I had purchased a new water purifier of Eureka Forbes, model name REVIVA NXT UV, on 29th May 2021 from their local franchise cum authorised dealer, MIHIR ENTERPRISE, Bhilai/DURG. Since yesterday the equipment is not working. We immediately called the shop owner who on checking the system said that the Filter (set of 3) has gone wrong and it has to be replaced and we have to bear the cost which is around 2000/- as FILTERS are not included in WARRANTY.
During Dussera we were out of station for nearly 5 weeks, so practically we had been using the machine for less than 5 months. I had been using different models of Water Purifier of Eureka Forbes for more than 20 years. This is the first time I am facing an issue and am sorry to say its now more than 36 hours after having lodged a complaint with Eureka Forbes online, and no response received from the Company.
How can the Filter go wrong with in 5 months of purchase? Needless to mention here we are a family of THREE members. The Seller says we must have over used its Capacity, which sounds ridiculous.
WE DEMAND FREE REPLACEMENT OF THE FILTERS ANF MAKE THE EQUIPMENT FUNCTIONAL, AS IT IS WELL WITHIN WARRANTY.

      Eureka Forbes customer care numbers do not work at all but the numbers have been published on their website for cheating the customers, just for eye-wash purpose. It is so sad that even the executive with whom I had an online chat kept on (even telling that the numbers are not working), have been insisting that I call those numbers,
      I think that INTENTIONALLY THE CEO/ MD wanted those 2 numbers to be published on their website to show to the Govt. that these numbers work but those numbers are published to only to cheat the customers.
      I think those are FAKE NUMBERS and in fact, Eureka Forbes (just like the exe. said that she cannot help me in any way but she is from sales dept.), wanted only to make money by selling the products and not bothered to provide any after sales service.
      I have AMC amount which I have paid but still I am being COMPLETELY DENIED PROPER INFO. AND SERVICE by this company which I think is being encouraged by the CEO/ MD so that he can make money and get the benefit by cheating the customers.
      I feel sad that the CEO/ MD wanted to make money by cheating the customers in this manner which is so sad to know.

          The installation is not done even after 3 days. Purchased the product ( aquasure by aquaguard) from big bazaar on 22 Nov and placed the installation request on 23 Nov morning. I was told that it will be completed on the same day. Nothing happened till date and I followed up repeatedly with customer care with no help. Pathetic experience. I still don't have a date.

          No one showed up even today. I had called the customer care a couple of times. In the morning, the executive mentioned that it is escalated to the highest level and will definitely complete by 7pm today. No technician showed up or called and I called the customer care at 7:55 again and now the other executive said the same thing that the request is now escalated to the highest level (that means the previous executive lied or they are just giving templated response) and will complete by 10 am tomorrow. I don't have any hope that it will happen. Can consumer complaints please let me know the next steps in such cases? I don't trust the customer care since promises made were broken 5 times.

          Tshe the same story continues today... Multiple calls to call center and whatsapp and only been given time. Installation is still pending.

          And everytime they are giving me different numbers.. Following are 2 different numbers and the customer care executive herself mentioned that there is no progress.

          Need to return the product and get refund. I wasted a couple of hundred talking to customer care as well on their toll number.

            I have entered into amc for their aquaguard purifier classic model by remitting rs2350/- on 13 th sep 2021.
            They have not issued receipt. But they confirmed my contact is valid till 12 th sep2022.
            The unit developed snag as teh green light flickering.
            Technician came and attended but the problem persists
            i called the technician again and he said that the problem wil be there becos of motherboard and ask me use it whenvever green light is static
            i wrote to ceo of eureka forbes to send sr technician whether the statement of technician is correct,
            no reply from their ho
            as per manual if green light is flickering continouly it means water is not getting purified.
            Pl instruct the eurekk forbel to resolve the complaints or refund teh amount of rs 2350 as they are not fullfiling the contractual obligations

              Dear sir,

              I have aqua Guard water purifier and i have extended 3 year AMC contract with this company on 20th Nov 2021. I lodged a complaint on 23rd, 24 th and 26th nov 2021 to the company regarding my instrument not giving water. Nobody came till todate and i did not get any message regarding my call request. Today, i talked to customer care number after shouting at them for the response. i got sms today informing that Mr. Ramdev is assigned to come today and i must give him satisfaction rating. nobody came and they have sent a complaint number [protected]. They have the nerve to explain the delay by writing "Due to Government restrictions to contain Corana outbreak, I should expect delay in their response. Today, schools are opened and there is no restrictions for anybody .

              I am appalled by their nerve and high handed attitude to brush aside customer complaints after pocketing 3 year advance AMC and literally enjoying my plight of no drinking water. i have to buy a can of mineral water.

              I have seen many complaints about this company here and i would like you to take strict action and find out whether the company has any system to do all their activities in order Their toll free numbers:

                This is regarding the installation which was promised that it will be done by today and still not done .The product was bought only after confirmation that delivery and installation will be done same day .Even though machine was delivered at 11.45 am and still no installation.

                  I brought the water purifier 2 months ago. Last week, on 19th November 2021, the reject water flpw would never stop and water seems be overflowing from the purifier. We contacted the person who installed the aquaguard and said to call him in case of warranty services. He said he'll come in a day. It's been a week. We call him everyday and he says he'll come within 1 hour and never shows up. We have a warranty period of 1 year. The service by aquaguard is horrible.
                  The service engineer's name is Venkatesh and he resides in Hassan.

                    ON 30th Oct, I have raised a service request([protected] ) with eureka forbes mentioning that I have renewed the AMC (Contract #SO[protected] for the Aquaguard Water purifier product and requested them to change the filters. Called up customer care quoting the Service request and AMC contract number. However there was no action taken till 2nd Nov. Then I wrote a mail to the first level escalation, still no response. Later, I had been writing to the second level escalation and till today (24th Nov.) there hasn't been any response, in the mean time I get a call from the customer care asking my mandatory service is due, to whom I explained the entire story, in response I received is "sorry for the inconvenience", and ensured me that a technician will be sent to resolve the problem, which did not happen. One of the WORST service. I would recommend NOT to OPT for any products of Eureka Forbes. They do not have commitment to the customer. I want my money back which I paid towards AMC

                    Post raising this complaint here, received few calls from customer care, who ensured me that technician will be sent ASAP, but those were just statements without actions associated. Its a failure of Eureka Forbes as an organization as they do not stand on the word given.

                          I had bought a water purifier from Eureka Forbes in December 2020. The warranty is going to end in one month, and the purifier stopped working. I have lodged a service request on their website on October 30. I have been calling customer care for the last 25 days and they keep promising they will get in touch in 2 days, but no one is coming or calling or anything! I am convinced that they are delaying it intentionally so that my product will go out of warranty so that they can charge me for the repair. I haven't seen such unprofessional people elsewhere. All they want from you is to buy their product and after that their job is done.

                            Eureka Forbes AMC water purifier complaint number - [protected]

                            Eureka Forbes sent me whatsapp message to buy AMC saying my AMC is about to expire, their customer care service constantly called me to pay the AMC using the link and I have logged into the Eureka portal and paid through the Paytm wallet, now Paytm says they have paid to Merchant Eureka Forbes but in Eureka portal, I have received 503 services unavailable error page and again their customer care support started calling me again for the payment and I informed them about the error page and I already paid they said it will be refunded back to you but till now I haven't received the refund.
                            I feel their customer care doesn't care about customers and I have called multiple times they will answer our tea will call and resolve the issue till now my issue is not resolved

                            I didn't expect this kind of service from reputed company like Eureka Forbes.
                            Your Team is responsible for my money loss and you need to refund this ASAP.

                            I have added the payment screenshot done through Paytm and it is clearly mentioned payment is successful, issue is at Eureka Forbes portal page.Eureka forbes need to resolve the refund issue asap.Eureka forbes is not responding to mails and calls.They are simply saying our team will call but nobody called till now.

                                    I had the worst experience with Eureka Forbes customer service post installation. I have bought a Dr. Aquaguard Water Genius plus from the company. And I have taken an AMC policy also. But the kind of treatment I got from that company is nightmarish at the least. Their attitude towards customers is indifferent, insulting, unprofessional at the least. First any complaint you make they first don't respond at all. But their system will promptly send an SMS that you will get service personnel sent to your place. But at the appointed day nobody will turn up. Again you make a complaint, send emails even to their CEO only to find out that again the same dummy SMSs and even phone calls but no real service personnel will attend your complaint. Mind you I am living in one of the most accessible and important part of the City, Annanagar. Imagine the plight of the people in remote areas. As I said this is the treatment I got even after AMC agreement. I can only say that the company is a fraudulent entity and their AMC is a sham. In the mean time you will not have safe drinking water ever after investing so much money. You either buy canned water or think about shifting to some other company product. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!

                                        I am to submit here that I had taken the product Dr. AG NRICH HD UV on dated Dec 2020. But unfortunately it is not working last fifteen days. I lodged complained in the customer care number and the service man came checked and report that the filter got damaged. I asked him what is the reason for damage in short time he answered that 1. If the iron labels is high in the water? 2. If the water pressure is low ?
                                        3. If your consumption is more ?
                                        Sir in the above questions there is no point of answer is exception for me because iron labels of water is 0.5 and machine installation in ground floor and the water pressure is high and my family consists of three members we are both in service of Law Department so the consumption rate is 5 litre per day. So how it is got damage in 10 months either it is manufactured problem or mechanical problem so why the consumer bear it in short term. So if you kindly give me justice by inquiring my petition in short term otherwise I will go to against the company in the upper forum by virtue of law.
