False promises.. Refund my money back

After several emails to so called deepa @customercare.. After so many tickets, so many people doing formality responding to the email, wasting my time, after every department promising assuring yet first NO ONE CALLED NOR CAME TO SERVICE, CHANGE PARTS.. They don't have basic etiquette to call, take appointment. For 15 th june somebody came on 20th June without any kind of notice at 8 pm random to do servicing without the ordered parts and...

Myself Goutam Mahata, residing at Ranibagan, Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal-742101. Through online I express my interest to purchase an Aquaguard water Purififer. After few days the expert from Aquaguard call me that one person will visit in my home. Bapi Mondal, Mobile no-[protected] from Berhampore, Murshidabad, WB office call me and visit my home and I placed an order of model no-EDGE RO+UV+MTDS and taking Rs 2000.00(Two Thousand)only in cash and gave me an invoice bearing no-0886 and stating that the said water purifier will be delivered within 15.10.2022. But after due date of delivery, that person telephonically told me that the model is out of stock. Then he repeatedly delaying the return of my advance and till date not returned my advance amount of Rs 2000.00

      We have amc with Eureka forbes but even after that no one cane for the servicing. Today is the last day of amc and now they are asking for money.

        I renewed the AMC in Jan 23 after receiving several notification. This is the forth year after purchase and I told them to come with tap portion to be replaced and only senior technician as faced issue everytime wherein these new ones don't know to screw back after opening and there's leakage later. After complaints, escalation, whoever claimed to be senior visited with replacement kit that comes with AMC but unlike usual time there was issue within two days and tank took 50 min to fill instead of 10 - 15 min. Usually this happens only after 7-8 months as filters get used up. So it was very clear that the guy got duplicate fake or used filter to replace. And didn't come with the tap part as service team supervisor Manoj koli assured that its been ordered but taking time and once they have will deliver for the next servicing. Been five months.. Trying to ignore the machine that takes more than an hour as no time to fight, complain but asked for servicing with parts, wrote mails to deepa, used to just get the email team quickly responding as part of their job and assuring needful but no response. Had booked servicing for 15 th june, done all needful, but no response, notification. Kept writing mails but no use, just formality then on 20 th june at 8 pm random technician popped for servicing as was wandering in my area and recd my complain. No basics, no prior intimation, appointment, nor with part, gave excuse that his phone not yet registered with company so probably he wasn't senior but new.. Dumb. No etiquette. Told to take appointment and come with parts. Next day complaint with whatever happened and within two hour the same technician popped without calling or intimating or appointment just to service. Stating was asked by his senior manoj lili to visit. How can you just come randomly at any hour with out appointment? How and why do you expect all to be home and free to entertain and have time to entertain such people who just open filter attach pipe, rinse filter and done.. Just name sake. Where is my part. And I told in my complain to replace my filters with genuine ones. Why still sending random people for regular servicing untimely. I want my genuine replacement kit and tap part

          Even after many requests and complaints no one came to provide the service .I just feel this is high negligence that you guys are showing to the customers. I really feel helpless after the purchase of your water purifier. I strongly say no to your products.

            New water purifier not working only after 24 hours. Raise complaint for the same (CM[protected]. Called customer care & wrote email to CEO desk multiple times. Response is very poor. Still technician has not visited. It seems it is fraud company or people including their CEO is non competent.

              New water purifier stopped working in 24 hours. Technician did not come to attend the Issue even after multiple calls to customer and CEO Escalation Desk. Very poor product and wirost service

                New water purifier stopped working only after 24 hours. Called customer care multiple times. But the response was very poor. Reached out to CEO Desk for Escalation, again response was very poor. No technician visited to resolve the problem even after 6 days. Do not buy water purifier from Eureka Forbes

                  We have raised the complaint[protected] for the water purifier purchased with eureka forbes
                  1. Infringement of personal data : I have registered in eurekaforbes web as XXXXXXXXX in the purchase bill whereas the bill was raised in the name of Raja kripa . Nowhere I have referred this name neither in any correspondence to thier team nor to the sales persons. However thier team has captured the name. I feel offended by this infringement of my data .Does eurekaforbes collects data of name only or any bank details also ? How can such a well renouned company shall take our data without our consent ??? Explanation is expected asap.
                  2. Wrong product sold to us: My wife has shown two products with steel storage and UV/RO WITH COPPER & ZINC BOOSTER etc ie model GWPDERUMS .whereas it was informed by your sales person that nrich product is superior than the model selected by her, it was sold to us. While installation only it was observed that storage tank is of plastic whereas we demanded steel only. In no case the delivered product is superior than the product referred by my wife. We demanded return of the product and refund of the amount vide the ticket no mentioned CM[protected].
                  More than 8 days have passed eureka forbes is giving false commitment of resolution but no one has responded with concrete plan and resolution.

                    A service complaint was raised on[protected] and even after 2.5 months, the product has not been serviced.

                    I have received no calls from the technicians. The customer support helpline does nothing other than being sorry.

                    The product is a vacuum cleaner and is still under warranty.

                      I have raised a request for free service as promised from eureka, they send some technician after a month after the warranty expired and that technician did bad service your completely working machine is not working right after the service, we called him back for the same he said he will come then he just blocked us.
                      2nd part - I again raised a service request, bocz water purifier is stopped working. its been 15 days they sent no one, even after regular follow-ups every 2 days i have done nearly 8 calls to your service no solution.

                      Is this how you provide service? you should be ashamed of this. your tricking the customer for buying extra service by corrupting the working products? If this is the case for some one in metro cities what is case for Urben service they don't even know about such scams you are up to.
                      I regret buying your product now, I do understand machines go wrong but you intentionally doing all this just for sales and AMC is the worst thing. and not responding even after follow ups?

                      Eureka Forbes has worst service and I will never recommend this product to any one I will do post the same in social media. learn to value a customer money share this with your higher management people who are part of this.

                          Placed a service request for aqua guard repair 15 days back in Kakinada. No technician has come to resolve the problem. Rajesh oleti named technician has called and saying, we won't come for repair as company provides only Rs30 for them for each service. Called 5 times for 5 days for the customer service, they are saying problem will be solved in 24hrs but it did not. Water problem is the major issue in summer. I feel pity for Eureka Forbes for maintaining a staff and service like this

                            I bought a UV water purifier 5 months back from Eureka Forbes. But I should not call it a Purifier as it is doing exact opposite of it. We get treated water in our society and the TDS of water remains between 100-170. The taste of water changed about a month ago, so, I raised the service request to see if pre-filter or main filters has any issues. But it's been 2 weeks since I raised the complaint, but no one has showed despite several escalations and calls. Today morning, I got TDS meter and checked the supply water. The TDS of supply water was 110 and the water coming through purifier was 720. We have been drinking this water for weeks now. The indicator is not blinking as claimed by company and explained by technician. When I called up customer service and asked to transfer the call to escalation manager since I was not getting any resolution. This guy turned out to be less than useless. I explained the problem to him and asked why you didn't assign a different technician if assigned person is not visiting. He said that is not something in his scope. So, if this assigned technician decide not to visit for next one year, I won't get purifier serviced.

                            It has one year warranty which company is not honoring and they are not even providing service.

                                Have purchased AMC for the water purifier by paying 5200 rupees. but the eureka Forbes is not providing service as per the AMC and installed faulty products. water is not purifying the purifier is not working and the complaints are not being attended. I want them to cance9the AMC and refund my money. I and my family have been drinking bad water due to faulty device and running health issues.

                                  Service Request # CM[protected] : I renewed my AMC on 20.04.2023 by paying Rs. 2700 and an automatic service request generated for Cartridge replacement. Without replacing Consumables service request was closed surprisingly on 30.04.2023. On Asking your service provider in Chandrapur (Mobile No. [protected]), I was informed that it was closed by mistake. Therefore, new service request was raised

                                  Service Request # CM[protected] : as my earlier request mentioned above was closed without attending it, a new service request generated on 03.05.2023. Without attending it again service request closed today i.e. on 25.05.2023. i am trying to call your service provider in Chandrapur on (mobile number - [protected]), but he is not answering my call.

                                  Service Request # CM[protected] : You have mentioned that "Within 24 hours, a service technician will be sent to resolve your request. Your concerns have been escalated to the senior team members for prompt action". But regret to inform you that, no one has yet contacted me nor came to replace the Cartridge even after more than 2 months from AMC renewal. Everyday I am getting the same answer that "complaint CM[protected] is open and will be addressed in 24 hours" and no one is turning to replace cartridge.

                                  If you cant replace the Cartridge, you are requested to refund the amount
                                  of Rs. 2700 immediately without any further delay. I will look for another
                                  service provider.

                                  Your immediate response will be highly appreciated.

                                    Please refund the money for our AMC. It is now almost 3 months since our AMC renewal on March 9. We are tired of calling and begging you to get our filter replaced. Everytime we call you, you create a new ticket, and say that someone will come in the next 24 hours. Since almost 3 months, no one has come. Please refund our money. Please ask your customer care people in Kolkata not to call us because they are not able to help, and just waste our time.

                                      We have ordered the Eureka water purifier last year, and it is still in the warranty period.
                                      The filter stopped working within the first few months, and we raised a complaint for the same. The issue got resolved 2-3 weeks later when the technician finally visited and repaired it.
                                      Unfortunately, the filter stopped working again within another few months; it again happened about 5-6 more times, and each time it took atleast 2 weeks and 5 follow-up calls to get it resolved.

                                      Few weeks back (20/5/023), the filter again stopped working, and we raised another complaint. This time, the technician said that the cylinder needs to be replaced, for which we are supposed to pay Rs.45000.

                                      We believe we got a defective piece because of the frequency at which the issues keep happening. We had even conveyed the same to the service team and requested for a replacement with a working product.

                                      For a 1 year old new filter, I don't think it's expected to stop working every other month, or to spend Rs.4500 which is half the actual price of the filter.
                                      Especially since the product is within the warranty period, we expect a proper and professional resolution from the company's end.
                                      I request you to look into it and replace our defective filter with a working one.
