I have booked my Dubai Trip for 5 pax through him for Five Nights Six day package ( from 15 Oct to 20 Oct.2022) As per tour package they has offered me stay at Hilton Garden inn bur dubai.

I have paid in advance all amount including hotel Charges. But at checking time hotel management has asked me hotel charges as a Deposit as they have not received payment from the travel agent.

I had talked several times with Mr. Kaushal for the situation & requested to pay the charges to hotel so i can avail refund of my deposit. Mr. Kaushal has promised me to arrange 100% refund. At the time of check out he has paid Rs: 45K against total hotel charges of Rs.97787.00 on dtd. 20.10.2022. As on date balance amount is still not refunded even though i have approached daily through whatsapp even after receiving commitment to refund on every day.

Myself is Tek Chand Goswami. Membership ID is EC[protected]. I am asking your Executive Mrs. Namrata time and again for my Hotel Booking at Kolkata. But she is not responding. This shows irresponsible behaviour of your Executive. This is also not good for the EverShine Holidays as this gives negative feeling about your Company. She is not able to handle the customers. So kindly change my Executive who is active and responds quickly OR ask her to give me services. I am doing whatsapp chat with her on the issue w.e.f. 26th Sept., 2022.

Evershine Holidays PVT. Limited company and their schemes are totally fraudulent.
I went to Mussoorie in Feb 2022 and there I met with one of the representatives of this fraud company where the representative swapped my debit card to offer a holiday package worth Rs 20, 000 for 1 year and said you can cancel the same within 45 days if you do not like our service and the important thing is that I did not sign on any paper/contract.
After 7 days without using any service, I sent an email to the company email address to cancel the membership and close the loan account as soon as possible. I got the reply that we have canceled your membership and we have asked the concerned team to cancel the loan as well till that time will refund your amount if any amount gets deducted from your account.
I have received the refund for 5 months but after that from August 2022, Dheeraj is just doing false commitments. He said you have signed the agreement with the company and we have all the documents signed by you. Then I asked him to show me the documents but they do not have them and if they have such then definitely they have forged the signature from the visiting register. I have called him multiple times and pinged him on Whatsapp but he did not credit the amount. Last week he said our director is hospitalized and due to that we are unable to credit the amount for 1 week but on the 12th Sep will definitely transfer the EMIs of 2 months (Aug and Sep).
Now, neither he is answering the call nor transferring the amount.

Kaushal owner of fraud company is looting so many people, he took 40000rs from me for flight booking and not refunding the money back as my travel plan is cancelled. He told that he will pay me back today and tomorrow and same answer from past 60 days.please help to get my money back and stop him as so many innocent people are suffering.

We booked ticket for Canada . When we checked the pnr no. It was not valid. Kaushal Kumar charged us 1.40 lacs and now he is not returning our money. He is harassing me and using foul language

Club evershine is a fraud company .. i sent my 40, 000 saving from evershine .. in 2021 june at mansoori . Now they dont pick up phone and told us wrong information about evershine ... i want my refund ... never try to buy evershine packages.. theyare lier and make fake promises

Worst experience and service ever. Bordering scam.

Got a quote of 85k for a flight from India to Canada and and told If we pay the amount the rates and ticket will be locked. We paid advance of 10k and later paid the balance for the same on 23rd Feb. Departure was set for 23rd March. For which I didn't receive any receipt.
He kept postponing and never gave us ticket, finally we asked him to give back the money.
They take advance full payment on the pretext of locking the rate but I think they just trade tickets with your money. I haven't yet received the refund. And my wife is really upset.

My suggestion: if paying get them to book and give the ticket the very same day. If they are postponing then assume the worst and ull be in for a month long wait.

I am Mahesh Chander Jayant, I visited on Mussoorie on 25th December and Arif Ahamad and her assistant Renu Approaching me for holiday package on behalf of Evershine holidays pvt ltd. these guys misguide us with fake commitments, and swap my card for rupees 74000. And they tell us this amount is hold and it will deduct on tomorrow If we agree and continue with the Holiday package, I read agreement and found those were fake commitments which sales person made with us, so I disagree with the membership, so they call us and try to manipulate us again I totally disagree then Kunal using abusive language on phone with me, and after a long argument her booking assistant send me an email regarding booking cancelation and told me to return my money back within 30 to 45 days.
Now I am trying to contact them they did not give me proper answer that when they return my money.

I visited to mussorie and Prashant Guleria & kunal bhatia, approaching me regarding holiday package on behalf of evershine holidays pvt limited.I was not told the terms and condition of company and meanwhile I was asked to sign the document but when I asked for the hard copy to read full documents and terms n condition of company they denied in giving paper and told that soft will be sent on my watsapp no to go through it, and in that duration they swiped my credit card that told that it is in emi for 24month. But i received mail from bank for one time debit of 45k/- with no emi option. Then I called Prashant and asked him without signing the documents how they debited that amount and i was told that it will be refunded if we don't like the package. After that he sent a documents and the terms and condition mentioned there is totally different from what I was told. So i called him again and asked for the refund and he said it will be processed shortly.After a 10-15 days when refund is not processed Then I contacted Mr kaushal rai owner of that fraud company who assured me to resolve the issue in a week but the incident happens in febrauray and till now no progress. Everytime when i call Mr. Kaushal he assures me that it will be processed tomorrow but nothing is done yet.

Madam/ Sir,

When i was on holiday in mussorie, I was approached by Sales person Mr. Sudhanshu Sharma and his manager Kunal bhatia regarding holiday package on behalf of evershine holidays pvt limited. They presented to me their packages and stated that holiday pakages is for 50, 000 for 21 days in 3 year time period and no other charges will be taken other than this. They also commited me that if in future I don't want to continue with membership, it can be cancelled and refund will be processed after deduction of a few rupees as cancellation charges at any time.

After listening to all the facts, they convinced me and made me sign a letter stated by them as formalities on 17 Oct 2021 which i agreed. My Membership ID is EC[protected]. After one or two days, I received confirmation call from their executive Mrs. Namarata Singh, wherein it was stated that other than 50K i have to pay Rs.30000 + 18% GST (Rs 36000 approx). I raised concern about this as it was not told by the executive when they presented the details to me. They presented me false information or concealed it and made me sign the papers. Details was presented to me by Sales Manager (Mr. Sudhnshu Sharma) and Manager Mr. Kunal Bhatia. After listening to my concern, Mrs. Namrata promised that the issue will be resolved at the earliest, till date i have received a few calls from them, all of them are trying to convince me that i have to pay all the charges as you have signed the agreement (they are asking for Rs. 36000 more other than 50k).

As I am not ok with the services and response provided by them and at all stages complete information was not given, their representative has misguided me by the false information, which I came to know at the later stage. I am raising a dispute to your goodself and request you to help me cancel my agreement and cancel my EMI. It's a matter of trust that has not been made yet, better we end it here by cancelling/closing the agreement.

Note:- has been contacting club evershine representative (Mrs. Namrata Singh, Mr. Raj and Mr. Kunal Bhatia) from last fews days, all of them are saying that only the functional director has the authority to fulfill my request, who is on leave till[protected] and in his absence nothing can be done as no one has taken charge in his behalf. He is in marriage ceremony and they dont want to disturb his boss, let user suffer, they dont care anyway.
This is how it works in club evershine, not desirable.

My name is Ajay kumar and I visited Mussoorie on 27th Oct'21. During my visit I came across a guy who took me to thier office situated by the road side where their representative Shivani explained the details of holiday package concept being offered by company Evershine Holidays Pvt Ltd.
She explained me details about these packages like which hotels and properties are covered, number of night and days can be taken for vacation each year and other things included/excluded.
After that Mr Kunal (Branch manager) took over the presentstion part to explain the cost of package and he told me that there are two packages, one of 84, 400 rs which was 5 yr plan and offers a total 30 days of stay in any of the listed properties and other one was of 1, 45, 000 rs for 10 yr with 70 days of stay.
But I was not convinced to buy any of these plans and then he gave me another plan of 43000 rs for 3 yrs with 21 days of stay. Still I was not convinced to buy this plan too but then he kept insisting me to try this and gave me option to pay only 1 rupee to create a completely cost free 18 months EMI of 2388 rs appx. I agree this time just because he told me that I still have the option to cancel the membership anytime even before I pay any EMIs and then I agreed to do a simple 1 rs transaction using my debit card, but he created a debit card EMI loan of 43K with that 1 rs transaction without making it clear to me and smartly scheduled it on 1st Nov as they knew that I am leaving to Delhi on 31st Oct.

Upon receiving bank message on 1st nov I got to know that they cheated and created the DC EMI loan. Since then I have contacted Namrata, Raj and Kunal numerous times but they are not cancelling the membership and does not seems to have intensions of refund.

They are cheating people because firstly they are promising cancellation anytime which they deny later, and creating EMI loan without letting the cardholder know the truth and without getting their permission as well.

Please help me to get the membership cancelled as I am not interested to avail the services at all and as they promised me the cancellation can be opted anytime.

I am writing this with a hope to get my refund.
Kunal bhatia and kausal both are doing fraud with the people on the name of company-evershine holiday private limited. They are selling a expensive package with a false promises.
In April 2021, i 'have brought a holiday package of worth rupees 84k in the hope to give chance to startup to help in company 's growth but at the end I am standing at a point where I feel cheated and full of hatred for all the startups in India.
They have cheated me and many people on the name of providing services which they are not capable enough to fullfill.

They are doing round and round i am following up with them since two months but they said they will provide hotels list
then they are sayinf they will provide service with tie up hotells only
then they said booking is done
first they gave me list of hotels and the next day they said booking is done

they also said i can cance it anytime but i cannot cancel it anytime
