We have registred for a 2 year AMC with EF and from the last 1 month have raised 5 service requests. Everytime there is an assurance that an engineer will attend, but till date, the issue is not resolved. Most recent complaint was lodged yesterday, with the task no:[protected].

    I have renewed by AMC but no technician has visited my location, on calling the customer care they have the same dialogue and they can't provide any information. What is the use of customer support if can't resolve my problem. It's already been 1 week and no one has come. I am tired to contact the customer support for any update because they speak like some robot that have the same dialogues. This has turned into a nightmare now, the company charges us hefty price for amc and in return they do not provide any service.

      I purchased purifier from amazon, for installation eureka Forbes team delayed in installation by 1 week even commitment was to install in 47 hrs. After this within a month purifier is not working so i have raised my concern with their team through application. Even after one week i didn’t received any response and not getting proper service after n number of follow up and escalations

        The unit purchased is not working at present. Further the cleaning cloth is required for replacement. But it is not being supplied being NOT available.

          Sub : Repairing or replacement of manufacturing defect piece of vacuum cleaner -

          I have bought eureka forbes vacuum cleaner drift cord on 17/10/2021 from croma DB mall Bhopal also croma have sold me ongosite policy[protected]
          for two years .

          This piece was defective i have maid complaint on 27/08/2022 to anand services your service provider & croma bhopal but no response from their side afterwards made complaints to
          eureka forbes in oct 2022 due to non availability of part this complaint was closed on dec 2022 with some jugad type of repairing
          although i have requested to change the piece.

          In march 2023 same problem arises again & i have made complaint which was closed without solution and since then this machine is out of order n lying in home

          again i have maid complaint third time which was closed without solution

          Now, finally, the fourth time I have taken the complaint number WO[protected] dated 23/06/2023 from the eureka help team again with no response and I am feeling cheated by eureka forbes.

          My humble request to change this piece of machine and provide me with a solution .

          This is my last hope, otherwise I will go to consumer forums on social media for sure .

          Croma have also cheated me by selling me a wrong insurance policy

            CM[protected] DT.5/7/2023 Stil not resolved. Please find a photo attached herewith in which the purifier inside is showing the magnet and some loose wire connections. Probably the technician Majji Anand dismantled the connections and as harassment he is not attending the service. I feel his action needs strict punishment. fifteen days passed and we are without filter water for drinking. Spent nearly 2000 rupees purchasing drinking water for the family. There is no collection of filter water in tank but water from outlet passes in a low stream. I request the authorities to resolve the matter as soon as possible by sending a good technician. Don't send Majji Anand as he disconnected many things in the purifier and went away. His action in this regard is unpardonable.

Franchise m/s hema enterprises not answering calls too. Since last 10 days we are purchasing bisleri 5l drinking water cans. Purchased amc then why we are neglected.

                Since the date I purchase it having issues only. All the calls are registered in the software. Really UNHAPPY with the way Eureka Forbes company take care of his customers.
                From 1st July I have registered a complaint No CM[protected] and till date nothing has happened. I have already informed them that we have a Cance Patient at home, and they have mentioned it also in the complaint, still nothing has happened. Every day I call them to do the needful and they don't take any action. Few min back also I requested them to do the needful.

                Kindly help me in getting my refund from them ON TOP MOST PRIORITY.

                  Since two months facing the same problem and this is 6th time I have reached out to the company but still issue not resolved. It's been two days now that I have launched the complaint but personnel has still not visited for repair. Dint expect from such a brand, such an inefficient team who just keeps delaying the problem and can't resolved their product issue. Pathetic and Ridiculous.

                    On 26th June I requested for a service to check the low water flow of my purifier. The technician took 475/- rupees for the cost of external filter candle from me and replaced the old one. He did not check the purifier and went away with an explanation that water will flow again with ease after little while as the candle is new. From next day onwards water from outlet was coming out in droplets and there is no collection of water in the tank. Again I asked to resolve the issue by sending service request in apps, EUREKA FORBES APP and in emails on 30th June. Till this day not a word has come from the technician or the franchise M/S Hema Enterprises which is just a kilometer from my residence. No drinking water and we are purchasing bisleri water cans. I purchased AMC keeping in mind the good service provided but now it is a nightmare and blackmailing by the franchise.

                      I have taken AMC from Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Water Purifier on 20-May-2023 as part of AMC they have to change all the filters of my Water Purifier. But till date they didn't done that. Now my Water Purifier was not working, I have initiated service request on 23-June-2023 (Service Request No.: CM[protected] but till date no service person visited. Daily I am Escalating this issue to them through their portal, but no response.

                        After several emails to so called deepa @customercare.. After so many tickets, so many people doing formality responding to the email, wasting my time, after every department promising assuring yet first NO ONE CALLED NOR CAME TO SERVICE, CHANGE PARTS.. They don't have basic etiquette to call, take appointment. For 15 th june somebody came on 20th June without any kind of notice at 8 pm random to do servicing without the ordered parts and information, asked to take appointment, made complain, again agents from different dept called and the so called Nilesh koli some supervisor or WHATEVER of some area service team seems sent same dumb new technician WITHOUT APPOINTMENT AT ODD HOUR fir servicing just to get done with the complain without actually knowing the issue nor getting part nor notifying in any manner prior. And then again I CLEARLY told to come with part and APPOINTMENT.. They didn't bother. Again complaint, the escalation desk does normality to forward to respective dept, some lady calls, assures will send someone between 2-4 pm on 26 th.. No one comes.. I wait and wait.. When I call, escalate, she says will send next day.. Again no one calls. I call at 12 pm to check if anyone will come or I will end up wasting my day and keeping that time slot open. She confirms yes. But no one comes nor calls. And then finally some Nilesh Yadav comes at 6 pm.. Without calling.. When I tell him the time was 2-4 pm and why didn't he call before coming, he LIES on my face stating he called, spoke to someone who asked him to come at 5 30 pm. When I told there's no call, and am the only one, shows proof on phone, ask where did he call.. He started fumbling, first he said may be must have spoken to someone else, then said ohh there was network issue so he couldn't speak.. And so on.. He CLEARLY kept lying on my face when asked for proof. When realised he was caught, he said if can change part, i asked to come next day which is today, between 2 - 4 pm and make sure to call. And today, wasted whole day AGAIN. No one called nor turned up. It is so CLEAR that these guys are liars cheaters. They get duplicate filter, put duplicate filter and sell original and lie and no idea what all they do... Please REFUND MY FULL AMC. The filter kit in JAN with renewing was duplicate as water got slowed in two days. And no servicing no part changed.

                          Myself Goutam Mahata, residing at Ranibagan, Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal-742101. Through online I express my interest to purchase an Aquaguard water Purififer. After few days the expert from Aquaguard call me that one person will visit in my home. Bapi Mondal, Mobile no-[protected] from Berhampore, Murshidabad, WB office call me and visit my home and I placed an order of model no-EDGE RO+UV+MTDS and taking Rs 2000.00(Two Thousand)only in cash and gave me an invoice bearing no-0886 and stating that the said water purifier will be delivered within 15.10.2022. But after due date of delivery, that person telephonically told me that the model is out of stock. Then he repeatedly delaying the return of my advance and till date not returned my advance amount of Rs 2000.00

                                I renewed the AMC in Jan 23 after receiving several notification. This is the forth year after purchase and I told them to come with tap portion to be replaced and only senior technician as faced issue everytime wherein these new ones don't know to screw back after opening and there's leakage later. After complaints, escalation, whoever claimed to be senior visited with replacement kit that comes with AMC but unlike usual time there was issue within two days and tank took 50 min to fill instead of 10 - 15 min. Usually this happens only after 7-8 months as filters get used up. So it was very clear that the guy got duplicate fake or used filter to replace. And didn't come with the tap part as service team supervisor Manoj koli assured that its been ordered but taking time and once they have will deliver for the next servicing. Been five months.. Trying to ignore the machine that takes more than an hour as no time to fight, complain but asked for servicing with parts, wrote mails to deepa, used to just get the email team quickly responding as part of their job and assuring needful but no response. Had booked servicing for 15 th june, done all needful, but no response, notification. Kept writing mails but no use, just formality then on 20 th june at 8 pm random technician popped for servicing as was wandering in my area and recd my complain. No basics, no prior intimation, appointment, nor with part, gave excuse that his phone not yet registered with company so probably he wasn't senior but new.. Dumb. No etiquette. Told to take appointment and come with parts. Next day complaint with whatever happened and within two hour the same technician popped without calling or intimating or appointment just to service. Stating was asked by his senior manoj lili to visit. How can you just come randomly at any hour with out appointment? How and why do you expect all to be home and free to entertain and have time to entertain such people who just open filter attach pipe, rinse filter and done.. Just name sake. Where is my part. And I told in my complain to replace my filters with genuine ones. Why still sending random people for regular servicing untimely. I want my genuine replacement kit and tap part

                                  Even after many requests and complaints no one came to provide the service .I just feel this is high negligence that you guys are showing to the customers. I really feel helpless after the purchase of your water purifier. I strongly say no to your products.

                                    New water purifier not working only after 24 hours. Raise complaint for the same (CM[protected]. Called customer care & wrote email to CEO desk multiple times. Response is very poor. Still technician has not visited. It seems it is fraud company or people including their CEO is non competent.

                                        New water purifier stopped working only after 24 hours. Called customer care multiple times. But the response was very poor. Reached out to CEO Desk for Escalation, again response was very poor. No technician visited to resolve the problem even after 6 days. Do not buy water purifier from Eureka Forbes
