We had a problem with the water handle of Aqua guard Magna for which we had raised complaint on 14-Jun-2015 (complaint num [protected]). There was absolutely no response whatsoever and after numerous phone calls to customer service, a representative came after much insistence and promised to come and replace within two days. However we came to know that the complaint was closed without any resolving the issue post which we were given another complaint number for tracking[protected]. We have been directed from pillar to post and have ended up calling 3-4 people everyday. However the problem still remains unattended. Even though the product is under warranty, this is kind of service we are receiving. Eureka Forbes should stop giving false promises on their products and services. I can see a similar complaint logged on the same Magna model which shows the poor quality of the product as well as the lack of response for the registered complaints.

    We purchased - Megha, water purifier on 20 January 2015. We have had constant issues with the product since purchase. Your service people have visited us thrice in the past few months, but they have not been able to resolve the issue with permanency. Request replacement or refund. Severe actions shall be taken in case of no response.

      i have called the customer support continuous 7 days for service ..and everyday they says that the person will visit today.bt its 7 day today bt nobody came for the service, and even not any call from their side i got..still the problem is unresolved..worst rxperience with aquaguard ..customer care no is alwayz busy..sometimes we have to call 5-6 times continuosly then they pick up the phone at last..i must say very bad service by aquaguard

        DEAR SIR, WE HAVE PURCHASED AQUA-GUARD WATER PURIFIER MODEL GENIUS UNIT SERIAL NUMBER 3004689 VIDE INVOICE NUMBER 022364 DATED 11.03.2014. THE DAY IT WAS INSTALLED WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SYSTEM AND WHEN WE ARE LODGING THE COMPLAINT THE COMPANY EXECUTIVE ARE SAYING THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED WRONG PRODUCT AND YOU WILL FACE THE PROMBLEM REGULARLY WITH THIS PRODUCT. WE HAVE LODGED COMPLAINT OF OUR SYSTEM SIX MONTH BEFORE AND MECHANIC FROM YOUR LOCAL OFFICE VISITED AND HE TOLD THAT 500 HOURS ARE COMPLETED AND YOU HAVE TO PAY 2100 RUPEES TO START THE SYSTEM AGAIN . WE HAVE PAID 2100 RUPEES TO THE MECHANIC FOR STARTING THE SYSTEM . AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE COMPANY EXECUTIVE HAS NOT GIVEN SUCH TYPE OF INFORMATION REGARDING THE ABOVE PRODUCT .           I bought Magna in the month of January 2015 and the tap got loosened 5 days back.I made a request for service on 15-06-15 and no response whatsoever.Thereafter I called customer care and filled complaint on 17-06-15. They said service engineer will attend in 24 hours. I waited for 2 day and then called back again, they gave same answer with the promise that they elevate the complaint. Once again i called today and response was same fake promise. These people are not responding to service calls like they responded for demo or purchase. Becasue of those fake promises i didn't purchase mineral water thinking some will come everyday. We are drinking the tasteless water for 5 days. They troubled us for 5 days. This is the worst reponse to service call in the history. Please do the needful.

            I Have purchased a water purifier from Eureka Forbes. Sales person committed that at the end of the anniversary free candle will be provided later I come to know this was false commitment done by sales person. I called that sales person but he changed his statement saying I didn't said anything about this. I raised a complaint on customer care but didn't get any response to my complain. I also tried to call Dinesh Patil(sales person) but now he is not picking up call. I tried t raise by voice on consumer court but looking to the formalities I back off because I don't have so much of time to do all those formalities and due to this reason many companies are taking benefit. Can anyone from the team can take this case forward have right justice

            Gave call to customer support on 3rd July they have escalated to higher authority after making so many folowups. CS team said that Sales will arrange call on 4th July 2015. Hope they should not make another false commitment.

              I have purchased this product from Eureka Forbes, No 5 2nd Floor, Jc Industrial Area 1st Stage, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore - 560062, Near Metro Yelachenahalli. The interest what they have shown during installation, not shown during service. The product did not run for 2 months and continuously following up with Customer care, still no response. When I spoke to people who delivered this product, they are expecting me to get the product for repair, even though it is under warranty. Totally fed up with this product and service.

                Dear sir, I got delivery of Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV on 6 May but I didn't get free offer material (On the Go Personal water Purifier worth Rs. 595 & Exclusive mocktail recipes book while I made 100% payment online.I contact your customer care many times, I complaint many times since 6 may, but I dont get any response from Eureka. Then I contact Mr Vinit Jain ([protected]), he pick up my call only one time, After that he didn't pick my call. I called him several times but he not receive my call. Its a matter of Eurka brand value in the market, but your team is taking it down. I will not purchase any product of Eureka now & not suggest my friends also. I will wait for 15 days more.                   Hi, Iam Kavin Selva Kumar bought a water purifier Aqua guard magna hd on December 2014 through EMI scheme from sales rep Ramasundaram [protected], Eureka Forbes pallavaram branch. However I paid the full settlement on 12-Jan-2015 for an amount of Rs. 16790 including emi preclosure charges (Bill No: 042628). But after doing so, emi is deducted via cheque clearance on 16-Jan-2015 and through ECS on 15-Feb-2015. I had complained about this to Sales Rep on both these months, but I didnt get any refund. After so much followup they agreed to pay on April after submitting my Bank statement as a proof for deductions. Even after doing so, i never got my money back. This has been now 6 months there is no payment i received from eureka forbes. Sales rep and their higher officials are irresponsible and they are saying too many false commitments and wrong information. Im really frustrated on the service given by Eureka Forbes, I never experienced this kind of attitude from any industry. I need my money back with interest (1, 769.00+1, 769.00 = 3538.00 + Interest + Late payment charges). Best Regards, Kavin [protected]

                    I, mrs. Taasim Tiwari, have an annual contract with aqua guard to service my water purifier (contract receipt no.[protected]. Till today after the contract was drawn up on 28.9.2014 no technician has ever come for any service. Now since past 1 week i am facing problem with my purifier for which i called the company's customer care at 39883333 on 15.6.2015. I was directed to sms REQ on [protected] which was done and i received activity no. [protected] and complaint no. [protected] with a follow up on 18.6.2015 activity no. [protected] and complaint no. [protected]. I have received no respose from the company. I habe spoken to their 2 excecutives Mr. Sachin on 17th n 18th on [protected] and Mr. Atul Lonkar on 19th on [protected]. Both assured me that they would attend to my problem but no one has bother to come to ckeck the purifier. Please see that my complaint is addressed as soon as possible.

                      I purchased eureka Forbes aquaguard on Feb'15 for rs.18000. It is leaking from the bottom and sensor is not working since 16 June. I requested service on 17th at 8am.complaint no[protected] Even after several calls they didn't send anyone for 2days. But they ensure 24hrs service. I took leave and waited for them. Finally they came on 19th while I was leaving to hospital. I lost my work and pay for 3 days with severe mental stress. They don't even provide any contact number in the bill. No toll free number at all. Poor consumer services. I need my money back with compensation.

                        I Neha mishra [protected], bought aquaguard reviva ro on 15th of june 2015 and it stopped working on 16th june 2015. Today is 18th and no one till now have visited to our place for correcting the same. Called lot many times to different executives n promised by everyone that ro will get corrected in few hours and nobody visited our place. This irresponsible behaviour of aquaguard service team is creating a lot of inconvenience to me n my family. Somebody even told me dat our houseis very far from city dats why no one is attending the complaint. Why the hell u peoples installed RO then? Please take strict action against your sales n service peoples. Also, i want to return the product and want my money back, tell me the procedure for dat also. Neha Mishra

                          I purchased EUREKA RO on 09.05.2015 through on lineand customer ID alloted to me is [protected]. RO received and installed without any issue, but i have not received gift items till date, as promised by the company, i have been trying to resolve the issue through their customer care over phone but to to no avail, as they gave some other number (s) which never get connected. Let me know how could i get my gift items and when, though items are small and not of much monetary value but the company must fulfill the promise they make to customers

                              namste... 20-25 days before i bought Aquasure Nano RO from rajkot, Gujarat after that one of your installer came and installed it. but he didn't measure & know about TDS for drinking water. then few day later water was leaking from candle. we had complained from where we bought it. after few day one eureka forbes guy came and said that, we do not (AQUASURE NANO RO) sell or recommend this product from EUREKA FORBES but its for other dealers's showroom from there they can sell it.                                 AMC for 3 years were made. Accordingly services for water purifier must be done every 6 months by the company. But I had no services for the first year since I was out of India to follow up, hence the company is taking advantage if not reminded. Each time I have to call and remind for services .It seems no control or checklist or track was being kept for customer satisfaction and their work is finished once payment is received.Can the authorities make sure that was proper checklist, track and follow up must be done without calling them to keep up the goodwill.

                                  I have purchased Aquaguard Enahnce UV+RO from Devi International, Jayanagar. Once they delivered that, have register for installation. One person came named Prashant ([protected] and [protected]) from Aquaguard. He did the installation and have asked him to install one extra filter for mud cleansing. He has installed one local filter saying it is aquaguard original filter, he charged 950/- INR for that. And from day one there was leakage of water from it. have called him to fix this he told he'll come and fix.but he didn't came. After waiting almost one week have register a request for issue through customer care. The next day another person came from aquaguard he told this is local filter.he fixed the problem.And he told original aquaguard filter comes in 700/- INR only, and also has Eurekaforebs written on it. Have spoke to another person achutan([protected]@eurekaforbes.com) from aquaguard, he is a manager but he said we can not help you on this and he don't know prashant.

                                  I have registered complaint on your customer care, although at last of the complain call have asked her for complaint/ticket number. She didn't tell anything and hang up the call.Because of the brand name(Aquaguard) only have paid huge amount for this product but again due to it's bad service, I am suffering.

                                  It would be very nice, if you resolve my problem, changing my external filter to original one and giving my remaining money back.

                                  If you are not going to do anything then why this hell ****. After your acknowledgement. I did not see anything is happening towards resolve my issue.It's been a week.

                                  If you are going to give this kind of worst service, then better we would prefer other purifier and also suggest people do not go for Aquguard.

Id : [protected] my Aquaguard Classic UV Water Purifier are stop to work from April (only 8 Days work after buying) & No Technician or officer still visit and solve my problem after many complaints. I decide to buy your company Eureka forbes company water purifier in April month. For the product i call the registered dealer of my location Mr. sunil, he was visit my home and told me to buy "Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Classic UV Water Purifier" model as per my force of water and quality of water. he sent technician to fitting the product, the technician come and fit the product but so many tried from him the product not start or work. after two days he sent another senior technician for re-fitting, he is also not capable to start the product. after three days another one visit and after re-fitting my product was start to work but very low water force. when i ask him the reason he told me, its a very good model that’s why force of water is low. after the use of 8 days i seen the very small germs in the store water and the very next day its totally stop to work. when i called the dealer he told me his not responsible for the product and called to customer care for the service and after that ignoring my mobile cal. i search the customer care no. on internet and registered my complaint to your customer care service that the product are completely stop to work. after two days a one technician Mr. Bhusan visit to my home check the product and told me a very wrong machine sale by dealer to you and the machine are not as per your requirement and giving me the senior no. Mr. sandip kene and suggest me to ask him. when i call Mr. sandip kene about my problem and its urgency he assure me to visit my home. but still date he is not visit and show his interest to solve my problem. After some days same he is not attend my mobile call or not take any efforts to give a single visit on such a urgency. from april to still date i regularly register so many complaint to your customer care pay service of Mumbai region as well as Free customer care no. of the product but no technician or any company officer are not come to my home to solve this problem. I also call the area Head of the Product Mr. Sagar but he is also not provide any kind of help to me. Because of the rainy days the quality of water in my location are regularly decline. Please provide me your kind help ASAP as per my urgency.

                                      I would like to bring a serious issue facing by us to your notice.We are using Aquaguard filter for last four years. Last month we renewed the AMC and replaced the filter .Three weeks back we shifted to our own apartment and raised request for installing the filter at our new address. Eureka Forbes customer care gave the contact details of Service Engineer(Mobile:[protected]).He picked our call once and we gave the address.After that he never picked our call and no service also. Request to Refund the AMC amount which is collected by Eureka Forbes

                                        We purchased an RO Enhace some two years back. After the first free service, the RO develops problems. The man on service advised to take AMC for peace of mind. Since then, after every two/three months, the machines develops problems, the motor has been changed, the filters have been changed and an additional filter has been installed on the advice of the service man. But the problem remains there that less quantity of filtered water and more and more quantity of waste water. The current situation is that from 100 litres of water, the RO is not able to fill its tank. Despite various complaints that the man who is unable to resolve should not be sent, the company is sending the same man saying that next time, an engineer will be sent to resolve. I. A.
