Sir i have purchased 4 europa door lock, the one which is used for shed. One of the lock isn't working properly . The lock isn't getting opened only. Pls help me out. I hv no idea whom to contact. I have purches 3 door lock sysytem in that one lock not working last 13.5.2016 compilte to customer care still now nobody was respond from europacompilte refference no 39426
