Mr. Kaushal Rai and his Evershine Holidays PVT. Limited schemes are totally fraud. They sold me their holiday package after an hour's explanation of the Ponzi scheme. And I admit, I was trapped. The team became so friendly that I believed their words (like they would refund in case of valid reasons etc.). So after a long exhaustive session, I signed the agreement in couple of minutes without cross-checking the terms they told me during the session(my mistake, I was almost brainwashed). The next day I found there is NO REFUND policy in the document, and whatever they promised during that brainwashing session, nothing was mentioned in the agreement. In this era, even if you purchase any service, you always have a chance to give it a second thought and apply for a refund. I even asked them to update the agreement, they promised they would update it, but it never happened. Then I decided not to follow up any further. If Evershine Holidays is so unresponsive at this stage, what would happen if I availed of their services? I did not want to spoil my future vacation plans by engaging with such fraudsters who run Ponzi holiday schemes. So, I registered a complaint at National Consumer Helpline. To my surprise, They did not even answer their single emails.
In simple words, Evershine holidays and Mr. Kuashal run fraudulent schemes and scams to cheat people. Screenshot of my last email to them is attached for your reference. FYI, I never received a reply to that email. (.…. Who am I to expect a response if these fraudsters don't reply to even the National Consumer Helpline of India!!!)
