Had raised a complaint about water not filling on 4th. On 5th it was replaced but was defective. Tried calling the executive, customer care no response. New service request raised. Have been calling Customer care daily, the Manager in charge, escalated the issue, mailed the CEO too., Registered a new complaint again. But in vain. After having taken AMC for 2 years, they are refusing to fix the issue. Need to be taken to court for taking money and cheating customers. The customer service branch and Hyderabad branch are hand in glow and they are playing with us that it will be fixed for the past 11 days.

    Dear sir
    The service call [protected] was booked on 28th aug 2020
    After several follow up - 7 days later the call was closed and asked to open a fresh call.
    Raise the issue an escalated service number was issued efl1481115
    The vaccum cleaner was picked by service agent in kurtigate sarjapura bangalore on 4/9/20.
    Service agent informed the power cable is faulty. Agreed and requested to repair asap and can pick up from the service centre if delivery is a concern
    Several follow up made no update till date when the vacuum cleaner will be serviced and returned
    Seek help to sort it asap

      Hello there,

      We purchased the aquaguard classic+ from eureka forbes on 9th december 2018 costing rs 10, 190/- and the machine has worked for a week. Now since the machine was in guarantee their representative came and rectified the issue and this process was being repeated until the next year. On 15th december 2019 we purchased an extension of annual maintenance contract amounting to rs 2140/-. Now unfortunately the pandemic hit and lockdown took place so we kept the matter on hold but the machine stopped working from 17th december 2019 till date.in between when unlock 1 happened we contacted the company and called for the service and the representatives came and tried to rectify but the results were same as before. We have been extremely annoyed by the experience we have faced. Also, when we started mailing the company regarding replacement of the machine initially they replied and sent their representatives but later they started ignoring us which was a huge disappointment.

          I am from hyderabad, my aquaguard genius water purifier stops working every 3 months, after every 3 months the technician needs to visit and repair it for it to work for another 3 months.

          The problem now is no one knows when the technician will come after giving a complaint, last time when a gave a compliant the technician came after 40 days, i waited for 4 weeks got fed up and got my water purifier repaired by a technician from urban clap by paying him 800 rupees.

          If we call the customer care and ask them when the technician will come they say that they cannot tell when the technician will come as that is backend team job and no one knows when the technician will come and you need to keep on waiting, it may even take weeks and months some times.

          They only time they come on time is only when there is some service that is going to generate them revenue like filters change. If it’s a free service then gone case they don’t care, they come when they want and there is no other option for us except waiting for weeks and months till the technician comes or get it repaired by a outside technician by paying them extra money.

          The other thing is when i asked the customer care representative more questions on this kind of pathetic service and they don’t have an answer they put my call on hold until i get fed up and disconnect the call.

            After sales service is pathetic. I had to follow up for 2 weeks to get water drain issue. They were prompt to collect the AMC money post that they will never showed up. When ever I call they will mention as short of manpower due to COVID. But to my surprise eurekforbes emp itself visited when I booked repair on Urbanclap.@livpure seems to better option. I lost 9k for annual maintaince plus repair charges on urbanclap.

              I took 2 years amc for maintenance for my aquaguard water purifier on 14/06/2019. I paid around 8000/- + gst for same. After register the amc no body visited our place for do the service. I can understand the covid -19 lock-down period from march to july. But i am trying to contact some body through their customer care for a service. I book the service request two more time also through eureka forbes web site. But still no response from their side. Now i am facing the water problem at home and paying additional money for get good water.

              I need to either sent some technician for repair my water purifier or refund my amc amount urgently.

                    I would like to draw your attention towards your staff behaviour, i was thinking of buying vacuum cleaner from sometime i found your advertisement on fb on sunday[protected] so i gave my details, got a call and a person name pradeep kumar singh and he came and showed us the demo.
                    He asked me to buy the product so i told him give me some day time will review fully and will order he started forcing at the same time .I told him that will cal him so he told i have a closing tomorrow so please buy it by tomorrow, i told him ok will look into it.
                    Next morning 10a.m. he started calling it was my time to go to office i didnt received he called for 4 times between 10am to 2 pm, i didnt received and was frustrated i didnt reviewed for the product and he will start forcing as done in my house on visit.
                    Today[protected] again called from a different no and a different person, he told me sir what did you think about the product i told him sir what will i think you people stated calling early morning 10 am and calling again and again, the person pradeep kumar singh was standing there only and took the call and started saying sir demo is free if charges have been put than you people may know, we are person if you see the products you need to buy it, we are not for demos and so on .
                    sir i request you to take your charges but dont send cheap people .
                    i want a product will review it and if satisfied will buy it i am not here to see the closing of the sales person .
                    please do reply what the company thinks about the behaviour and will the company take any step .
                    i am still ready to pay the demo charges .

                          I have purchased one aquaguard geneus dx ro+uv+uf+tg in dec 2019 and the pain started.

                          1. January 20 : 1st complain logged with no error.
                          2. 25 feb 20 : 2nd complain logged : no water
                          3. 16th march : 3rd time complain logged : no water
                          4. 18th april 20 : 4th complain logged : no water
                          5. 27th aug 20 : 5th no display no water

                          The above record shows that the product is defective.

                          The eureka forbes aquagurd gineus dx was purchased by my father who is more than 75 years old and stay in siliguri.
                          I request the concern company to return it back and refund the money.

                            I paid for a mop n vac on 14 Aug 2020 for rs. 20990. Attached is the payment receipt. This was a prepayment for delivery on 22 august, 2020. The product is not delivered yet. When I called the nos given, I only get a call back from the call center assuring me of the product. But no news from their local offices. Days are going by. I need to know whether I have been duped off my money or there is a delay in the delivery.

                            I paid for a product Mop N Vac on the 14 August, 2020 from Eureka Forbes. This was prepaid for delivery on 22 August, 2020. It is yet to be delivered. When I called, they give me a complaint no, a call back is arranged from someone from the call center who assures the product will be delivered. But the local sales representative is absolutely silent and is not delivering the product. I don't know if I have been duped or the product is merely delayed because of the pandemic.

                              We took Eureka forbes water purifier nearly 10 years back. We pay AMC of rs. 8000 every 2 years. They will change all filters twice and will replace any part if damaged within this 2 years. They changed the filter candles while paying the amc on aug 2018. For changing the 2nd., time as per amc. rules, they are saying that they have already changed our filters 5 months back, which they didn't do at all. We wrote to customer care, call customer care every 2 days. The reply will be we are talking to the business partner regarding this issue. The dealer of our district ie, guntur say you can raise this complaint to who ever you want, I won't change . We trusted the brand name eureka and paid to the dealer whom they appointed. Now can you help me in getting justice. We wrote to customer care of Eureka Forbes to check the bar code of our filter candles inside our water purifier to know when they have been replaced. The dealer has to show the proof of replacement, even that they are not doing. We have been totally cheated by genuine company like eureka forbes.

                                Dear sir/ madam,
                                This is to introduce myself as a costumer of eureka forbes ro. My mobile no. [protected]. This is to bring to your kind attention, how much i have suffered due to the irresponsible behaviour of the costumer service provider of eureka forbes.
                                I have been siviourly cheated by socalled service technician of eureka forbes. The technician took rs. 9000 from me in the month of march 20, as service charges. However he did not replace the required parts even the candels in my ro was also not changed. For which i suffered and couldn't use my ro. There was no water coming from the ro. He continuously cheated me since then. After multiple requests he took away my ro to his service station, and after that he is not responding nor giving me back my ro. Even after so many calls he is not at all responding and only taking time. On the other hand inspite of spending money i am unable to use my ro which he had kept at his place. This is nothing but harrassing the costumer in the name of service provider.

                                Hope you will understand my plight and do the needful please.

                                  We have a eureka forbes smart uv purifier at our home. On 09/12/2018, we purchased a two year amc. However, no servicing of our purifier including a change of filters has been done in the past one year.

                                  Considering that i am entitled to 2 periodical services per year, i lodged complaint on 21st august (Service request number : [protected]). However noone has attended to us till date.

                                      I have purchased the product from the Eureka Forbes sales person who visited my house on my request on 8th August 2020. He has promised me that there is 30 days money back guarantee from the company which even I have seen in their site.

                                      However, the product has developed problem(s) from the 4th day o[censored]sage like water leaking from the unit and low grade plastic quality which I didn't like. My calls are ignored now by the sales person and the customer care are of no use to me as they just escalate the issue which is again proved to be of no use.
