Very bad service. Every year I am spending about Rs.10000 to Rs.12000 only for service (filters). Only two o[censored]s are there at home and if I am spending so much I rather buy Bisleri water cans from outside. 1st Issue. On 11 Sep 2018 Contract for AMC was signed with your service representative (NITIN) at Pune. My address is E-1/7 Salunke Vihar, PO: SRPF, Pune 411022. I paid Rs 4900/-by cheque with a validity of AMC from 14 Sep 2018 to 13 Sep 2021 for 3 years. The service is not being provided for a couple of months. We have recently purchased one of the Eureka Forbes products i.e. "Aquasure Delight" water purifier through Amazon on 5th May 2021. I have been continuously facing trouble with it from the time of it's purchase.

My water purifier AG Nova is non functional since 05/07/2021. We are forced to drink unfiltered water. The company is not living up to any level of satisfaction.

We purchased new Eureka Forbes water purifier online but when we installed it 2 weeks back the TDS was showing above 400, the installation engineer came 2 days after and checked it again but TDS was still same.

Back 2 years ago we purchased an Eureka Forbes Doctor Aqua-guard and this year it is giving a lot of problem. Every time we launch our issue the company takes a time of 1 month to fix it. Since last 6 months the Aqua-guard is coming up with one or the other issue and every fortnight after the last service it is giving problem and...

My Acqua Guard is non functional since 05/07/2021. Complaint was booked and one Mr R Rawat was assigned the job for rectifications. He never came or called. On my call he picked up & said call the company or local service office. I requested him to share with contact No. But he never did. Today again I made calls but he is not responding.
