I have purchaged this to on 14th July 2021. Red light burning and ro not working. I have complained and after one and half month Technician has come and changed a part. But problem is not solved. I have complained again but no body turned back.
If the product is defective please replace.

    Its only a 1.5 week since I got this water purifier
    But now I am facing a problem of not getting a water in tank and not filling up it.
    Now when I called customer care and technician visited, he told that we can't correct it and this device is defective
    Pls look after my problem and replace it as soon as possible and replace my device

      We have aquasure xpert .It was dur for AMS.initially they said 4000/- some change will be the charge.The guy comes and insists on talking 2yrs of warrenty for 9000/ in which the pump issue will not be covered for which we need to pay extra.Then what for we will pay such hefty amount.The guy didn't even clean or fix the filter he left purifier open n left staring at the customer.

      This is no proffesional behaviour rather huligan or goons behaviour.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          As i have purchased the Aqua Guard in the year of 2014 but so far the services that i am getting from your karur branch in tamilnadu is not genuine we have to call for at least 5 times to get a single service and that also after the service some problems will be there last around 15-20 days back we have changed the motor in the ro but after 1 day air lock has happen in the device after calling several times the same person visited our home and taken the air lock but after 1 day again air locked.But it is around 6 days we are calling them they are not coming to attend the problem we have paid them around rs:3500 but no use in that .Now we are buying the can waters in local due to this issue which may affect our health but there is no other choice left to us.Since while changing the Spares & Filters they are not providing the GST invoices & Even the MRP is also not printed in the Covers of the Spares or Filters Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

            We took AMC from Aquacare ION EXCHANGE Pvt Ltd Jayanagar on 24th October 2020 paying 6300.
            Since then no services were delivered and on repeatedly calling the company delivered its first service on 3rd August 2021.
            On 26th September 2021 we reported an issue as the adaptor was not working, 29th the adaptor was replaced by a duplicate and used adaptor which was in a very bad condition and they charged us 1500 . Shocks were felt right from the second day of replacing the adaptor . On reporting the issue to Aquacare the manager got into a fight and refused to replace it and further stopped answering the calls.they stated a warrenty of 3months for the adaptor.
            Not even a month after replacing the adaptor on 17th October 2021, the adaptor blasted for which I have proof. We tried to reach out to the customer care on 18th but no calls were answered. We decided to visit their new office at Banashankari location and reported to the manager incharge along with the picture and warranty bill of the adaptor. He said he would get it replaced by 19th. On 19th a representative was sent but he said the adaptor that he got was not suitable and would get a suitable adaptor and replace it by 19th October evening.
            Since then no body has turned up. On asking the manager regarding the same he rudely responds saying he will send and we should wait without stating when .
            It's been a week since the incident took place and till date(i.e 23rd October 2021) nobody has replaced the adaptor . It has caused great inconvenience for us.

            We only got the AMC due to the faith we had on Eureka Forbes .
            Extremely disappointed with the kind of service, behaviour towards customers, absolutely no value for money and customers.

              I am disappointed by the person claiming employee of Eureka forbes (Water purifier) and call oftenly and say "kab aan ahai for water purifier service".When I asked from where you got my number, he told that I got your details from Eureka Forbes customer data. I was out of the place due to covid (Work from home) and was at my native.
              I am not in need of any service as I have not used the water purifier for a year.
              I donot know how the Eureka forbes support this type of person and share all the customer confidential data with such type of people.

              My concern is, there should be customer information confidential agrreement with Eureka Forbes.
              It should be strictly followed.

              Genreally Eureka Forbes share customer care number with their customer and when there is need customer will call.

              My request with Eureka Forbes team is to maintain customer confidential data. to avoid such type of incidence
              .

                If installation itself takes 10days time then for any service requests in future do you respond at all ????

                I regret ordering Eureka forbes product..

                  I am a customer from last more than 5 years. I take AMC every year. My RO is not woking properly from last 6 months and I am complaining every 15 days. Technician visit and correct the problem. But product again stops working. Please send qualified technician on priority and fix. My neighbours have RO product of other brands and they are not facing such issues.

                  If you are unable to repair your own products, then let me know and refund my AMC amount. I will buy some other company's product.

                    Forbes Health Conditioner 1.5 ton AC service

                    I have a forbes health conditioner 1.5 ton AC. I am facing low cooling and water leak issue with the product. So I booked a service with eureka forbes. They said that it will be addressed within 24 hours. Now it has has been 3 days and still no technician visited. Last time also I faced the same problem and ended up servicing with third party vendor. Now I really regret buying eureka forbes product...

                    Been contacting the sales team, escalated through mail, forwarded to ceo mail. No response at all . All we get is ""we will get back to you"". Complain raised for more than 18 days no response. Faced issue 3 months back and took almost a month for the technician to visit my home and repair . Again facing the problem but no one is capable of answering when a technician can visit. Been buying the AMC and using the product since 6 years but never faced this kind of bad experience with AQUAGUARD water purifier.

                          Hi, I had recently purchased an Aquaguard classic + water purifier. Before that I was using Water purifier from other company. Since there are no service available decided to change the purifier. Water is little muddy from years and all the purifiers used in recent years was giving clear water. Once I installed aquaguard the output water was same quality like well water and I highlighted to the service center. They came and cleaned the purifier but the water purity never improved. At last they provided an extra filter (Sediment) and water became clear. The problem was every 2 days the water will get stopped and I had to raise a service request and they will com to clean sediment filter Once this has become very tedious task I decided to install an extra filter (Paid extra) and still I have to call them to clean every 2-3 days.

                          No I have raised a refund request and been calling them multiple times. Every time i am getting a reply saying that "backend team will contact you". There is no option to escalate but to wait.

                          Every other reputed company filters are working with same water and they normally service once or twice in 6 months whereas I need to do every 3 days (neighbours are using multiple filters).Only Aquaguard doesnt work. Aquaguard never care to solve the problem or call. Apart from filter I spend 1.5K for external filter and my money is gone.

                          Think twice before buying Aquagurad Water purifier. Even Local purifiers ar better than theirs.

                            We have been facing issues with the water purifier for the past 6 months, every month/ 15 days it stops working frequently and we had to call customer care. the product is also under extended warranty [paind around 11k for 2 years of extended warrenty]. For the last 15 days product is completely not working, have tried reaching the customer care multiple times, but no luck, customer support team lacks knowledge on the customer issue, every time they repeat the same thing "you will get the technician as soon as possible", No specific ETA.
                            If you can't provide the service, please refund my money paid for an extended warranty, Please don't waste my time.

                                I am a very old customer of Eureka Forbes and have been using water purifier for more than a decade now. My machine is covered under AMC.

                                I have relocated within Hyderabad (about 1Km from my earlier place of residence). I got a complaint number [protected] raised on 9-Oct-2021 for reinstallation and servicing. I have been following up since for someone to attend to my complain but it has not been attended yet. I received a sms on 11-Oct-2021 that a service request no. [protected] has been generated and the service is allocated to Mr. Bhandari.

                                But person only visited on 14th Oct and that to he did not have any spares on him, not even the pipes. The person did not even have the basic knowledge on which pipe to use for input. He just did half work that too shabbily and went off stating that he needs to get the spares. Since then I am waiting for them to come back with spares and service the machine. I have sent numerous messages to the AMC service partners but to avail.

                                I have escalated the matter by writing mails to ceo and deepa.customercare but there is no response from them also.

                                Please resolve the issue ASAP as I have paid for AMC but not getting the required service.

                                  Local service stattion personnel of Eureka Forbes are not trust worthy as they mis-guide consumers and advice provide Miracle heavy metal remover assembly costing Rs.1995-00 as against normal eureka pre-filter assembly costing less than Rs1000-00.Complaint of one of the Eureka forbes concumer Mr Anshumala Bansal of Kolkatta is on record and states this Miracle filter assembly is not suitable for removal of Heavy metals from drinking water as it removes only iron from drinking water.service personnel os company thus mis-guide consumer which amounts to cheating.I hane replaced prefilter assembly with Miracle though Eureka service personnel on[protected] at Rs1995-00 If compalint of Mr Anshumala Bansal is correct Eureka forbes should take back fliter assemly purchased on 18-10=2021, refund money paid by me and provide normal pre-filter assembly costing less than Rs1000-00

                                    I had purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier last year. This year I had to get the candles changed. The person who came to change the candles has tampered with the purifier now the water leaks from the water purifier. I have noticed even with my last purifier once you call the service ppl, they spoil some part inside so that we have to keep calling them.
                                    Horrible customer service.

                                      After So Many Call // Whats app Chat Even On Email Request still company service person not come to visit my machine. Even Company Charge One Time Only Visit Charge 530 still we agree to pay but no one is come to visit my Dr Aqua guard water purifier contains higher TDS. when ever we call to customer care executive they replied us for you issue Transfer to Higher Department for your best resolution till dated their is no resolutions here company sales executive also not answering by the call. I don't know why company has not sending technician to visit my machine. I don't think so if I purchase service contract and then company is not sending person then what to do this is big question Big Brand Name Eureka Forbs Don't buy
