Delays in Service to RO water purifier under AMC - Loss of 3k+ INR to purchase water

During the 1st week of Jan, 2023 – a complaint was raised for non-functional RO which was under AMC purchased for approx. 5200/- INR. Literally, harassed by the Eureka Team/Service Centre for over a month to fix a simple RO issue despite taken advance amount of an AMC legal contract. 1. I had purchased On line, Gold AMC for 24 months for my Genius+ aqua guard water purifier on 05 Oct 2023, vide Eureka Forbes Receipt No [protected] . I paid Rs 10229.00 using my Credit Card .
2. Eureka Forbes called me and informed that a Technician would visit and service my Aqua Guard within next 48 hrs .
3. On 10 Oct I called up Eureka Forbes Customer Service and informed them about non service of the Aqua Guard . The Customer Service person assured service within 24 hrs and gave me a complaint No – CM[protected] .
4. However no Service engineer visited nor I received any call from them till 18 Oct 2023. I then realized that I have been Defrauded by Eureka Forbes, and asked them to treat my AMC purchase as Cancelled and refund my payment of Rs 10229.00 at the earliest.
5. Till now there has not been any acknowledgement or response from Eureka Forbes on my refund request . A mail received on 20 Oct 2023, says that AMC money can not be refunded, as per Company policy – though they are unable to deliver Service or Product . Incidently, no such policy Warning is displayed while a Customer makes payment .
6. Eureka Forbes should not resort to selling a product online for which they are not able to provide service, it is an act of mis representation with intent to Defraud a customer .
7. Would request Strictest action against Eureka Forbes for such Business Practice .
8. Copies of their Receipt and Mails are attached for perusal

There has been no response from Eureka Forbes, I have asked them to Cancel my order and refund me the full amount of 10229/- for failing to service /deliver the product ordered. They replied that " as per Company Policy, refunds are not allowed " . This is good way of Cheating a customer . Since when Company started laying policy for Customers, thought the policy is for Employees and the intended service the company provides .
I paid amc contract which is not even started and asked to cancel amc and refund the payment., but it seems as per their policy the same cannot be refunded.
I want to throw the filter as it is useless and want to purchase of some other company.
My amc period has not even started and how can refund be denied
my amc bill no. Is i[protected] customer id is [protected]

my hard money is with you for no reason

    Hi,

    After 20 days of frustration I am writing this I bought an AMC from Aquaguard on 01-Oct-23. Still, my water purifier is not working.

    Observed few things

    1.Technicians have a scope to cheat customers as they were saying replaced parts are not to give it to customers as per policy .

    is it right if yes could you pls send me terms and conditions.

    2.we don't know whether they changed cartridges and all filters. If they take new ones and sell outside how can we make sure this will not happen?

    3.Do you have the Serial number for parts ?

    4.is there any SLA to give service as i am waiting almost 20 days and still buying water outside who will pay as this is
    completely a mistake by Aqua guard.
    I don't want to waste my time calling daily ...is there any way to get my AMC money refunded?

      Slow flow from purifier. Water coming our warm. Also I had raised a complaint 5 days back. No response after multiple escalations.

        I purchased Anual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from Eurekaforbes for my Aquaguard RO water purifier through on line on 30-Sep-2023.
        Mandatory Service ticket got created and allocated to the technician Rathod Yuvaraj on the same day.

        During the previous visit, the same technician suggested taking AMC or new PRODUCT purchase through him so that he will get incentives.
        In Spite of it I purchased AMC through online...

        Dear sir/ Madam,
        I am Kritika Sunam, Daughter of Ganesh Sunam, Yesterday i.e 16.10.23. We had our Aquaguard Marvel NXT delivered from the amazon having order id of #[protected], But since yesterday the customer executive is saying that they will send the installation technician but still there is no one who have attended our house. We don't have water in our house for almost 1 month and from 1 month we are drinking from Can Water Bottles, I have shared my story to the customer executive also then also they don't understand. Kindly do the needful action. very bad service.

          Their service is pathetic. Even their CEO is good for nothing. It has been two months I complained to their CEO Desk regarding the problem of my AC and still it is not resolved despite of various followups with them. All the time they open a new complaint and then it is closed without resolution. After many followups, their technician visited and he took out the faulty parts for replacement but unfortunately still even after 2 months they have not replaced the faulty parts. I would appeal all consumers not to buy AC from Eureka Forbes. Their service is worst. Thankyou

            I have raised complaint since 9th September an12 th October CM[protected]. no service was given and booked as free service from our amc. customer id [protected].as your call is chargeable i am repeated calling for service neither service is provided .assigned technician is not picking the call for repeated calling .we are not getting any repair service .i request u u to refund our amc amount as there is no service no reply for our complaint. please do immediate action.

              I wanted to change my old Aquaguard filter due to smell in filtered water. So I enquired with this company. They sent their field sales executive Mr Yogesh Madan to my home.
              I was oversold a purifier with RO technology by their Sales Executive Mr Yogesh Madan. As we get municipal water once a week in Aurangabad,
              I had reservation about wastage of water from filter. But he said that only 50% water will be wasted. However wastage is 150%.
              So I demanded to take back this machine.
              Online complaint was raised. Even I spoke with their In-charge Mt Arun Sose in Aurangabad.
              So far there is no action inspite of my repeated reminder both over phone and by mail.

                I got a call saying from Eureka Forbes saying AMC service is due and AMC is expiring, person came and changed filters and renewed the AMC by collecting 9.5k for next two years. This happened in sep 21st 2023.

                Now today got again call from Eureka saying AMC is due and we informed it was done last month and listening to this, he said it might be fraud, please check the receipt. When we checked we realized it's something AqUAGuard fresh pro.

                My complaint is that how did that fake Eureka employee knows our contact along with our purifier and AMC details? Does Eureka is leaking our info to others? When they knew about these on going scams aren't they taking any steps to educate their customers like how banks keep sending sms saying don't share OTP, why Eureka is not introducing OTP or two step verification process????

                  Aqua Guard Glory water purifier installed at my place on Feb 27 2023.
                  Since I am staying in high rise building installation engineer said I have to buy pressure guage to control the pressure and external filter/candle. And he asked me to pay 2805 Rs for the external filter & pressure controller.
                  When i asked for invoice, he said I have to pay first and then I'll get the invoice from company on my mail but that's not done.
                  I started chasing them, after multiple call and mail finally after six months they sent an invoice. But that invoice mentioned so many things which is not at all installed at my place. and now when i chasing them they are not responding.
                  And as per another engineer from same company, installation engineer has taken around Rs 500-600 extra from me. Amount should not be more then 2000 for this.

                    Sir I have CONTACTed Eureka Forbes as my water from water purifier taste bad and they sent a Authorised technician today he checked and told that water flow is good no problem so we have to change membrane and cost will be low with AMC plan and made me pay for 3 yrs AMC rs 8564 which he said Only Rs 8189 you will get bill and rest I will send you in two days now the person manipulated me and said that the motor (diaphragm pump) as complimentary we are changing with powerful new (diaphragm pump) which had no company branding he changed that and flew away I felt cheated like ### now I struggle for money and I feel like theft now the water taste is still bad please cancel this AMC refund my money back I am cheated

                      I raised complaints fir the servicing of my Aquaguard purifier on 28th August and 5th October 2023 under the service request numbers CM[protected] and CM[protected] respectively. However even after frequent calls to customer care, the service requests are not attended yet.

                        Hi Team,

                        I took gold membership with Eureka Forbes customer, and I called multiple times and also drop mail too.
                        But still today not response no service.

                        They are taking time but still not resolved. My kids were fever with Virus Fever because of drinking another.

                        Please help me.

                          I have wrongly booked AMC Silver package on 09.09.2023. I have requested frequently requesting to change package silver to Gold. I am purchasing water barrel from market and fulfil requirement. Kindly cancel the silver package thereafter I am able to book gold package.

                              On 25th Sept I got my water purifier serviced from Eureka Forbes. The payment done for service and part replacement was Rs 1005/- but the invoice was given only for the service charge of Rs 530. I have been following up with Eureka Forbes for last 1 week and have only got the same scripted reply 6 times.

                              "We would like to inform you that your complaint has been escalated to our concern team.
                              Your complaint CM[protected] is open and as early as possible our respective team will get in touch with you."

                                I had ordered and paid online for
                                Dust Filter - WD X2, XPERT & Wet & Dry - 2nos through the eureka Forbes online shopping portal
                                But I received Aquaguard water softener regeneration media
                                I immediately sent an email to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com
                                with all the relevant details and photos
                                But till date no action has been taken despite my many reminders

                                  Vaccum cleaner WD X2 spears quality very worst. The company only focus for selling machines not spares. Service charges and cable card cost is too much higher.
