maintenance period up to[protected]. Now, filter is not working properly at the time of summer. CIDCO staff have been suffered for getting cool & good water since last week.

                                  You are requested to make arrangement for repairing / maintaining the filter and send a helper to repair it. Necessary charges will be paid by CIDCO after successfully repairing.

                                    I had taken an three year amc for aquagaurd old model st2000 in october 2018, only one service at the time of amc renewal was done, since then our almost away from our home at lucknow. I requested to company for refund of at least two year amc amount for which service is not possible as house is locked almost. First the customer care department had not taken care. After so many written complaints, they turn and one official taken note for refund and assured me. Now i received a call another official saying that there is no such policy of refund of amc. When i said to him give me a reply in writing and i will complain in consumer forum, he said ok i will see. My only submission is that when a reputed company like eureka frobes is keeping the money without services, how it is possible.
                                    I request for refund of my money.

                                        I have purchased eureka forbes water purifier and got only 1 service in 2 years...
                                        What the hell is this i lost my 20000 for this purifier.. Please don't purchase any product from eureka forbes as you will not get any after sales service.
                                        I am going to file a case against them to consumer forum which will waste my money and time but there is no option left for me as i tried my level best to get the service from them but they are #..
