We have bought the product Aquaguard Astor and installed it a month ago. Since that day it is not working at all. The water is not coming out and sometimes even when it did, the water was coming in very few quantity. So, we had it serviced for 2 times by now. Even after 2 times of servicing the product, there is no improvement. This has been very problematic because this is impacting the drinking water in our house. It has been just a month and within this we had it serviced 2 times but still we observe no improvement at all.

We are not at all satisfied by this product as there is no use of it at all. We want this to be exchanged with a new product. So, kindly suggest a best alternative/best product and exchange ours with a new one.

We request you to process this as soon as possible as it will have a huge impact on the daily drinking water.

      It's been extremely frustrating with the 3rd class service of Eureka Forbes (Awuaguard) as being a loyal customer for more than 10 years, when I renewed my AMC in Nov 2019 for 3 years I have been provided with a defective filter which stopped working in 4 months, post creating 10 compliant and writing in social media the replaced the filter after another 4 months. Then they are not ready to replace the filter even after today (after 1.5 years) we are sick drinking dirty water. I raised 2 compliant ([protected], [protected]) and called them 15 times but they are not replacing my filter. It's absolutely useless service and they are mocking in advertisement on safe water pledge. Be extremely careful purchasing any Eureka Forbes appliances #WHO #water #Health

        I have paid for and received the above mentioned water purifier on 1 December 2021. This product comes with free installation, which i have not received till now. The water purifier is not installed till now. I have requested several times to Eureka forbes and raised several complaints, but still there’s no positive response. Please look onto it.

          I had rasied a comaplaint against reparing of myu water purifier on 13th Oct (Complaint ID: [protected]). The executive visited and stated that spare parts are not supplied by the head office.

                I have an AMC which will expire on 22/12/21. I made a service request for the re-installation of the unit on[protected] due to my transfer to Kerala State, Kottayam. The company closed my complaint without attending the same. They asked me to login the complaint again. I think they are waiting to expire thr AMC. The customer Service in Kerala Region is very Poor.

                Also, the maintenance person never calls and confirms his visit and my availability at home. I am really fed up with the way you treat your customers.

                  I have raised a complaint to eureka forbes regarding my issue multiple times and my complaint has been raised since last 2 months but no action has been taken from eureka forbes.
                  Everyday I am trying reach them with a hope of fixing the problem but the service executives are only giving blind hope and fake commitments.

                  Seems like fraud company who knows very well, how to fool customer by some cheap products.

                    I relocated from one society to another within Pune and I submitted a request to re-install my RO water purifier on 27th November but no response., then I called customer again on 28th and 29th November but still noone has come to re-install the RO. Customer care just keep re-iterating we have reminded local team and they will contact you. this is ridiculous.

                    Called again today on 30th Nov but still noone has visited from Eureka Forbes to reinstall RO water purifier. this is pathetic.

                      I have Eureka Forbes Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV (NXT) Customer ID [protected]
                      Contract receipt no [protected] AMC Renewal Date 28/12/2019 .
                      AMC ends 27/12/2021, as per company Policy Consumables are replaced every year, for my machine the Consumables ( cartridges ) was replaced on 27 Sept 2020, the technician Cheated and put a used RO cartridge which i rejected send many complaints to Eureka Forbes Customer services against their Service center and also filed a complaint with consumercomplaints.in on date 23 Oct 2020 . finally Eureka Forbes company Officials obliged and they replaced the cartridges with new brand cartridges on date 01 NOV 2020, now when i again called Eureka Forbes customer services Repair request No [protected] dt 15 NOV 2021 their service center has come in picture and again they are refusing to change the Consumables ( cartridges) which are more than one year oldand as per Eureka Forbes need to be replaced as its already more than one year old, Eureka forbes service technicians they don't have DATA, the Company Eureka Forbes just shielding their Service center Technicians, My Humble question to Eureka forbes how you can believe your Service technicians, you have just given a free hand to a private Franchise enterprise .please note I have paid Rs 8760 to Eureka Forbes for 2 years AMC contract, They have replaced the cartridges only once in 2 years contract, i Request Eureka Forbes to replace the Consumables ( cartridges ) immediately, and please don't shield scrupulous, uneducated Service technicians, I am a respected senior citizen of INDIA

                        I had purchased a new water purifier of Eureka Forbes, model name REVIVA NXT UV, on 29th May 2021 from their local franchise cum authorised dealer, MIHIR ENTERPRISE, Bhilai/DURG. Since yesterday the equipment is not working. We immediately called the shop owner who on checking the system said that the Filter (set of 3) has gone wrong and it has to be replaced and we have to bear the cost which is around 2000/- as FILTERS are not included in WARRANTY.
                        During Dussera we were out of station for nearly 5 weeks, so practically we had been using the machine for less than 5 months. I had been using different models of Water Purifier of Eureka Forbes for more than 20 years. This is the first time I am facing an issue and am sorry to say its now more than 36 hours after having lodged a complaint with Eureka Forbes online, and no response received from the Company.
                        How can the Filter go wrong with in 5 months of purchase? Needless to mention here we are a family of THREE members. The Seller says we must have over used its Capacity, which sounds ridiculous.
                        WE DEMAND FREE REPLACEMENT OF THE FILTERS ANF MAKE THE EQUIPMENT FUNCTIONAL, AS IT IS WELL WITHIN WARRANTY.

                            Eureka Forbes customer care numbers do not work at all but the numbers have been published on their website for cheating the customers, just for eye-wash purpose. It is so sad that even the executive with whom I had an online chat kept on (even telling that the numbers are not working), have been insisting that I call those numbers,
                            I think that INTENTIONALLY THE CEO/ MD wanted those 2 numbers to be published on their website to show to the Govt. that these numbers work but those numbers are published to only to cheat the customers.
                            I think those are FAKE NUMBERS and in fact, Eureka Forbes (just like the exe. said that she cannot help me in any way but she is from sales dept.), wanted only to make money by selling the products and not bothered to provide any after sales service.
                            I have AMC amount which I have paid but still I am being COMPLETELY DENIED PROPER INFO. AND SERVICE by this company which I think is being encouraged by the CEO/ MD so that he can make money and get the benefit by cheating the customers.
                            I feel sad that the CEO/ MD wanted to make money by cheating the customers in this manner which is so sad to know.

                                The installation is not done even after 3 days. Purchased the product ( aquasure by aquaguard) from big bazaar on 22 Nov and placed the installation request on 23 Nov morning. I was told that it will be completed on the same day. Nothing happened till date and I followed up repeatedly with customer care with no help. Pathetic experience. I still don't have a date.

                                No one showed up even today. I had called the customer care a couple of times. In the morning, the executive mentioned that it is escalated to the highest level and will definitely complete by 7pm today. No technician showed up or called and I called the customer care at 7:55 again and now the other executive said the same thing that the request is now escalated to the highest level (that means the previous executive lied or they are just giving templated response) and will complete by 10 am tomorrow. I don't have any hope that it will happen. Can consumer complaints please let me know the next steps in such cases? I don't trust the customer care since promises made were broken 5 times.

                                And everytime they are giving me different numbers.. Following are 2 different numbers and the customer care executive herself mentioned that there is no progress.

                                We have registered a follow up against your open installation Request number [protected]. Your follow-up reminder number is[protected].

                                Need to return the product and get refund. I wasted a couple of hundred talking to customer care as well on their toll number.

                                  I have entered into amc for their aquaguard purifier classic model by remitting rs2350/- on 13 th sep 2021.
                                  They have not issued receipt. But they confirmed my contact is valid till 12 th sep2022.
                                  The unit developed snag as teh green light flickering.
                                  Technician came and attended but the problem persists
                                  i called the technician again and he said that the problem wil be there becos of motherboard and ask me use it whenvever green light is static
                                  i wrote to ceo of eureka forbes to send sr technician whether the statement of technician is correct,
                                  no reply from their ho
                                  as per manual if green light is flickering continouly it means water is not getting purified.
                                  Pl instruct the eurekk forbel to resolve the complaints or refund teh amount of rs 2350 as they are not fullfiling the contractual obligations

                                    I have aqua Guard water purifier and i have extended 3 year AMC contract with this company on 20th Nov 2021. I lodged a complaint on 23rd, 24 th and 26th nov 2021 to the company regarding my instrument not giving water. Nobody came till todate and i did not get any message regarding my call request. Today, i talked to customer care number after shouting at them for the response. i got sms today informing that Mr. Ramdev is assigned to come today and i must give him satisfaction rating. nobody came and they have sent a complaint number [protected]. They have the nerve to explain the delay by writing "Due to Government restrictions to contain Corana outbreak, I should expect delay in their response. Today, schools are opened and there is no restrictions for anybody .

                                    I am appalled by their nerve and high handed attitude to brush aside customer complaints after pocketing 3 year advance AMC and literally enjoying my plight of no drinking water. i have to buy a can of mineral water.

                                      This is regarding the installation which was promised that it will be done by today and still not done .The product was bought only after confirmation that delivery and installation will be done same day .Even though machine was delivered at 11.45 am and still no installation.

                                        I brought the water purifier 2 months ago. Last week, on 19th November 2021, the reject water flpw would never stop and water seems be overflowing from the purifier. We contacted the person who installed the aquaguard and said to call him in case of warranty services. He said he'll come in a day. It's been a week. We call him everyday and he says he'll come within 1 hour and never shows up. We have a warranty period of 1 year. The service by aquaguard is horrible.
                                        The service engineer's name is Venkatesh and he resides in Hassan.
