I have been a regular user of your product i. E all kind batteries for my electronic gadgets. But last few month i find that products are not up to mark. Previously the battery use to last for few months. But recently for last three month the pencil battery using in wall clock is not lasting for fifteen days.

Thus i hereby say that please check into, as may be duplicates are being sold or their is some issue at your production level.

I have left the services of the company eveready industries india ltd in 2014. Till date they have not released my pf. On enquiring they are giving false excuses that i have not served notice period.in fact they have not paid my last months salary also. They are enjoying my pf and interest which is my hard earned money. So request your kind intervention for getting my pf.

I bought two room heater from your company eveready on 20 dec 2018.its model are Qh 800.In jan 2019 both of heater are spoiled.so we are complaint
With by calling on your customer care.one heater cured and your service executive come and repair it. But another one heater still not repair.complaint date is 31 jan 2019.after 10 days no such response and movement on your side.why do not you send such third-class products when you are not served.pls find complaint no-C[protected].
Who is responsible for the 2 month cold winter shutter for 20 days.pls i want to get the solution quickly.pls find the attached bill copy.

I have purchase a room heater of eveready from flipkart. But the roome heater did not even work for 20 days. Its rods stop functioning and when i claim the warranty the executive ask money for repairing the product. I never understand why eveready claim that they are guving warranty for 1 year on this product if they are charging for faulty rod.in the heater only rod is the main part and they said they do not cover it in warranty and it is not mentioned anywhere in the warranty card and user manual. I hope i can get clearity on this issue.

I have purchased three led bulb (Pack of 3) from snapdeal vide order dated 16/10/2018, order no. [protected] and invoice date 17/10/2018, seller name kco foil pvt ltd and invoice no sa106d/18/595, the same was delivered on 22nd october 2018 and i was using 14w bulb from same day but it stopped working from 4th november 2018.

As the bulb is in warranty for two years, you are requested to kindly replace my bulb asap.

I purchased Eveready 14 Watt cool Daylight B22D Led Bulb (Pack of 2) from Paytm mall ( Seller is KCO FOIL Private Limited) against the Invoice No 07B00150219A5606 dt:03.10.2018. It was delivered to me on 18 Oct'18. I started using the same since then, but on 29.10.18 one of the led Bulb stops working and switched off automatically. when I checked the bulb, i found that it smelled like some internal wiring burnt.

The set is under warranty. request you to arrange the replacement.

Hello team,

I have purchased 3 led bulb set by flipkart on dated 4 aug 2018, 1 led bulb has been faulty, its not working. Bulb are 1 year warranty.
Invoice number :faaav[protected]

Within 2 months it went faulty, we are very much trust on everyday.
But now we are struggling for the same, please look on this matter and resolve it priority.

All bulbs are in under warranty, i tried to contact them but no luck.

Please help me in this regards.

Eveready ceiling looks good but doesn't solve the purpose. Fan is too light so that it shakes during normal operation. No airflow even in full speed. Poor blade design. Fancy fittings in the blades make noise while running. It not worth buying eveready products. Earlier, i purchased eveready cfl and it stopped working within warranty period. They refused to change the defective piece under warranty.

I purchased the above-mentioned stove from spencers south kolkata on 26/1/18. It could not be used as it was defective. I went to spencers to exchange and they declined. I lodged a complaint with consumer care, from my indian phone [protected] (Registered with you),

Your technician came after 10 days of my purchase but could not repair. Technician said it cannot be repaired and he will report. He said someone will come and put a sticker. Once the sticker is pasted, spencer will exchange. It. But another technician came but he said that i have to speak with his supervisor. For sticker. He then connected me with supervisor, who promised to send a sticker so that i can exchange before 15th feb. (I came to kolkata on vacation in my jodhpur pk apt for a month, as i stay overseas). Nobody came. I received a text message around 14th feb that nothing can be done as the required part is out of stock. No mention about sticker. Copy of receipt was taken by technicians who came and i showed guarantee paper.

I bought the stove to cook food in my during my kolkata but instead i had to eat outside costing me over rs 10, 000/-stay

By a copy of this mail i am advising my brother in law mr subir de to follow up with you from my registered phone. And you are advised to send sticker for exchange within 7 days of this complaint so that it can be exchanged.

Please consider it very very urgent

I had ordered a 15 ltr geyser from paytm for which installation is free (Order number [protected]). I had put a installation request on receiving the product on 22/11/17 and was assured that within 24-48 hrs will get a call regarding installation which i didn't received. I again called and was told that it is 48-96 hrs. So why earlier i was told 24-48 hrs. Today morning i called again and was assured that i will get a call from technician by today however in at about 1:30 pm when i called again i was told that no technician is available today and my geyser might be installed on monday. It's very strange that you people are taking 5-6 days for installation. Moreover your customer care is giving false and different statements everytime. Due to delay in installation i had put a request for order cancellation and has pledged not to buy anything from eveready in future and am going to spread this message to as many people as possible. Also paytm shouldn't allow such companies to sell their products. Paytm also had an obligation in this case as i had complaint to them also regarding the delay and they had just lodged a complaint and had done nothing. Kindly register a complaint against such companies.

My order no [protected] and product is eveready 1400w si903 steam iron (Turquoise). It's not working properly. I got defective pic water is leakage in iron and not getting proper heating. Item is used/ seal is broken. And lot of dust in side when i open box. And when i given request for replacement i getting message sorry the seller cannot ship to this address.

I purchased a pack of 2 cells of eveready ultima alkaline. Expiry date is 03/20. But when i used with it my phillips trimmer, it was working like a discharged cell.

Very unsatisfied with the product and it was new. Infact, my discharged cell was working better than this new one.

What i can do now? I was never expecting that eveready is seeking this type of inferior quality of cells. This is disgusting..

I bought rf03 from shopclues (Screen shot attached) and within 15 days the charging cable which was already very cheap in quality went bad. And now i'm unable to find the replacement cable in market. Eveready customer care wasn't responding neither was shopclues.
Recently, got email from eveready who are now asking for paper work instead of looking at the original online receipt. Donno whom to complain abt?

I had purchased led bulbs in feb 2016, which is already fuse now. As per the guarantee and quality eveready claims lot of things like 15 years of life and 20, 000 hrs. I believe none of the claims made by eveready has been sufficed here. Since the product is still in warranty i would request to get is replaced. Since i do not know whom to reach in everyday to get the product replaced. By contact us multiple times i have tried to reach them but have received no response so far.

I had purchased 4 nos of o.5w LED bulbs with trade mark EVEREADY through Flipkart.Two number of these bulbs got completely destroyed due to sudden explosion with loud sound.luckily there were no injury as none were near to these bulbs, However some clothes got burnt due to very hot fragments., It appears that no safety tests were carried out before these products were put for sale.

I have purchased a pack of LED bulbs on 23rd, sep, 2015.

Now one of the bulb is not working. Kindly help me to get the replacement as my product is under warranty.

But till date I have not received any reply from their side.

There is no other way I can reach them. In fact it is not at all possible to contact them over the phone. None of the numbers listed in the website, internet are not picked up.

I am really confused what to do next?

Shall I raise a complaint in the consumer court.?

How much money I can ask them from the court?
